SEVERITUS
The one on the left has been collecting cob webs since December. Based on Namesake Necklace.
Right: something that I’ve been picking away at while doing commissions.

People need to stop acting like Snape killed people while he was a DE. It’s obvious during the scene when Dumbledore is asking Severus to kill him that Snape has not killed anyone up to this point. Snape asks about his soul. He’s worried his soul will be damaged by killing Dumbledore, and Dumbledore says something like only you know if your soul will be damaged by doing a kindness to an old man (something like that). Anyway, if Snape had gone around killing Muggles left and right while he was a DE do you think he’d be suddenly caring about his soul now? It would’ve already been affected and there’d be no reason for him to bring it up. So please kindly:

Reblog this if you think it’s okay to support multiple different ships for the same character in a fandom.

Snape is the most heroic and selfless character in the series. He did great things and he didn’t even want people to know he did them.

It’s that time of the year when seasonal Harry Potter spreads very easily and I happened to catch it.

neville's potion caused him to break out into painful boils, and while these boils were getting worse and worse, snape just yelled at him for being dumb instead of solving the problem?
i don't have the quote in hand but i am pretty sure snape solved the problem. yelling at students is wrong but you can't accuse snape of doing nothing. he either undoes the damage himself or sends the student to pomfrey

Reporter: Your parents must be so proud that you’re the youngest Potions Master in history!
Snape: Yes, I’m sure they’re looking up at me right now.
Reporter(confused): ...don’t you mean looking down?
Snape(unfazed): No, my parents beat me a little too often.

Snape heard everything that his students gossiped about him.He was amused by it.He wrote down the insults that really impressive. He didn't care what you talked about him behind his back but don't you dare throw the insults on his face

Note
I guess Severus should of just  hold Remus down and then precede too force the potion down his throat...
Someone said that Snape is to be blamed for not bringing Remus the wolfsbane potion and he intentionally did that. Thoughts on this ?
... but he brought the potion. that's how he saw the map which led him to the shrieking shack

Imagine 21 years-old Snape learning how to teach thanks to McGonagall, Flitwick and other various teachers. After seeing Snape failing to teach the (fifth?,) sixth and seventh years who still remember him as the Snivellus who got pantsed like an animal in public, and after seeing him utterly demolished by Lily’s death, they decide that they might as well teach him how to be a professor who gets respected by his students.
Flitwick teaches him that he must call every student at the start of the class. McGonagall teaches him how to be firm, impressive, get respected and silence the class with his mere presence. Hagrid defends Snape from nasty rumors.
And after seeing one too many student calling Snape Snivellus and shame him for being sexually assaulted, the other teachers remain silent as Snape comes down on the student and punishes them like never.
It’s only fair. They never did enough to protect him from the abusive Gryffindors in his teen years, they neglected him and kept silent.
So will they when Snape defends himself from abusive students.
And they can’t find it in themselves to blame Severus for hardening himself further against the teens who are almost his age. They all know the hellish students will eat him up otherwise, and he’s only human.
