Just saw an article that gives the proposed CBS fall schedule....The Equalizer moves to 10 pm Sunday...NCIS LA's old time slot...and the Matlock reboot will be at 9 pm on Sunday. Let's see if The Equalizer can exist the later hour or it will be the kiss of death. I consider it a little ironic that the new show co-produced by Eric's production company is going to be on Sunday night, like NCIS LA was.

So, after seeing the last TV Guide cover for NCIS Los Angeles, I was wondering if anyone has the first TV Guide issue that had the show on the cover from years ago. I started out watching the show in season 7 and so have never seen it.

When I first saw that NCIS LA was ending this season, I was hoping that CBS would agree to a shortened season 15 of ten episodes or so, like what originally happened with Criminal Minds. That way the show could resolve more major storylines and tie up loose ends.

From ericolsenfans on IG...text on the new TV Guide article about NCIS LA
“Save Hetty! In the military drama's Season 14 opener, intel has at last confirmed the location of the former boss lady (Linda Hunt): Syria. "It starts off very bad for her, but eventually [the info provides] a little bit of hope," executive producer R. Scott Gemmill says. The news fires up Special Agent G. Callen (Chris O'Donnell) to go rescue his imperiled surrogate mother, despite their unresolved issues about his childhood spy training. Admiral Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) nixes the plan, though: He needs all hands on deck after terrorists set off an explosion at a facility that manufactures Navy drones. That's just the first big boom. Arsonists light up one episode, and those gruesome serial killers that stitch bodies together from Season 9's"The Monster" make their return. The team also helps one of their own, Sam Hanna (LL Cool J), when son Aiden (Tye White) is wrongly accused of pilot error and may lose his military career. Different kid-related problems face married agents Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) and Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) now that they've adopted teen Rosa (Natalia del Riego). "They're trying to be cool but are overprotective," says Gemmill. To the rescue: Deeks' mom, zinger slinger Roberta (Pamela Reed). Meanwhile, Fatima Namazi (Medalion Rahimi) improves fellow special agent Devin Roundtree's (Caleb Castille) bad online dating profile and Callen's skills at planning his big day with fiancée Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly). If only Hetty were there in person! Notes Gemmill: "Her absence affects Callen as he works toward having his wedding, realizing he doesn't really want to go through with that without her." -Kate Hahn” #ericcolsen #ericchristianolsen #ncisla #ncislosangeles #ncislafamily #ncislafamilia #danielaruah #kensiblye #densi #ncis #chrisodonnell #gcallen #barpaly #annakolcheck #robertadeeks #pamelareed #nataliadelriego #rosareyes #llcoolj #samhanna @barpaly @chrisodonnell @llcoolj @tyewhite @nataliadelriego @danielaruah @ericcolsen

From the latest TV Guide. From this article, I’m excited about DR and ECO’s episode 299 and the 300th episode, but the season finale has me especially stoked, with the mentioning of Kensi and Deeks working on a case and getting into “dire straits”. Could Kessler finally be making an appearance?

Is the Futon Critic pretty accurate? Because it shows the schedule for NCIS LA having only eighteen episodes for this season.

I’m pretty sure also it’s Danela’s shephard Ash, curling up to her while she’s doing floor exercises. My cats like to curl up to me when I’m doing floor stretches - I like their interest but it makes it harder to do them. Pretty neat shot, BTW.

Help. I feel like an idiot, cause my brain just can’t resolve it. What is the thing in the top right of the picture? This pic bent my brain.

You’re probably right, and we won’t even get one episode. Checked the CBS TV online schedule and for my area (west coast) on the 23rd they show the AFC playoff game at 7 pm and NCIS Hawaii at 10 pm.

I don’t think there will be two episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles this weekend. CBS has the super late game Sunday night.

Just wondering...what was the number of the last episode of NCIS LA that was filmed, before the holiday hiatus? If they will still have 22 episodes this season, I was trying to figure out how many they still have to film after this pandemic pause.

I’ve been seeing the promos on ION TV for the lineup for next year, and it pretty much is the same, except that it was announced that the mothership NCIS was joining the schedule. I assume it will be on Sunday, as Criminal Minds wasn’t mentioned - ION must be dropping that show.
