▫️Erectile Dysfunction (ED) affects +50% of men alone, and is quite more common than many realize.

▫️More often than not, the cause of ED concerns are closely related to anxiety, high stress levels, depression, relationship concerns, even fear of ED, & therefore psychological based.

▫️Physiological issues such as muscular weakness, blood flow, diabetes, & cardiovascular can also cause erectile dysfunction.

(Talking with your sex-positive doctor to rule out potential medical ED concerns is always a great idea & advised!)

▫️A few great techniques a Sex Coach can help with (psychological) ED are 👇🏻:

Check Yo Self 💙 It's Testicular Cancer Awareness Month! You know what that means... Feel Those Nuts, and Get a Check-up! Also, visit a great website like Feelyournuts.org for more information! ⬇️

An individual's lifetime risk of developing testicular cancer is approximately 1 in 250, accounts for 1% of all the cancers in men, and the most common in ages 15 - 34. It also has the highest cure rates among all cancers (>90%). However like all cancers, it can recur.

•

The two most common types of testicular cancers are *seminomas; slow growing cancer, and *non-seminomas; fast growing cancer. Prominent symptoms include pain, swelling, and lumps in testicles/groin areas.

•

• -Check Yo Self-

•

Risk factors include undescended testis (cryptorchidism), family history, mumps and inguinal hernia.

Surgical removal of a testicle will not affect fertility. *Chemotherapy, on the other hand, can harm sperm count & quality. Sperm banking may become an option to consider.

•

Don't wait for April, self-exam monthly!

Visual lovers want to be admired physically and also desire physical attraction from their partner. Communicating love by offering physical evidence such as gifts, dressing up & being well groomed, & taking new adventures together. They use descriptive words like seen/see, notice, attractive, & look.

**If your lover desires or is aroused by visual stimulation, try walking into the room or around the house completing small taks/chores dressed in sexy lingerie, or nude, and offer a welcoming smile with a wink!

•KiNESTHETIC: Feel the Love

Kinesthetic individuals love to hug, touch, caress, & kiss; communicating their love by physical touch. "I feel" is a very common 'starter' statement for this type of lover when it comes to expressing themselves.

**If you or your partner find yourselves be the "touchy feelie" type, great! However be sure to communicate how much, any boundaries, and check in often. Consent is SUPER important in EVERY relationship, married or not!

•AUDITORY: Hear the Love

Oh the sounds of love.. Auditory lovers want to hear affectionate words/term of endearment from their partner, romantic music, & hold engaging conversations.

**Tell your lover you love them often, how you appreciate them, and compliment them often.
