AITA for starting a deadly game with one of my coworkers involved unwillingly?

I (??F) am a member of a group, an organization which is pretty high status. Someone else in this group (2?M) has been acting strangely recently. This person, my coworker I shall say, is very important to the organization so we can’t have them leaving. Me and the other members excluded him to have a chat on what to do, and we decided to take inspiration from a certain show. That show happened to be of a killing game. We did this only to test his loyalty, to see if he’d remain true to our cause, so we have a good reason for it.

Still, though, AITA?

eughhhh lbp dying makes me violent... I grew up with those games... When I was really young my sister showed me the first game.. and I immediately fell in love. I remember playing lbp2 with my siblings and laughing maniacally after making the game crash. I remember spamming my brother's character with beach balls in little big planet karting. I remember showing my dad the levels I would make in lbp3 with bated breath to see how he'd react. I remember begging my parents for a sackboy plush for my birthday (which I eventually did get and still have). I remember loving these games with my entire heart.

Thank you, Little Big Planet. Thank you for everything. Thank you for shaping my childhood. Thank you.
