loa cheat sheet to keep in mind 25/8 <3
assuming gently but constantly
this does not mean obsessively looping affirmations... instead every time your mind wants to lean toward worry or doubt, you gently tip it back toward the i already have it mindset. you don't have to do this forcefully nor do you have to yell at yourself. more like….. you're reminding a forgetful friend, more like ... we're fine, this is already ours. do it ten times a day or do it a hundred or do it once, just don't let the opposite story get more airtime.
not checking if it's working
I KNOWWWWW that this one is hard, especially because we're soooo used to measuring progress. but manifesting isn't like school or baking. sadly you don't get a gold star for effort. if you're checking, has it shown up yet? did that mean something? was that a sign? you're not in the state of having, you're in the state of lack, in the state of waiting.
the version of you who has it wouldn't be checking, they'd just be living. so copy that energy, even if it feels fake at first. it doesn't have to feel real, you just keep doing it until it does.
not tying it to your worth
you do not have to heal everything first, you don't have to deserve it and you don't have to earn it. that's not how any of this works. you don't have to be the best version of yourself and you don't have to love yourself perfectly. you just have to accept that you are allowed to have the thing, and then decide that you do.
letting it be boring and letting it be simple
you don't get there by force, you get there by letting the assumption settle into you like a habit. you don't try to feel it every second, just let it become normal. even boring.
you tell yourself a new story until it becomes the only one you respond to. you assume and you persist and and you let it land.

OKAY. OKAY. so. take a second. breathe. and say to yourself: i'm in my dr right now, i just forgot.
don't even question it. no, don't sit there waiting for the world to change around you as if you're expecting a disney movie transition.
the world is already there
then, because i know you're going to be sitting there, expecting a magical event or waiting for the next line to cue you into "shift mode," instead just close your eyes.
feel what you're already feeling. the weight of the blanket, the curve of your pillow, the way your skin meets the fabric. keep it REAL
feel like you're already there, but just don't remember yet. when you say "i'm already there," you're living it, it's a memory you haven't fully recalled. so now, without skipping a beat, pull yourself deeper into that feeling.
don't wait for the visual change, don't wait for fireworks. feel it. sink into the assumption as if it's already your reality. because it IS.
if you're feeling too tired for the theatrical stuff, just do that. remembering and letting yourself believe that you've been living this the whole time. remembering that you've always been in your dr. you just forgot, that's it, shift your mindset to already having lived the life you want, rather than waiting for the cue to step into it. you don't need to force yourself to be there, because you're already there, but just haven't remembered yet.
so instead of waiting for a magical moment, treat it as if you're recalling a memory. you've been living that reality already, it's just buried under layers of "this" reality. let yourself believe in that memory. and when you believe, your brain does the rest. you've been doing it, living it, so stop making it complicated by expecting this big aha moment. just gently pull yourself into the quiet, simple truth that you've always been there.
after that? nothing happens but everything happens. you're already there. and don't ask for proof. just trust that it's all in the feeling.
and if you wake up and it's still not clicking, it's all probably just being a little too dramatic about how far you are. it's all in the little things.

How do I become a shifter like you? How do I get to live in so many drs? I cant stand this world, I want out. I want to be in my better cr, fame dr etc. I want to travel like you, see so many stuff
you're defaulting to scarcity brain, and that's normal. but your mentality, i'm guessing currently is "if only." if only i were there, if only i shifted, if only the world didn't feel like bla and la and dadada. but. you're the god of your reality, you have FULL control
you shift because you decide to, because you want to, because reality is loose. all of it's fake and you can grab whichever one fits best. realignment
accept that you are already in a dr. right now, right here. this is a desired reality, even if it's a desired reality where you forgot you desired it. chew on that
what you need is decision, like you roll out of bed and you go ok, i live in my xxxxxxxxx dr now. done. set. go.
keep affirming. say oh im in my dr, say i always shift. i never miss. say im never waiting.
just give your brain direction. if you're already steering your consciousness, at least choose one that you want to be in

when you notice thoughts that arise from lack rather than abundance, interrupt them
you don’t have to believe the new thought, just have to replace the old one.
like this:
i am broke = nope. i am rich and things are changing right now.
i look like shit = nope. i am beautiful, my face is adjusting every second.
he doesn’t like me = he loves me, of course he does, obviously.
you don’t have to convince yourself, this is just to interrupt the pattern. you are training your brain.
make your default mindset: this is changing
if you hate your skin, your body, your life:
okay, it’s changing.
not it sucks.
or it’ll always be this way.
it’s changing.
assuming change is not just possible, it’s already in progress
you have to stop trying to feel different. THINK different first and then watch everything.
if you try to feel abundant when your brain thinks you’re ugly/broke/failing/blablabla, you won’t get anywhere. so first: change thoughts, not feelings.
instead of “ugh i look like shit”
try okay. that thought doesn’t help me, i choose to think i’m pretty.
say it even if you feel dumb, even if you feel ugly. ESPECIALLY then. your feelings will lag behind. that’s fine

persistence is the only real work.

this is it. this is the whole thing. you don’t have to “make” it happen. you don’t have to manipulate circumstances or micromanage the bridge of events. you persist. you occupy the state of the wish fulfilled and you stay there. if you fall out, you go back in. that’s the work.
this isn’t about being obsessive or repeating affirmations 24/7, unless that genuinely helps you stay loyal to the state. persistence means you hold the inner conviction. you already are. you already have. it is already done.
the outer world doesn’t show it yet? doesn’t matter. your only job is to remain faithful to the unseen. “your assumptions, conscious or unconscious, direct all thought and action to their fulfillment.” (neville)
the 3D… it is the echo. the shadow. the printout. so when you let the 3D shake you, you’re reacting to the echo instead of staying with the sound.
don’t underestimate how much mental discipline this takes. not because it’s hard, but because we’ve been trained to believe the outer world is more real than our imagination. “man, thinking from the end, is the cause of the end.” that’s your real power. not wishing. assuming.
assume it’s done. and when your mind wanders? bring it back. when doubts come? remind yourself: this is just a reflection. not the truth. not the final say. you are the operant power. you decide what is real. and the only thing that makes it real is your persistence.
“a change of feeling is a change of destiny.” that means you shift your inner stance and stay there. even if the world hasn’t caught up yet, you stay in the feeling of already being the version of you who has it. that’s the only work.
this is why neville always said imagining creates reality, not imagining and hoping. not imagining and checking. not imagining and wondering why it’s not here yet. imagine it and persist. your assumption hardens into fact through your continued loyalty to it.
don’t confuse persistence with effort. you’re not pushing. you’re dwelling. you’re returning again and again and again and again to the inner knowing: it’s done. i am. i have. this is who i am now.
the people who “get results” are not special. they’re just the ones who stopped giving up halfway. they didn’t treat their imagination like a test. they treated it like truth. they persisted. and the world had no choice but to follow.

there is no plan B when manifesting
If you’re thinking about Plan B, then you’ve already decided Plan A might not work.
And that right there is the problem.
When you’re manifesting something there is no need for a backup. Why would there be? Plan B only exists when you don’t fully believe in Plan A. It’s a soft cushion for failure, a silent admission that "maybe this won’t happen," and the moment you entertain that thought, you’re already out of alignment.
Manifestation is not about hoping or trying or "seeing how it goes." It’s about knowing. It’s about choosing your reality and refusing to entertain anything that contradicts it.
The universe doesn’t respond to hesitation. It doesn’t respond to your fallback plans or your doubts or your inner negotiations. It responds to certainty — unwavering, grounded, undeniable knowing. The kind of knowing that says: This is mine. It’s done. There’s nothing more to figure out.
Neville Goddard said it best:
“Do not condition your desire. Just accept it as it comes to you. Give it all your faith. Do not ask how it will come about.”
You don’t need to know the how. You don’t need to prepare for what might go wrong. Your only job is to live in the end -> to mentally dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled so deeply that it becomes your only truth.
If you’re constantly checking for proof or creating alternate routes "just in case," you’re signaling that you don’t actually have it — that you’re still waiting for it, hoping for it, doubting it.
Drop the fear, drop the second-guessing, and fully commit to your desired reality as if it’s already here.
The 3D will begin to bend. Reality starts catching up. And suddenly you’re not chasing anything anymore — because it’s already yours.
Creation is finished. It was always finished. The only thing that ever needed to change was your mind.
So no, there is no Plan B. Because when you believe in Plan A with your whole being, Plan B becomes irrelevant.

You don't need toxic positivity to manifest or to shift
The language in this mostly addresses manifestation but it is applicable to both LOA and shifting.
I have been getting a lot of questions that generally boil down to "it really hurts right now, what do I do"
I think in some ways a lot of people have internalized this belief that they have to feel good and happy and motivated 100% of the time if they want it to work.
Couldn't be more wrong.
So many people respond to genuine questions with "well just don't 🤪". I know that's not how they mean it and I don't blame them one bit but as someone who has been mentally ill I know how it makes you think and I know that's how most people feel when they hear it.
It's ok to feel like shit. No you don't need to feel happy to manifest. You don't have to feel like you just won the lottery every five seconds of your day to manifest winning it.
You are not cursed to never manifest just because you have strong emotional reactions to things.
It's ok to hurt. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that while your feelings are absolutely valid and deserve the space to be felt they are not the authority on your reality.
Our brains naturally want to make sense of what we're feeling but it often leads us to thinking the way we're feeling is evidence of what will happen next.
"I feel awful and I don't like how often I'm feeling it" often leads us into thinking "nothing is ever going to work for me", but it's important to ground ourselves and realize that feeling like shit is not divine undeniable proof that it isn't going to work.
Feeling like shit just means you feel like shit, nothing more.
Sometimes we feel awful so we self sabotage and then say "see I was right", when really we're just a self fulfilling prophecy.
You don't want to be right, you want the comfort of having your emotions validated and seen.
Holding space for yourself to feel things and feel them deeply is important to our spiritual physical and mental health. However, saying that assigning meaning to it isn't good for you.
Keep fucking going. It's ok to affirm even though you feel like shit. Feeling like shit is not "evidence" that it's "not going to work".
Self discipline is knowing to regulate yourself and validate your emotions without affirming the opposite of what you want.
Self discipline is not beating yourself up and restricting yourself heavily. It is checking yourself when needed.

People genuinely need to just accept that their desires are meant for them and are inevitable law of assumption or not. That’s why I’ve been offline so long, me personally.
Your refusal to accept that your desires are inevitable is the thing that’s holding you back. You’re practically going against NATURE. It’s GOING to happen whether or not you think it will simply because YOU WANT IT. If you WANT it, it’s inevitable. Just accept it. That’s it!

╰┈➤ I am putting this to rest, here is one of my shifting hot takes. I will not be silent any longer.
There is no such thing as "half assing." And I mean it, put that term to rest, bury it, six feet under, never to be seen again. Remove it from your lexicon. The concept of half assing is a limiting belief. It does not matter how you go about shifting, you can do it.
╰┈➤ However my loves it is not your fault, unfortunately the concept of half assing originated during early shifttok. Early shifttok told you that you must put in work, a physical effort, in order to shift. That is not true. You don't have to put any type of physicality to shift your reality. Shifting is NOT physical, no amount of work will determine whether YOU are capable of doing it or not.
╰┈➤ If you BELIEVE that half assing an "attempt" is going to prevent you from shifting that is what is going to be true for you. Tell me, why is it that laying down on your back for hours upon hours will get you to your desired reality; but not simply assuming you are in your Dr.
╰┈➤ Shifting is effortless. If you want to shift, decide that you did. Accept that, harden it into a fact. Shifting isn't about who puts in the most work, it's whatever you decide it to be.
╰┈➤ If you want to say one affirmation and then go to sleep, then DO IT. It's not like there is some shifting god out there that's going to say "Ugh this person didn't do a method so they can't shift." If you want to get into the void, do that.
╰┈➤ There is no such thing as half assing ANYTHING. Get that out of your heads, shifting was never supposed to be difficult. When you go down to do your method with the thought "that you aren't doing enough" then that's what it will be for you.
╰┈➤ You SET the parameters, there is no fixed amount of effort that you have to put into shifting your reality. No amount of work will get you to your desired reality any quicker than an assumption would. There is no quota that you have to reach, it doesn't matter if you say one affirmation or one hundred.

꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 trust myself. I never outsource my trust. I'm not scrolling around finding more and more information on the internet about manifestation nor am I constantly checking if my manifestations are already there.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 only put the effort I want to put in, in my manifestations. If I only want to affirm that I have it for 5 minutes, it is done. If I want to mind saturate or visualize in the shower for 30 minutes, it is done. If I want to do SATs then it is done. because manifestation is not a chore, it is something you can actually enjoy.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 don't force my thoughts, emotions and affirmations. affs are not supposed to be boring, I create comedy and movies in my head about it. or I don't, who cares, I already have it.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓘 don't attach myself to desires because I am not soul bound to scarcity. listen, girls. if you assert your boundaries and are clear of how you want to be treated because you are unavailable to anything less (meaning, you'll be gone the time they irk you) from the cause of your own detachment to a specific outcome.. baby, your relationships will be much more abundant.

So I tried a mix of the anti method and affirmations, and I feel like I'm doing a good job shifting, but then when I open my eyes I'm still here?
I was trying to shift while showering (because you can shift anywhere at anytime ofc) and I used that method, and I always feel so close to being in my DR-- and then nothing. A slightly jarred feeling when I open my eyes, but I'm still in this reality.
I know that you don't need a final push, and some people feel like they snap into place etc. etc. I just don't know how to fully get there?

people talk about snapping into their dr the way youtubers say and just like that i'm cured. skip the edit.
shifting is (sadly) binary. you are. or you aren't. and the moment you go "where is it?" you've voted no.
you're using the anti method (our cursed child. our gaslight gatekeep girlboss tool.) which means the foundational assumption is i am already in my dr, perchaaaanceeee i've just forgotten. cool. now act like it!!!!!!!!!!! you are brute-forcing assumption into structure.
what that means practically is:
no i want to be in my dr. no i'm so close. none of that soy milk hope-core shit. you're not on the verge of heaven, you're in heaven with mild amnesia and a blunt in your hand, therefore you say things like:
this is just the transition period. my dr is stabilising. i've already shifted, i'm just adjusting to the perception shift. every second i feel confused is just proof of reorientation. this is memory reordering, not failure.
say them out loud. say them in your head. say them while shampooing. let your hair carry the truth. you're in your dr with coconut-scented certainty.
after you say your affirmations, you don't pause and open your eyes like the secret door to narnia's going to swing open and edmund's going to hand you turkish delight (@velvetbeeez mention, hi thought of you). no. you say your affirmations and you NOTICE. how your body feels, how the water hits your back, how the tiles look, how your brain flickers. you clock the incongruences, you make a note of them, not as wrongness, but as signs of shift. like:
that's funny. this wall's never looked that sharp before. why do i feel like i'm standing straighter today? this shampoo smells like a dream. like my dream. huh.
BECAUSEEEEE. you're not seeking proof. you're documenting it retroactively. you're not manifesting...........you're remembering (she said it?? she said it!!!!). you got blackout drunk on reality and are now piecing it together from glimmers.
if you're still waiting to open your eyes and see dr hogwarts or paris or your billionaire boyfriend on a fainting couch with a camus paperback.......i am sighing. the anti method is a cognitive overwrite, not a fireworks show. you're not waiting for your surroundings to change. your surroundings have already changed, you just haven't updated the map. so update it. live like it.
"but how do i live like it if i don't see it?"
no. no. we're not doing this again. this isn't plato's cave. BABY this is YOUR cave. you decorated it, you hung the posters, if the light looks off, it's because your eyes are adjusting, not because it's not real.
so if you say things like "i'm in my dr, i just forgor," follow it with one small non-performative gesture. not a ritual, not a task, just a nudge, a little......lean. reach for a towel as if it's the one from your dr bathroom. say "thanks" to the shower water as if it's dr-filtered with lavender. look at your hand and go, "this is the hand he kisses." (or she. or they. or you. or god. i'm not judging.)
people expect a jumpcut, which is understandable. but we are doing DISSOLVE edits......... real terrence malick hours, you feel jarred because you were already in, and your cr brain did a bitchy little bootloop to remind you that it's losing control because it's a LOSER AND HATES PEOPLE WINNING. the confusion is confirmation, lean into it. say, "cute try." say, "i've had worse transitions." drink water. not because hydration = shifting (unless you decide it is, then it literally is), but because your body believes anything with enough narrative conviction.
ok. SO. what did we learn today.
stop seeking entry. start recognising OCCUPANCY; your affirmations are not doorbells. they are location pings; every "nothing happened" moment is just your brain buffering. let it load.
you're not almost there. you're not getting close. you're not so close you can taste it. you're eating it. right NEOW. the meal is just taking its shape

engrave this process into your mind & move on.
i , assume. this is the whole thing. everything else is decoration. assume what you want is already real. not coming, not pending, not "in progress." real. here. done. the moment you assume it, it exists. there is no gap between thought and reality.
ii , persist. this is where most people trip. they assume, then check the mirror every five minutes, looking for signs, looking for proof. but a mirror reflects what you believe to be true, not what you’re begging to see. you persist in the assumption. not because you’re forcing anything, but because you understand this is how reality works. you wouldn’t assume gravity is real, then spend the rest of the day doubting it. same rules apply.
iii , let it unfold. no micromanaging. no checking the tracking number. no pacing back and forth wondering if you did it right. assumption is not about force. it is not about effort. it is not a request. assume, persist, and let reality adjust. it always does. . . . but what then? iv , live it. you don’t wait for confirmation to breathe. you don’t wait for a written notice that the sky is still in place. stop waiting. start being. reality does not need you to second-guess it. it already knows what to do. assume, persist, and step into it.
