The two best reasons to ship anything are:

1.Incredible deep and detailed narrative themes. The parallels that seem to hit just right, the narrative foils that they can be to each other, the intricate dynamic that's both extremely complex and easily understood. The juxtaposition between something that's harsh and undoubtedly toxic, with the softer undertones, the parts where you read in-between the lines and find a mutual feeling of loneliness from both parts, their intrinsic understanding of each other comes from the mere fact that they're each others mirrored reflections and shadows. In the end both sides will be together forever, and you as an audience can clearly see their tragedy laid out before in a path that blurs pure anguish and tender romance

2.It would be so fucking funny

Keith, Zoey, and Bodhi connection

A theory we've been thinking about with @lacrimalis and which seems honestly quite plausible. Spoilers for Date Everything characters, and

TW: fictional murder mention

The three of them are connected by a single element: Zoey's murder.

Granted, it might have been an accident, but if it was an accident, the first thing Rudy would have done would have been to call for help and not caress her cheek like a creep and blow off the candles. Besides, Zoey's testimony about her death leaves a few things:

"Wrench the door open": the door opens from the inside of the attic, and we cannot ask Dorian, Celia, Wallace or Florence for what happened here, and it's possible that renovations made them forget a part of it. But more importantly, it occurs that the door was locked. Could have been any key, BUT.

This was not Zoey's house, but Rudy's house. So, the key that Rudy locked the lock with was his.

Bodhi is a time capsule and I do not remember when he was scheduled to be opened, but we open him and find out: that he comes from the 80's, same date as Zoey, and he possess a trinket that Zoey possessed.

Now, HOW would a trinket of Zoey be found there, and why would Bodhi have it if it was not Rudy who put it here? I do not know what happened with the investigations about Zoey's death, but it looks so much like a murder Rudy may have attempted to hide incriminating evidences : the trinket, and the key that was used to lock the attic.

Now, you'll say, what is the relationship with Keith, it might have been any other key, and....

Keith's storyline has him mentioning a previous owner of the House who now works with Valdivian, and him being tormented with wanting to find out why he was cast in that crawlspace (by that same person, probably). Keith does also say he was thrown there deliberately and not by accident, which honestly, in real life, you don't throw a key deliberately.So, Keith is a huge liar, but :

How does he knows someone who works at Valdivian (he's good with a computer, granted, but still, if he had a name, it would be easier to search), also he has not left the crawlspace for a long time, but it means the person he is talking about is still alive

He knows the person he claims was the former owner of the house has registry with all kind of notes about lost objects:

Now, you may brush it off as him spying, but there are things he says about this person that are starting to sound suspicious (and also like he knows him a lot)

The ONLY OTHER PERSON MENTIONED AS A SOCIOPATH IS KEITH HIMSELF.

Now, Keith may be talking about himself, BUT. He also says that he likely did wrong things in the past (which the owner couldn't have known, so it couldn't have been the reason why he was cast in the crawlspace and it had to be something else linked to the object itself, as a potential evidence for example), that his heart was in the right place but was probably misunderstood, blabla...

Of course there's a part of it that is simply a lie meant to endear him to the player, but it's entirely possible that simply put, calling a "bordeline sociopathic" someone he may have seen MURDERING SOMEONE IN FRONT OF HIM is absolutely not farfetched. And that since he was an object that belonged to that person, and that is a rather HUGE thing, Keith would have caught on that more than anyone else. A key is something quite personal after all.

Mind that even if Keith had wanted to, he could not have been able to open. Nor close, by the way.

The theory is: Keith witnessed the murder, and subsequently was an evidence somehow and was thrown into the crawlspace along with Bodhi, to hide this.

The person we are trying to hack the account of, if it's Rudy, it's interesting.

(Also, suddenly ? I don't give a shit if Keith stole from that guy. From us, come on man, that's rude, but from that guy, it's a loooooot better).

Other things that lead us to believe this:

Keith concept arts make him very linked to death (with calaveras + skull shaped venetian inspired mask), or having an actual skeleton face, and outfits seems to make him look like the master of the house/butler/matador etc. so well, it could very well be a pun still with skeleton key, but it would be absolutely fascinating if because of that pun he's also linked to the ONE DEATH and potential murder that happened in the house.

Last thing: that Keith likely dies (although, rule of drama says if the body was never found, he's still alive, but it would have been horrible) while jumping in the air and completely high, while he spent most of his life buried in the ground... aah, come on. Perhaps an analogy to avoid the horrible thing that he would have likely suffered wayyyyyy worse than that if he had been to stay alive, because he was a key his whole life, he has no experience with being human, this man is going to hurt himself SOON -

but that he was trapped for so long, potentially after a murder, and his first instinct is to get the heck away from here and go to "party hard" (living big), that's honestly not surprising. And, from that point, and especially considering the absurdingly CHEERFUL disposition he has... the first time it hurts, the second time "okay you got me well, well played boss", third time, it's outright charming, that guy is full of life, he's larger than life, he's going to kill himself living la vida loca, he's wonderful. I love him.

So Rustic had this headcanon that Dorian is 6’8” which is common standards for both interior and exterior doors in the UK. Specifically, this translates to 2032mm in metric measurements or 80 inches in imperial and I think will adopt this headcanon too. I WILL STAND WITH THIS TALL GENTLEMAN.
