TwentiethCenturySims Langtree Updo for teen-elder females

Many thanks to @joojconverts for converting this hairstyle! I decided to take a shot at retexturing it, and let me tell you — it was quite the task. I'm still not 100% happy with it, but the texture area was tiny — and, frankly, I'm too lazy to remap it, so just don't look too closely. #QualityWork

Issues: for some reason, my sim reverts to LOD3 when exiting CAS after putting this hair on her. Switching outfits fixes it. Might just be a glitch on my end, though.

For teen-elder females, not enabled for random.

Cloned, so it doesn't conflict with JooJ's version.

Only has three channels (roots, base and highlights), because having the tips show would make no sense.

Six new custom recipes: pies!

I’m very excited to bring you this, as it’s (so far) my only successful project in terms of scripting (well, I didn’t do the scripting myself 😅). Here you have six custom pie recipes: Cheese and Onion Pie, Chicken Pot Pie, Chiffon Pie, Fruit Pie, Meat Pie, Tofu Tourtiere.

These require DouglasVeiga’s CCLoader (CCLoader.zip: unzip and put the contents under Mods \ Packages, or a subfolder in there).

EDIT: I am so sleep-deprived that I wrote the thanks in the readme but not here! A HUGE thank you to @echoweaver for her tutorial!

Recipes:

Cheese and Onion Pie [🌿] ingredients: Cheese, Onion, Egg

Chicken Pot Pie [🍖] ingredients: Roast, Carrots, Onion

Chiffon Pie [🌿🍰] ingredients: any Fruit, Egg x2

Fruit Pie [🌿🍰] ingredients: any Fruit x2, Egg

Meat Pie [🍖] ingredients: Steak, Potato, Garlic

Tofu Tourtiere [🌿] ingredients: Tofu, White Caps, Onion

🌿 vegetarian; 🍖 non-vegetarian; 🍰 dessert

Details:

Chicken Pot Pie requires the Pets EP (Carrots ingredient). Tofu Tourtiere requires Supernatural EP (White Caps ingredient). You might be able to make them if you don’t have those EPs, but they will lack those ingredients. The other recipes are all basegame compatible. 

You can pick and choose whichever recipe you want, but you must have DouglasVeiga’s CCLoader regardless of what you keep.

Most of the recipes can be learned at level 3 of the cooking skill, via $30 recipe books. The Cheese and Onion Pie recipe can be learned at level 2 and costs $20 to buy, so it appears at the top of the list since the cheapest recipes are $25.

All recipes can only be made as Group meals (so you can find them under Serve…, not Have…), at any time of day.

Translations: currently, the recipes feature English strings for all languages. DM me if you want to contribute localized translations 😊The only string is the name of the pies listed above, lol.

Compatible with other custom recipes and my mods: More Complex Recipes / Some Meals as Desserts, 4 Servings per Group Meal. Pictured: one variant of my Marble Default Replacement Plates.

CONTENT DUMP PART 3/3 - MAKEUP BY PYXIS

So this is pretty much the makeup basics set I made for TS4 - I feel like TS3 suffers from the same problem of having a lot of dramatic makeup, but not a lot of subtle, everyday stuff. As usual, everything has thumbnails and should be easy to find in CAS.

All The Kings

- basic eyeliner is a very tiny edit of my favourite liner ever (Nilou’s simple), I just alpha’d out some of the fuzzy lashes for a cleaner edge

- cateye eyeliner is a winged version of the basic liner

- under eye liner takes its texture from one of Treesimz’ skins, and has two channels

- eyeshadow affects the upper lid only, uses the eye socket texture from my Innocent Bones skin, and has three channels (looks best with bright/bold colours imo)

- lips are from my Innocent Bones skin, and have 3 channels

Will I use them regularly in my game? Probably not, but they're cute and I thought someone else would want those too, so here it is. i didn't reduce the polycount since I believe people will use those more to screenshots than actual gameplay, and because they're quite detailed and decimating would make everything ugly '-'

They look weird in CAS (as usual) but fine in game ^^
