The program includes navigation and perfect buoyancy skills with night and deep diving, and certifies you to dive up to 30 meters.  Participants must be at least 15 years of age and have completed open water or equivalent certification.

Seahawks Scuba offers interactive dive sessions with highly skilled and experienced divers to execute the open water certification program. SSI open water includes 4 open water dives with 20 confined water skills and certifies you to dive up to 18 meters deep. The program takes a total of 4 days to complete. Basic swimming is required for the certification, and you have to undergo a 200-meter swim and a 400-meter snorkel and float test before the commencement of the certification.

The Junction is a deep dive site starting from 28 meters and ending at 34 meters on the sandy bottom suitable for advanced or deep divers located 3.5 kilometers north of Neil Island. The topography of the reef looks like a chain of rocky mounds. The existence of a large number of marine animals adds beauty to the site including a large group of trevallies and barracudas, blue-spotted stingrays, sea stars, Napoleon wrasses, usually spotted pelagic fish and reef sharks, and many more.

The bus stop is a popular fringing reef suitable for certified divers located 3 kilometers west of Neil Island. It is a convergent point for popular reef fish species that swim around patches of soft corals. A beautiful formation of rocks lies to the north, while a downward-sloping plateau lies to the south of the reef. The top of the reef starts from 13 meters and drops to 20 meters where divers can spot garden eels and blue-spotted stingrays resting on the sandy bottom.
