Long hair don’t care. One year of growth. It’s been the worst process growing my hair out but it’s finally not really that awkward anymore. Getting there! Still a ways to go.

I like things that are nice. For instance, the @kemperamps Rack Profiler, the @protonepedals Attack Overdrive, the @mesaengineering Straight-Slant 4x12, and my Custom built Explorer featuring an @evertune bridge and a pair of @seymourduncanpickups Custom Shop Mark Holcomb Alpha/Omega hand-wound pickups, strung with @daddarioandco NYXL 11-49’s. All controlled using the @voodoolabofficial GCX Audio Switcher and Ground Control Pro. This rig rips. Gear nerds unite!

Another practice with Amnesis in the books! I’ll be providing that low end this weekend starting tomorrow in Greenville, SC at the Radio Room and Saturday in Hickory, NC at The Wizard Saloon! If you’re around those areas come throw down with us!

All setup and ready for tracking drums tomorrow for an 11 song full length album! Got the drums tuned up and sounding killer! Wishing I had 4 more channels of API mic pre’s to do some experimenting but 12 channels is plenty for now I suppose. Ah who am I kidding?! I could never have enough mic pre’s.

Here’s a little solo diddly I wrote for one of our new songs. I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out. Seriously can’t wait to wrap up preproduction on these songs and record them and get them out to you all! Thanks @evertune and @daddarioandco for always keeping me in top shape!

A little morning metal. Finished writing this one yesterday. Only a couple more songs to write until we’re done with preproduction and then we’ll start narrowing down the best 10-12 tracks for the album.
