okay so my sister is coming for Christmas in a week and I REAAALLLLY wanna look skin and bones. So my goal is to eat 500 per day and maybe loose some weight cause I’m fat asf. I was really restrictive last year around Christmas and then I started binge eating and purging and then starving but this time I’m going to be strict with myself. It’s time to be beautiful <33

HOW TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE UR EATING DINNER
okay so this is so helpful so take a cup That’s not see through and chew ur dinner like normal (I love this cause it helps with stomach pains) BUT DO not swallow and when no one’s looking pretend to drink water but spit into the cup and when dinners over throw away.
