It definitely changes the character of the distortion by varying degrees. I'm not sure. I think some may have more gain than others. Running a fl default kick though it made it clip with some but not others

I do have a VST that someone else made called "soundbadizer" but it's just an asymmetrical waveshaper with a single wet/dry dial. i dont remember who made it or where i got it with any degree of confidence.

By some miracle I actually did see this lmao. I cleared out my tumblr with the eventual goal of using the site more regularly but I spaced out. I'm kind of a VST packrat so I still have it haha. I'll post it to my dropbox if you want to download it I guess:

According to the metadata on the VST, it was made by an "Elizabeth Johnson" not sure if that's the person I mentioned but yeah! I'll go ahead and attempt to tag @gamecubist (I forgot how this site works lol)
