oh yeah i think horvitz could absolutely kill it, although i do think the straight-up zim voice would be too... smooth? idk how to describe it exactly but i think caliborn should sound like his throat is fucked up from screaming constantly. maybe something more like horvitz's crimson helluvaboss voice (the kidnapper here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQrbATaaCOs) but louder and with a zim flavor?

ok god wait another edit this time about vivzie. hear me out... vivzie characters are infamous for being vaguely monster-y creatures with fangs and red clowny cheeks... a lot of her characters even have gold teeth... a new influx of homestuck fans who would see these features as THE hot guy yaoi traits could be on the horizon... COULD the best boy finally get the tumblr sexyman recognition he's always deserved?

EDITED TO ADD SINCE THIS MAY HAVE BEEN ABT THE UHC: i read gio's blog posts and a couple fraf forum threads last night and don't know what to make of it honestly. i've never met gio or bambosh or any of the homestuck/hicu/fraf affiliates so i can't corroborate anyone's account in particular or anything, i can only read and wonder.

my perspective as someone totally unrelated to the situation and who may be missing vital context is that the attempts to get gio's earlier blog posts deleted despite not disproving their content really really rubbed me the wrong way and i hope homestuck addresses that, because even if it's true that gio is the nastiest most bad faith douchebag who ever lived, the use of copyright law in bad faith to get unflattering but factual posts about a company's business decisions taken down reflects extremely poorly on homestuck management. obviously though if gio is spreading personal information that's not related to homestuck as a business venture or spreading untrue defamatory material that's a different story. i genuinely don't know what the truth is in this case.

due to the situation years earlier with sarah z and lady emily i do have a general impression of homestuck management as litigious and allergic to criticism, but i wanna give everyone the benefit of the doubt and allow them room to grow instead of jumping to conclusions. idk, it all sucks. :(

AND THEN HE WATCHED THE TRAILER ON HIS PHONE I HAVE A GROWN POLICE MAN SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY CRYING ON HIS PHONE I HAVE A GROWN POLICE MAN SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY CRYING AND CURSING AT HUSSIE UNDER HIS BREATH HIS PARTER GAVE HIM A SHOCK BLANKET OH MY GOD
