doc confirmed my mania and we upped my dosage. this im cool w bc i really dont want to change meds bc theyve been working so well for me. he also said its ok to sing and that im not just "giving into" delusions, but to be mindful and grounded and what not. i feel this breath of relief from the confirmation though, because i deny symptoms a lot of the time or try to justify them as something else. gonna focus on myself and im lucky i dont have work rn.
