Welcome to my blog, SharWrites!

This blog has been a long time in the making, so I'm really excited to finally share it with you all.

First, a little about me. My name is Shar, and I'm an almost 20-year old living in the beautiful and exhilarating city called New York. I moved here in the fall of 2013 when I started my time at NYU, and I've been in love with the city ever since. Cliché? Probably—but for good reason. So here I am, like many others before me, documenting my life and interests as I try to survive the next two years. 

Here are some of the things you can expect to see on here:

-travel posts documenting my upcoming semester abroad in London -yummy reviews of restaurants I visit, and recipes for some of my favorite home cooked dishes -tutorials of my nail art designs -and updates on anything that pops up in my life
