I'm having a weird almost dysphoric feeling about my body that I don't know how to explain or voice because I gained weight, healthy weight-

I am still petite and skinny. but I am no longer fitting into the smallest sizes like I did for the majority of my life and that feels weird? I went from the smallest sizes sometimes being too big to now needing to go up several sizes.

I gained several pounds and now, at 26, I am fitting into sizes like 5-7 in pants- which I realized a few days ago when I went shopping for the first time since gaining weight.

And I'm not upset? Because I am healthy. But that just feels weird and I don't know how to explain that without it seeming weird since I am still skinny? It's like realizing that I have an adult body for the first time and I'm seeing the signs of my aging as I am near 30.
