Tumblr has pretty much hidden all of my R18 scanlations, so I’ve tried to at least archive all the books I’ve scanlated so far. All these books are Not/Safe/For/Work

Let’s be honest, the front and back cover of this ancient Raditz x Zarbon doujinshi aren’t really much of an eyecatcher. But what the book lacks in first-glance-charm, it all makes up with its content. ♡ The lovely, bitter-sweet tale - set during the time when Planet Vegeta got destroyed - is beautifully drawn with its art-style never straying too far from the original DB manga. The overall serious story is sprinkled with endearing jokes and some soft nudity. While the premise (Raditz, returning from a raid, landing on one of Freeza’s bases, coming across Zarbon who he seems to have a history with…) might be simple, the storytelling is effective in what it is trying to convey. This doujinshi was published in 1989(!) - one year before the “Bardock - Father of Goku” special was released. Hence there are some inconsistencies with nowadays well-known canon. (e.g. Zarbon’s presence during the destruction of Planet Vegeta and Vegeta’s age at that time. Raditz also briefly talks about his parents in this book, which is - of course - not canon at all.)

Book number 4 of the “Smart Women / Foolish Choices” series by Onix. 87 pages full to the brim with bitter-sweet tales about our precious Dragon Ball ladies riding on the emotional rollercoaster that being in love can be. This time around we start off with the fourth part of the VegeBul series, “Honey Moon” (and oh boy, it’s gonna get juicy in this segment), before we then move on to a story about Chichi dealing with her conflicting feelings towards Goku during the Buu saga. Following that, Gokua/Zangya, both of which were originally featured in the DB movie #9 “Bojack Unbound”, show us how much potential would have been in these non-canon villainous characters. And last, but certainly not least, the culmination of this book: Launch hunting down Tenshinhan in the mountains for some real talk. This is the most adult-rated thing I’ve translated, yet; lmao. Ever since I found this doujinshi, I wanted to get it scanlated. It’ll probably end up on one of those ad-infested hentai sites, but oh well. This is - by far - not a couples book. It’s just Nami fooling around, having some fun with her sailing comrades, Sanji and Zoro. It’s very nicely drawn, a little kinky, a little mean, and also has a nice little chunk of humor in it! You might notice a change of quality about 11 pages into this doujinshi. Unfortunately, I could only find the first few pages in HD (I assume they were scanned by a SaNa-only fan), but tried to at least make the rest of them look similar in color (the person who scanned those changed the orange hue of the original pages to red for some reason). Like… hot damn. Suzu’s drawings might be “sloppy” (to quote her on that), but they’re utterly beautiful and extremely captivating! Finally! Finally I can present you a translated version of the first book of Onix’s “Smart Women / Foolish Choices” series. This series - generally targeted towards a mature audience, setting a rather dark tone in some of the stories - focuses on the Dragon Ball gals and the troubles they go through with their significant others. It also includes the on-going VegeBul story “Honey Moon”, which tells the famous tale of three year gap in an unconventional, non-sugary way. While the series is, like I’ve said before, often dark, it also has its cute and funny moments/shorts, which - no doubt - make it a well-rounded read overall. I’m sure this has been done, but I love the idea of 80s aesthetic for them. I loved coloring this.

I’ve been wanting to do this since I saw an article a few months ago about an artist who uses neon colors. I didn’t replicate the style - I just started throwing colors on, and I had so much fun.

An ongoing rain keeps interfering with Bulma’s plans for a very special occasion… To be honest, it feels like it’s been yesterday when this doujinshi got announced and I thought to myself: “Gosh, I totally need to translate this when it comes out!!” But in reality that was 5(!) years ago. Anyway, I finally got around to scanlate it now and I hope you’ll enjoy this short but lovely doujinshi as much as I did! (And Oniyuri’s artwork is just as gorgeous as ever, isn’t it~? This story has it all: Gorgeous artwork, a huge portion of humor, dialogue which not only gives insight to the characters but actually feels true to their personalities, and it portrays the Bulma / Yamucha / Vegeta triangle in a way it rarely is approached, and which personally I would have loved to read more of.
