My exploration of visuals and images through a private perspective in the form of a magazine and a website. It is also my way of using digital technology to express myself.
The project is currently in an uncompleted state and I hope to develop it even more through more experience, experimentation and learning.

I believe that most social interaction is now full of uselessness and feel that it is often awkward and strange for people to get along with each other nowadays. So I started my research with the absurd play The Bald Songstress, which expresses the uselessness of communication in modern society. I read the whole script of the play and I found it very boring, the characters' dialogue was illogical and repetitive. But what is interesting about the play is that there is no bald singer in it, it is called that because of a slip of the tongue by the actors. At the same time the author has written many ways of ending the play.In addition, the film "The Banshees of Inisherin" has an eccentric atmosphere and a detachment from reality. It also shows magnificent natural scenery and traditional Irish costumes.
Both of these films create a very traditional period setting, but both have a dark humour and absurdity that I think contrasts strongly with the setting.
At the same time I researched the work of a number of photographers, partly mainly absurd and eccentric visuals and partly old photographs. I thought I would start with a traditional British style or dress code, starting with old fashion, circa 1950s.
I wanted to create a vision of cliché and humour and fun coexisting, and the whole tone of the project revolved around cliché, tradition, absurdity, eccentricity, ambiguity, uselessness, detachment, abruptness.
In my projects, I strive to create a fascinating sense of contrast and conflict, interweaving various elements such as visuals, textiles, clothing and styling. Through a careful curation of visuals, I embark on a collage journey that seamlessly combines pop culture with classicism and juxtaposes old photographs with modern photography. This dynamic blend allows me to convey a sense of the comical and eccentric.
Experimentation with textiles has played a key role in capturing the essence of my vision. I have eagerly explored a wide range of materials, including traditional organic fabrics and modern man- made fabrics. I tried to highlight the intricate interplay between tradition and innovation. In addition, I have incorporated co-industrial materials, using soft gels and inks to reveal ancient patterns with a modern sheen and texture.
Clothing. I drew inspiration from 1950s fashion, taking clothing and dress codes from that era and simply morphing and reinventing them around British jackets, military uniforms and suits. This juxtaposition of elements adds an unexpected twist, giving a modern edge to traditional designs. Through the meticulous study of traditional patterns and subsequent alterations, I aimed to create a sense of disruption and strangeness in the overall composition.
To further enhance the visual impact, I adopted a deliberate stylistic approach. The aim was to create a sense of dislocation and conflict. Strong colour differences are used to enhance the visual tension and absurd atmosphere. The clash of tones heightens the dissonance of the atmosphere.

This is the project I am working on for the 2022-2023 LCF Graduate Diploma Fashion Design Technology and this course has given me a more comprehensive study of fashion and technology. Not only did I develop textiles in depth around print and materials, I also learnt techniques such as sewing, pattern cutting, laser cutting and craft.

Yeti Revival
The warming of the climate and man-made factors have led to the accelerated melting of the Earth's glaciers. The melting of the glaciers will take away resources, species, and with them some races, tribes and cultures.
This project will reinvent fur and outdoor dressing around the mysterious inhabitants of the northern end of the planet. It is a concern for the global warming of the world today and a warning of the species and races that will disappear with the melting of the glaciers.

Under the Carnival: conflict & opposition
The tragic death of two teenagers who were electrocuted while fleeing from the police in the northern suburbs of Paris in 2005 triggered a great deal of unrest that spread throughout the city and set fire to a seemingly harmonious and egalitarian society with a conflict between race and class. The conflict is a game of power and humanity, and a popular rebellion against the evils of alternate capitalist administrations.
We live in a world of conflict and confrontation. This project will reflect on conflict and confrontation' and explore the conflicts and contradictions of symbiosis and balance.

Solid Behavior Curve
Behavior is influenced by various factors and there is a complex relationship between people and their behavior.
This project is a re-presentation of the trajectory of an action through the lines of a garment, freezing the moment of the action on the garment. It is also a rethinking of the act, and a more perceptible visual representation of this complex phenomenon, where abstraction and figuration are transformed into each other.

Industrial Filling
Today's life is populated by a variety of industrial products that simultaneously influence and change each other. The almost saturated industrial world is dominated by pop culture and consumerism, with capital and power guiding the material choices of people in contemporary society.
Starting with everyday objects, this project investigates the relationship between objects and individuals from a private perspective, reflecting the material in its most primitive form on the human psyche.

Composition of Power
As for power, body shape often intuitively reflects a person's strength, and the robust is always praised. As for power, often gives people the ability to control, which is the symbol of the upper class.
On the one hand, through the study of muscle structure, the strength is intuitively reflected. Greek sculptures have finely and powerfully shaped the male body, and the ups and downs and structure of the muscles intuitively show powerful strength.
On the one hand, starting from the power suit, it reshapes the inherent image of the elite class. In traditional men's dress, the clothes are often fastened and pulled by belts, which show gentleman's norms and masculinity. Today the attire has an erotic undertone in pop culture.
Through experiments, the rubber strips and muscle lines are intertwined, and the space and structure formed break the restraint and calmness of men, and create ambiguous, interesting and sexy that do not belong to the inherent image.
This project is to explore the tension and flow of power, and to reshape and break through the image of power.
