I just realized shadow doesn’t have gloves on (and presumably might not have shoes on?) in this pic from Gerald’s journal when he leaves his pod for the first time and like. it makes sense that he wouldn’t be but also that never occurred to me lmao

I’ve found the HD version of the Winged Shadow art—my god this is so cool!

The parallels between Sonic and Shadow at the end of SA2 always gives me the chills when I think back on it.

We pretty much start the game seeing Shadow in the capsule, about to be launched into space to earth by his best friend, who’s seconds away from being shot (or already shot) by a GUN soldier.

Then, we get near the end of the game with the roles swapped; Sonic is in the capsule about to be launched into space while he watches as Eggman threatens him by aiming a gun at Amy.

(Well, except Sonic’s capsule is planted with a bomb, so that part is kinda different 😅)
