The April fools update is so funny not because of the funnys (banban reference and jackass dolphin) but because after that you type in the console commands for funny out of bound memes only to be hit with some of the most surreal locations in the game accompanied by the most disturbing lines.
I feel like every time we get used to something Squeaks takes one of the characters and picks a random event from his magic hat to make them slightly more miserable and us question everything we’ve known.

[They let out a small sigh, attempting to stand up.]
“Nyit’s still really weird that we can read each other’s thoughts meow.”
[Screaming could be heard getting louder, and as a shadow formed on the ground, seemingly coming from the screaming’s source, it landed on the ground, in front of Tensei McKracken. It sat up with a grow, their black cat-like ears drooping down.]
“Great, where are we nyow?”

For a brief moment, Squid Boi was having an internal AND external "OH SHIT!" moment thinking the floor had been damaged. Squisker was away running errands and had made it clear there would be consequences if he came back to anything broken.
However, once that wore off it occurred to him that technically this… person? cat? Whoever this was, they were technically breaking in.
"Who are you?!" McKraken demanded.
He was trying to sound intimidating, but his voice being that of a kid kind of put a damper on that. If this embarrassed him, he was doing a good job of hiding it.
