Yoonmin are schoolmates but divided into rival clubs.

Yoonmin being in each of the two most competitive clubs that are always in feud in most school competitions.

Yoongi and Jimin are schoolmates. They are both in the same department but in different majors as well as clubs. Yoongi is part of the music club. He has a sub-rap group of his own with other members of the club, and they usually join talent competitions held by the school. Jimin is part of the dance club. He and most of his club members usually join school talent competitions as a dance crew.

Both clubs are very popular in school and all their competitions are highly anticipated by fans and schoolmates. No one knows how their rivalries started, just that new students coming in were introduced to the culture and so have been passed on to the next generations of students.

The music club mostly consists of hip-hop and rock musicians. The dance club consists mostly of reserved and refined contemporary dancers. Although there haven't been any actual harmful fights, both clubs are very well known for bickering and mocking each other's members.

Amidst the clubs' rivalry, however, two members don't seem to care to actively participate in the ongoing feud. Yoongi just always seems bored when he and his friends run into dance club members. Pitching in a savage or snarky remark or two and he can't care less anymore. Jimin's just doing the first retaliation by being sassy, then after that he just lets his friends continue with the back-and-forth bickering as he checks his phone while waiting for them to finish. The two members had never even interacted directly, just a few scoffs and eyeroll at each other in the passing. So imagine the surprise and confusion of their club members at what they saw when an accident happened at the school theater.

Both clubs are preparing for another talent competition and since they are all under the same college department, everyone was assigned to one specific location. They were tasked to decorate the school theater's set. However, an unforeseen accident happened when a loose electric wire sparked and caught fire. Everyone was rushed out immediately and the school staff was able to put out the fire even before it caused huge damage. Thankfully no one got hurt, and only an old curtain and electrical cord were damaged.

Amid the panic, students flocked out of the theater in a hurry, forgetting to check on everyone if they all got out. And so another ruckus ensues when the dance club members can't find Jimin. Setting aside rivalries, even the music club rushed into looking for Jimin.

One particular student however seemed the most agitated to find Jimin. Yoongi looked panicked as he quickly rushed back to the theater to search for Jimin. Other members can't help but exchange glances at Yoongi's actions, which seem to come out of nowhere. Some of Yoongi's friends, along with some of Jimin's, ran after Yoongi inside the theater. Even in his panicked state, Yoongi took out his phone and started calling someone, his hand constantly raking through his hair as he wait for his phone to ring.

To everyone's surprise, a ringtone blared from the far corner of the theater and Yoongi immediately ran towards the sound. There in the small space behind the chairs, a crying Jimin was crouched and shaking, his face hidden between his chest and knees. Yoongi ended the call and immediately swoops down to embrace Jimin, with a sigh of relief and shaky breath he said: "Oh thank god, baby, we found you. Are you hurt? Do you want me to get you the nurse? I'll call you an ambulance."

And with that, Jimin immediately wrapped his arms tightly around Yoongi and clutched the back of his shirt with shaky hands. "Hyung, don't leave, please." A small croaked voice came out of Jimin.

"I won't. I'm here, Jimin." Yoongi held him tighter. "Fuck, I'm so sorry, baby. I should've made sure you were already safe before I got out. I would never live with myself if something had happened to you. I'm so fucking sorry."

The two stayed like that for a while, Yoongi caressing Jimin's back, his other hand holding the back of his head to keep him secured in his embrace as he whisper calming hushes to Jimin. Their friends called a few school staff and nurses. They explained what happened as they wait for the two to get up.

Once Jimin had fully calmed, Yoongi helped him up and walked him to the school clinic, Jimin's friends followed as well to make sure he was okay. Once everything was good, they all went out of the clinic to let Jimin rest, Yoongi never leaving his side.

All members of both clubs gathered again to talk about what happened in the theater and checked if everyone was okay. Then, a topic they all seemed to want to get into, was what happened with Jimin and Yoongi this afternoon.

Everyone was so shocked by the turn of events. But right now, they're all just glad that no one got hurt, and somehow the clubs' rivalry is set-aside.

They all just wanted to go home and rest.

And as for Jimin and Yoongi, they'll let them rest for now, but they definitely have a lot of explaining to do.
