Ruhullah's speech on greater autonomy (1953 position) in parliament will make JKNC uncomfortable and exposed before the people of Jammu and Kashmir. JKNC is not in a position to keep the two birds in one hand. JKNC can't keep its voters silent while trying to normalise relationships with the BJP.
