Ali and Alicia’s life feels so intertwined because if Aliya is still alive, there’s a chance that Aliya will introduce MATA to Ali like she did for Bakar, and he gets to be young agents together with Alicia (whether with or without their guardians approval, lol).

But despite not having that connection anymore, he still meet Alicia as classmates in the same school, and they still ended up as young agents in MATA together.

Rizwan and Ali are like my new roman empire. Did I ever mention how weak I am when it comes to mentor/student dynamics?

And for some reason, it always ends up being written as incredibly depressing. Obi-wan/Anakin, Gojo/Megumi, Jiraya/Naruto, and now this. It's playing with my heartstrings so bad.

Wdym Ali thought Rizwan had perished in that season 2 finale blast?? Then found out in season 3 that not only was he alive but also "evil" now? (He's not, but it was a misunderstanding) Tell me why does it parallel so much with when Rizwan found out his own mentor, who he also thought had died, was alive and evil as well?? I'm gonna be sick.
