ok so like u gotta rlly listen and follow my directions here or ur gonna get fucked over and im serious, so basically cash advance apps cannot legally go after you and make you pay them back if you borrow money, they are NOT loans they are advances and under the law they cant charge u, they cant send u to debt collectors, they cant put apr on money you take yadda yadda, imma give specific apps to use in a sec but i have to stress the following, putting this under a read more, but i did this and got $900 dollars almost 2 years ago now and nothing has happened to me and it does not effect credit score

DONOT use the dave app, they will take ur shit if u try this method, use apps like earnin, brigit, grant, klover or tilt (there r more those r just the specific ones i used) if you decide to do this method for free money u have to understand u will either be banned from the apps after or they will not allow u to borrow any more money until you pay them back but again they CANNOT legally force you to pay them back with this method, it is in all of their user agreements they just hide it so that people dont know bc they obviously dont want u taking their money and running, like i said i personally was able to get $900 dollars from these apps doing this method and have faced zero legal repercussions bc they state themselves they cant do shit to u, so if ur poor and u rlly need it and ur okay with not being able to use these apps again bc ur just in a pinch and need the money this is for u

ur gonna follow all the rules and link ur bank account and ur card and they r gonna look at ur bank history and decide how much they feel comfortable giving you, if u have regular paychecks u have a higher chance of getting bigger amounts of money, before your repayment day (the day ur supposed to give them ur money back) ur user agreement is going to state how many days out u have to “revoke authorization” to cancel repayment

you will be sending a email to the support team of whatever app ur using stating ur name, bank account info or phone number each user agreement requires u to state specific things so just double check ur mentioning the right thing in ur email(or thru the app if they have support on there directly) each apps user agreements will tell u exactly how to revoke authorization which is what cancels the repayment, staff might push back and ask u to push the repayment date further, be firm and say i want to can revoke authorization, u must do this within the window of the user agreement or it wont work (usually 4 days before repayment date), they legally have to comply and if they keep pushing just keep sending the same email or format that the user agreement says otherwise they r breaking the law themselves bc they cannot force repayment, make sure you unlike your plaid account and ur card on these apps after revoking most won’t try to charge but some will charge a “maintenance fee” of around five bucks as a last fuck u for fucking them over, at best they might try to scare u into not doing it but they literally cant do shit to u legally

u have to make sure u are not revoking authorization within like two days of getting the money, wait until 4-5 days before the repayment deadline otherwise these apps can make a claim to ur bank of suspecting fraud, this too is easy to get over if you come into this problem just contact ur bank and say u were not happy with their service and simply want to revoke authorization with them no biggie, theres a cash advance subreddit with like hyper specific things to do with the specific apps to get away with the money but like i said do this as a last resort or if u dont think ull need these apps again in the future, i did this while homeless and it fr saved my ass, its ghetto but it works
