CHOI SAN (ATEEZ)

They were literally MC’s together so of course they’re friends.

They have this sibling bond that everyone loves to see.

San expressed that being an MC alongside Roxy was a big pleasure since he’s been a fan of her for a very long time.

They occasionally go out together to catch up.

San sometimes forgets that Roxy is actually younger than him and often calls her noona.

His parents and her parents are actually friends.

San is friends with Roxy's older brother and Roxy is friends with San's older sister.

San knows that Roxy is learning Japanese so when he has the chance he tries to teach her some.

They're each others ride or die.

Roxy said that Yunjin was her favorite contestant on produce 48 and she got so sad when she didn't make it in the final lineup (but she was happy for her when she debuted in Le Sserafim).

They often speak English when they can.

Roxy is friends with Yunjin's younger sister Rachel.

Yunjin tried to teach Roxy opera singing (on her request) but she then gave up because it was way too hard for her.

Every time Roxy is live, she either blasts Le Sserafim's songs or Yunjin's solo songs.

Iconic duo.

They're always teasing each other for literally everything

They're like siblings in a sort of way because they can't literally stop making fun of each other, but at the same time they're very protective of each other and would literally defend one another if needed.

Roxy admires Beomgyu's passion for writing songs so much that it gave her some sort of strength to also start writing some songs.

Roxy is proud of Beomgyu for staying in school and studying since she didn't get the chance to do that when she moved to South Korea from the Usa because she didn't know Korean that well. (She finished middle school in South Korea but never continued because it was too hard for her).

Beomgyu always calls Roxy noona in a cute way every time he sees her.

OH HAEWON (NMIXX)

Literal besties.

Haewon literally loves Roxy (again in a platonic way ofc).

Roxy said Haewon's best qualities are her vocals and how funny she is and Haewon said that Roxy's best qualities are her dancing skills and her confidence.

They're so clingy with each other.

Haewon always asks Roxy to help her get better at dancing even though she doesn't need it since Roxy said that she's an amazing dancer already (but she helps her anyway).

When they both have time, they like to go on walks or runs together to either relax or blow off some steam from the heavy practices they both have to endure.

SKIENDIEL MEGAN MEIYOK (KATSEYE)

Roxy is close with all the Katseye members but she’s extremely close with Megan because they just get each other a lot.

Roxy said that in Dream Academy, Megan was her favorite contestant because her skills were outstanding and her passion felt really genuine. She kinda reminded her of herself when she was a trainee.

They’re both always excited when they need to do dance challenges for their groups songs.

The first thing that Megan does after coming to South Korea is visit Roxy (if she has the chance of course).

Megan sometimes shares her Kuromi merch with Roxy.

Megan loves Roxy’s cat even though she’s really allergic to cats.

Megan said that Roxy has always had a big influence on her and she inspired her deeply to become a good performer.

They FaceTime a lot just to catch up on things.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HIP HOP UNIT ☀︎︎

CHOI SEUNGCHEOL ; ROXY. ship name: cheolxy

He really didn't want a girl to join the lineup because it didn't seem right.

When Roxy showed up in the green room to prove herself he then understood why she was called the best female trainee under Pledis. He just accepted her and had some sort of profound respect for her even if you were barely just a teenager at the time.

Being the leader and oldest member of the group meant that he needed to make sure that everyone felt comfortable however he was extra careful with Roxy because she looked so fragile in his eyes but he knew that she could take care of herself just fine.

He would have Roxy be beside him at any times while being in crowded places because he didn't want her to feel uncomfortable.

He was so sad when Pledis decided to have her be part of the performance unit instead of the hip hop unit because he fought so hard for her.

He would send Roxy pics of Kkuma because he knows how much she loves her.

JEON WONWOO ; ROXY. ship name: rowon

The gaming duo.

At first, when he heard that a girl was gonna join the lineup, he thought that it was going to ruin everything but when Roxy showed up, everything changed because she was more than just a random girl that was going to join the group.

He was always polite to her, sometimes too polite, but he was just trying to be nice.

He always gave her snacks after practice because he knew that the diet she was going through was rough.

He made an effort to play her favorite game of all the time and it actually turned out that he liked it and understood why she liked it so much.

He has huge collection of glasses because of Roxy, since she would always buy a pair of the cutest ones she would find in different shops. He actually doesn't admit that he has a huge shelf where he stores them all on though.

They would have game nights a lot.

KIM MINGYU ; ROXY. ship name: gyuxy

He's such a teaser.

He was excited when he got to know that Roxy was gonna join the group. He thought that she was gonna make the group even more special with her presence in it.

He would playfully tease Roxy everyday by ruffling her hair, speaking to her in a baby voice, picking her up out of literally nowhere and just being really clingy in general which would make Roxy annoyed at first but now she got used to it.

He has a room in his house that was made for her specifically with all her essentials.

They ask each other for fashion tips and what to wear each day.

Roxy knows that Mingyu is huge yapper, so she would take the time to listen to all the different stories he'd have to tell and then she'd do the same.

At one point they got so close(in friendship) that Mingyu started catching feelings for Roxy but then he forgot that she was still too young to date, so she let her go unfortunately. (the only one that knew about his crush was Wonwoo)

CHWE HANSOL VERNON ; ROXY. ship name: rosol

He didn't mind having a girl in the group (he's literally cool with anything).

During their trainee days they would speak english most of the time because he knew that Roxy's Korean wasn't the best at the time.

Roxy would literally ask him to hang out because he's usually quiet and she doesn't mind a little quiet time sometimes.

He makes an effort to watch her favorite YouTubers even thought she never forced him to watch them. He actually really enjoys their videos and would watch them to pass time instead of doing more important things or watch his favorite YouTubers.

Sometimes he despises how awkward he could be and Roxy would just try and show him that being awkward isn't anything to be ashamed of.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VOCAL UNIT ☀︎︎

LEE JIHOON ; ROXY. ship name: roozi

He was unsure on how to feel about having a girl on the team but he never really showed it.

He got pissed when he knew Roxy wasn’t gonna be in the vocal unit since her voice was really good, but he also didn’t really fight a lot about it since the hip hop unit and performance unit were already fighting for her to be in their unit.

He tried to help Roxy learn the piano but she didn’t really like it so when he tried offering to help her in another instrument she suggested the flute since she liked the sound it made.

Roxy is the only one that knows the password to Woozi’s studio (well Hoshi too but he cheated) because he actually trusts her enough to know his studio’s password.

He actually can’t believe that in all the years you guys spent together, you still grew taller than him just like the other members.

YOON JEONGHAN ; ROXY. ship name: rohan

They’re both part of the menace trio along with Joshua.

Didn’t really mind if Roxy was gonna join the lineup or not but then he became really clingy with her so he really didn’t want her to not be in the lineup.

Clingy meaning he would literally just have his hands on her all the time either hugging her, patting her head or holding her hand.

When she was still a trainee, he would be the one that helped her out with homework since she was struggling with it.

He also helped her to learn a more advanced Korean since her level was just basic at the time because back in the Usa she didn’t use to speak frequently in Korean with her parents.

He was the first person that helped her to calm down when she was experiencing her first panic attack because of the intense training she was experiencing and the diet she was following.

HONG JISOO ; ROXY. ship name: shuaxy

Before the news that him and Roxy were dating broke out they were actually known as the California duo.

He always treated Roxy as a younger sister but as she grew older, he started to realize that she was more than just that and that’s when he started to catch feelings.

They tried to keep it a secret at first but they failed miserably at it because everyone found out after a week of them dating.

Roxy is big on hugs and kisses so Joshua became kind of like her guinea pig.

Roxy’s parents were so thrilled to know that Joshua is dating their daughter, they always talk about him and how he’s the perfect man for their daughter.

He would get concerned whenever he would see Roxy struggling during practice so he would come up to her and tell her to take a break because he can’t stand looking at his girl being exhausted.

He knows how clumsy Roxy tends to get when she’s tired so he’s immediately beside her to help in case she potentially trips.

He also knows how much Roxy hates thunders so every time there would be a thunderstorm, he would take his guitar out and start playing while singing one of her favorite songs.

Chaotic duo indeed.

When Roxy first joined the lineup, he immediately began to try to be your friend even though your Korean wasn’t the best at the time, so, to make it better, he tried to add the few words of English he knew just to make you smile. He sometimes does it today too, it’s like a sort of tradition you and him have.

He was thrilled to have Roxy as his roommate but, years later, she got her own apartment, meaning she was rarely gonna visit the dorms now and that made him sad even though he thought that it was good while it lasted.

The two sunshines of the group. When one of them got sad, the other would succeed in making them feel better.

He always asks Roxy for new funny english words to say when he “tries” to speak English and every time he tries to pronounce them, they both start laughing like crazy.

BOO SEUNGKWAN ; ROXY. ship name: rokwan

They fight EVERY DAY.

He was jealous of Roxy at first but after a LOT of convincing from all of the members he decided to give her a shot.

They literally bicker for everything and anything and their manager realized that putting them in the same dorm room wasn’t a good option but then the bickering started becoming funny. Now they bicker just for fun.

He actually is really caring of her though and treats her like a little sister.

He cheered the hardest when she got chosen to become one of the MC’s for Music Bank because that means that all his lessons helped her to be the best MC out there (not better than him though, his words!!)

But he’s actually very protective of her too, because if anyone dares to look at her the wrong way, he would pull out his best judging look and start an actual fight.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERFORMANCE UNIT ☀︎︎

KWON SOONYOUNG ; ROXY. ship name: roshi

He was very excited at the thought of having a female member in the group.

He cheered so hard when he knew Roxy was gonna be in the performance unit since at first she was supposed to be in the hip hop unit.

Him and Roxy are called one of the loudest duo in the group.

They often have dance offs to see who is better at dancing (Hoshi lets Roxy win most of the times because he knows she will get cranky if she loses).

When Hoshi gets in the performance leader mode though he becomes serious and strict even with Roxy (even though he tries to be a little gentler with her).

He shares photos of his dog Latte in exchange for photos of Roxy’s cat Daisy.

WEN JUNHUI ; ROXY. ship name: huixy

Him and Roxy weren’t really close at first since they spoke two completely different languages but they both tried to be polite to each other since they knew they were gonna be in the same group together.

He has the habit of communicating with cat memes via text and every time him and Roxy text she responds with cat memes as well to make him happy.

He’s also a really big fan of Roxy’s cat so she sends him a lot of pictures of her when she can.

He’s kinda Roxy’s therapist because he would just ask a simple ‘what’s wrong?’ and she would just start yapping and yapping and he would never get tired of her for it.

Usually takes Roxy’s luggage at the airport if it’s too heavy for her.

He learns English from Roxy and she learns Mandarin Chinese from him.

XU MINGHAO ; ROXY. ship name: roxhao

He actually didn’t like the idea of having a girl on the team and was actually really jealous of Roxy at first but then he realised that his behaviour was childish so he decided to give her a chance.

Roxy would choose to hold Minghao’s hand in crowded places when they first debuted and he wouldn’t complain one bit.

Roxy always gets excited every time Minghao comes back from China since she knows he would buy her all types of different teas that they will eventually try together.

During practices he would tell Roxy to take a break since he knows she gets out of breath easily.

The only time Roxy would be calm is when Minghao would meditate and she would quietly join him, closing her eyes, trying to imitate him.

They give each other reassuring looks to let each other know they’re okay without even needing to say a word.

LEE CHAN ; ROXY. ship name: dinxy

His maknae title being taken at first was a big slap on the face for him but even if he was just one year older than Roxy, he realised that she deserved it better than him.

Being the two youngest members of the group though meant always getting babied by all of the the members but he would never forget that Roxy was the youngest so he would also baby her a lot (more than the others actually).

He knows when Roxy is feeling down so he always tries to make it better by buying her gifts or food even though she always tells him that even an hug would be okay for her (he also gives her a hug in the end to make her extra happy).

He’s actually stricter than Hoshi when it comes to dancing but he only does it because he wants Roxy to be the best she could ever be.

Every time their group wins a trophy Dino goes up to Roxy and high fives her.

Her mom owns a bakery in Seoul called "Nunie's Goods" the name comes from one of Roxy's nicknames. At first she didn't really like the name but then she warmed up to it.

Her dad was a police officer back when Roxy's family was living in Los Angeles and now that they live in South Korea he decided to not continue being a police officer and now helps Roxy's mother at the bakery. As a kid, Roxy also wanted to become a police officer just like her dad, learning self defence from him as well but after discovering her passion for singing and dancing she decided to become a K-pop idol instead.

She has an older brother named Choi Jaemin, born in 1998. He's a professional gamer and is the person that made Roxy like video games from a very young age.

Her favorite western singers are Olivia Rodrigo, TV Girl, Sabrina Carpenter and Tyler, The Creator.

One thing she can't leave the house with is her AirPods since she always listens to music.

Her nicknames are: Rox, Rex, T-rex, Nunie and Naeunie.

During her trainee years she used to watch American YouTubers since she missed the Usa so much, her favorite YouTubers are: Gloom, Kubz Scouts, Laurenzside and Bijuu Mike.

Her favorite video game she never stops talking about is Yo-Kai Watch, she's played every game in the saga and Nintendo even considered having her on an interview to talk about all her favorite things about the game.

Her favorite food of all time is sushi and tteokbokki.

She expressed that the country she likes the most is Italy, not only because of the food but also because of the amazing scenery. After Nana tour ended she was so sad to go back home, so she made it her mission to visit it at least once every 2 months.

She was an MC for Music Bank from March 2019 to August 2020 with Ateez's San.

She became a trainee under Pledis in June of 2012 and trained for 2 years and 11 months.

She was actually not supposed to be in the lineup of the group and was supposed to debut with a girl group (that never debuted in the end) so the company decided to put her in the lineup to not waste her potential.

She's afraid of bugs, spiders, thunders and swimming in deep water.

She used to play badminton when she was in school in the Usa and she won a lot of trophies. When they have the time, Seungkwan and her play together.
