I just had lemon ginger tea with 4 packs of fake sugar (out of real sugar) and about a scoop of probably expired pre-workout fruit punch gatorade mix stuff

it wasn't good but not terrible

I have a new psychiatrist so I'll be getting my meds again soon, and on the higher dose I needed, so hopefully I'll be able to do stuff again, yay : D

my new psychiatrist is a lot better and actually listens

also I'm gonna complain about the last one cus vitals are normal to take, they didn't have the correct sized blood pressure arm thingy and it's an automatic one, it just kept going and going and had to be turned off cus it was hurting me, they retried and it did the same, I meet my new psychiatrist in the same room, nervous cus we're doing the blood pressure thing, and in the drawer there was one that was the correct size, we had no issue with it

it could've been new but I don't know if it was or not so I don't know

how am I suppose to learn stuff when I search 'how do different minerals affect the color of water' on google and it gives me 'here's how water affects the colors of objects the deeper you go'

at least I got glacier water is more bright turquoise and iron can make it red-ish and muddy and algae being green or red

maybe I'll see if there's a video about it like there is on how plants get their coloring mainly (cus sunlight, they want some but not too much and that's why they're green, green scale has the most light bounced off while still getting the light from the other colors)
