toff talking about visiting macklin in vancouver

highlights:

-toff says most guys do the grouse grind once a week. macklin and aiden do it 3 times a week. when they did it mack completed it in 39 minutes, toff in an hour

-the whole celebrini family does it together

-toff was staying with the celebrinis for 5 days, including macklin’s 19th birthday

-working out with macklin is like being in training camp
