It’s been consuming me a bit lately, but I need to get back on my horse and put out more content before I become yesterdays news….plus my fans have been hounding me for new stuff so, it’s on the long to-do list. So you’ve been working on some stuff, huh?? A few songs, but none recorded yet, mostly writing and I’ve had a few meetings here and there for potential tracks. ‘Course it’s probably all the L.A. pollution out here blocking most of the harmful rays. I’m sure you’ll be ready for the red carpet with that glamorous glow tho. 

I would like to actually give a shout out to all the time in the sun back home in Texas for making me not burn as easily, I fell asleep on a beach chair earlier today and thankfully didn’t get nothin’ but a nice little glow. Thank the heavens above for all the years of outside labor.

That youthful glow coming through. Congrats on the role but I’m a little surprised, I feel like I just learned you’re a secret thespian. Been holding out on us, huh?

I haven’t done any ‘real’ acting since college, but on a whim a couple of weeks ago I auditioned for a local theatre’s fall production of Peter Pan, and…I guess either my skin care routine is paying off in the forever-young regard or nobody else auditioned, because I got the eponymous role. 

I’m only a little bit convinced they only hired me because I said I could help out with costumes…

My body tends to have the right idea most days. It’s going good, I’ve been writing a lot, a bunch of creative juices are certainly flowing. Oh god, the hair styles on that show were garbage up until about season six and even then….as much as I love my girl Manny, her hair went through it for a while. Well, I would offer my assistance as a watching buddy but…..you know how I get.

Creativity’s good. I know I’ve had some bursts myself though I wish they weren’t usually at 2AM when I wanna sleep, but you know how it is, you go where the muse goes. Anything good coming out of that creativity that I should be on the lookout for? Manny...that’s the one with the thong? Scandalous. Nah, you can’t behave so no more watching with you.

I know. Whatever would you do if you didn’t have that cute face working for you? It’s good, really good. I’m really happy. Only real complaint I have is spending time there means less time here. I enjoy random hookups as much as the next gal, but some of those guys don’t know what they’re doing. I might need a professional. 

I’d be in a band. Lots of uggos pick up a guitar to pick up chicks. Ed Sheeran gets so much play for somebody who looks like he lives in a house made out of a hollowed out mushrooms and calls upon the magic of the forest to protect the trees. I haven’t been spending much time here myself, so I get it. But professional, hmm? Whoever could you mean?

A night off from work and you get wild, sounds about right. Though I’m a little salty I didn’t get a ‘hey Sam wanna join me’ message. Not even a drunk text either. The shame.

Not even entirely sure what all I had to drink last night, but let me tell you it was good. Going out for a night where I don’t have to spin and just get to be a regular party goer was awesome. Don’t worry, I made sure to watch my drinks and everything. Mama didn’t raise no fool. Well - you know what I mean.
