Headcanon(?): The Devildom & The Celestial Realm exist outside of Space & Time (thanks in part to its own nature as different dimensional planes of reality and also thanks to housing beings like God & Barbatos whose very existence kind of just fucks with things like creation & time) making the Devildom & the Celestial Realm somehow both in the past & in the future when compared to the Human World.

Eg: they have phones right as humans are starting to get on their feet as a species, they don't have blenders or vacuums as humans are building rockets and travelling to space

Headcanon(?): Being in charge of the Devildom means you have sort of a subconscious knowledge of every demon residing in the entirety of the Devildom.

It's not knowlege that's always at the forefront of your mind, but once Diavolo/The Demon King meets a demon for the first time they can pull up a basic awareness of them - the kind of demon they are, how long they've been alive, aprroximately where they live even if they don't get any specific information like their name

Mc: That's me *laughs*

Luke: The younger angels were born as babies, but I don't remember much beyond the great war, and we don't have these books either.

Mc: Well, that's not entirely true *gets up and comes back with another album*

Luke: What's that?

Mc: YOUR album.

Luke: !!

Mc: I've been filling it with all the photos we have since we met *flipping through the pages* all the events, projects, and so on.

Luke: *blushing with emotion* But there are so many photos!

Mc: I know, that's why even though time passes and I change, you'll always be able to remember these moments and how much I appreciate spending them with you.

Luke: *hugging them tightly* I don't know what to say… thank you.

Mc: You're welcome *hugging him back*

Luke: *looking at them with a smile* We're going to fill many more albums.

Mc: *smiling back* As many as you want.

✔️ MC, Beel & Belphie basically saying Mammon's the glue that holds 'em all together (true)

✔️ Mammon being the one to know Lucifer the best (because I genuinely think he knows Lucifer better than anyone else, including MC, Diavolo & Simeon - despite Diavolo being able to notice when Lucifer's pupils dilate, which is a whole other level of insanity btw)

Bonus: MC being so in tune with Mammon they know this and know when he's hestitating/hiding something

Recently been hearing about this Online Safety Bill - I live in the UK and I'm slightly mortified.

I've seen firsthand how websites like Tumblr and Discord - spaces of community and connection - can truly benefit people! My siblings are basically giant neon signs pointing to this being true!

Look, all I'm saying is that if I suddenly disappear off this site after the 25th of July please assume it's because of this godforsaken bill.

I think it would be interesting if part of the reason Barbatos avoids being too open and friendly is that there are times when he’s genuinely unsure of what timeline it is/how far along in the timeline they are.

Barbatos must perceive time differently from the other characters. While everyone else is along for the ride in a linear fashion, Barbatos can jump around and see into different timelines - and even though we know he can’t just change things of a whim, that amount of information has to be a lot to handle.

Barbatos who never asks specifically after Belphegor, because he can’t be 100% sure he’s out of the attic or not.

Barbatos who only asks follow-up questions to things others have said so he doesn’t spoil the future at all.

Barbatos who always checks for a ring on your finger, or a gift from someone you always wore, trying to see who you’ve chosen in this timeline.

Barbatos who always seems to be five steps ahead, but always feels like he’s on a different path entirely.
