Sometimes reading Arthuriana feels like reading Alice in Wonderland.

I got all three front panels embroidered in time for comicon! Yes, the goal was to have this done enough for pennsic, but secondary goal was to have it done enough for comiccon and the comiccombat demo, which I managed to do!

Also because someone wanted me to post a video of me twirling, here it is!

got a new theory about the mom friend override

it's easier to do something for a friend than your own chores not because you love your friend

but because someone saying "hey can you make this phone call for me?"

does NOT come with the baggage of "i should have done this earlier" and "i can't do this" and "the fact that i haven't done this is proof of how incapable i am" and "if i do this it'll be admitting it was easy all along and i can't face that"
