the stillness of the air. the quiet of the wind. leafs flowing. yangchen, the avatar and air nomad was practicing her bending. she loved the quiet at the air temple on nights like this. yangchen closed her eyes as she placed her hands together. her air tattoos begun to light up as her eyes glowed. entering the avatar state to test her abilities.

with one gesture of her hand, she airbended the air around her, flowing in circles as her long brown locks moved with her. next was her waterbending, earthbending and then fire. her bending skills more great in this moment but the most dangerous to lose control. a breath taken, she left the avatar state. the bending stopping as she opened her eyes once more.
