MORE RHODONITE RAMBLINGS.. EXCEPT I'M TALKING ABOUT HER JOB AS HEAD OF STRATEGIC OPERATIONS AND WHY I THINK IT'S A PERFECT FIT FOR HER!!!

Rhodonite is DEFINITELY much more intelligent when she's more calm and her anxiety calms down. She is pretty good at her strategizing job, but I feel like if she were to be more confident/brave she'd be able to do it better! I mean DUHHH.........?? Why else was she assigned this job?

She has to be great at doing it...... She may not look like it because she's anxious and freaking out, but I JUST KNOW when she's calmer she enjoys doing it more! Plus in one scene when she was running to her area, she looked genuinely happy to be in her spot again. She enjoys doing her job, but I feel it's not something she'd consider FUN mainly because there's a bunch of stress built into doing this job... nfdknfknffj

Maybe she was helping to strategize or she showed her intelligence before Lars stole the ship (along with the cape) and that's why she was assigned the job?? Idk.. I'm just thinking out loud 😭 😭

I also saw someone say "Idk why she was given this strategy job when she was shown to be nothing but stressed/panicky having the job"

That is NOT TRUE imo... Like sure, she DID look pretty stressed/anxious but she was also pretty insecure and overly worried at the time so it's to be expected!!!! It's pretty understandable! And on top of all this, I don't think she ever had to witness this shit because she was hiding in the homeworld kindergarten the whole time. I'd like to think escaping in a spaceship is all new as hell to her. Sooo..,,

She is literally shown to be much more smart and with a bit of common sense once she is more calm, meaning that she definitely fits her role as "Head Of Strategic Operations" pretty well imo.

And like I said she DID look pretty happy to go back in her spot once the power went back on. If she hated her job or was bad at doing her job, she wouldn't be doing it let's be fr here... Nor would she be assigned the job... Unless she assigned it herself but I kinda doubt she would be the one to choose it for herself???

She also seems to be really good at the ship's technology... Probably why I heavily feel, once learning about human technology, she'd be way more of a computer user and not a phone user... But that's only a HC lol

I'd say Katamari too, cause it's definitely up there as one of my favorite games but I'll admit she probably won't love it as much as the others... It seems too stressful for her... She'd probably have a panic attack trying to use the controls and roll the Katamari to try and collect items..

Maybe she'd like the music in the games alot though!!

Rambling about Rhodonite because she's my everything:

I DEFINITELY feel like Rhodonite is the type to be very VERY fiercely defensive for those she cares about! This could only be because she's half Ruby, and Rubies are usually very defensive and protective! On top of this I STRONGLY feel she can be rather impatient at times....

I also mainly think this because of the time she tried protecting Padparadscha, and the times I felt she was trying so hard to protect herself! I feel she cares a little about herself, not in an arrogant way because that's the total opposite of her personality.. But in a way where she'd do anything to make sure that her and everyone else is ok!

She's not at all a “weak anxious baby” in my eyes, sure she has anxiety and she's very anxious/paranoid but she's MUCH MUCH more than that!!! She's sweet, strong when needed to be, caring, and pretty freaking smart! She just gets very afraid, worried, and insecure causing her to get caught up in her fears.. ESPECIALLY IN SPACE. Y’know what I mean?

She isn't JUST anxious as if it's the only thing about her, but it's definitely something she struggles with! I'm just heavily afraid of running into someone who genuinely sees her as nothing but a “weak soft baby” which is one reason why I made this rant about her LOLLLL! Hopefully I'm making sense I'm bad at explaining :’D

I'd also like to think that she's not at all a rude character, she's the total opposite actually, but much like Saw from BFB (WHO I THINK IS A LOT LIKE RHODONITE) her level headedness and worrisome personality can make it seem like she's upset with someone or trying to be rude when she really isn't trying to be at all. She's actually the opposite! She's very sweet, kind, gentle, and caring! Try to change my mind! Oh wait you can't lol!

I HEAVILY feel like the way you'd mischaracterize her is by portraying her as this mean/rude character or stupid, weak baby character. Like this IS NOT HER… THIS ISN'T MY RHODONITE!

Also keep in mind… I only mention the rude thing, because I wanted to sprinkle in my thoughts on her other personality traits. She definitely is NOT rude at all but I have this thought where she can be pretty annoyed or very stressed/anxious to the point she can LOOK this way when she is not trying to be at all. I relate to her alot so maybe this could only be because I go through this buuuttt…

sweetheart characters have their breaking points too! I feel she'd definitely reach hers! We need to see her reach her limit in the spinoff it'd be funny ngl..

Oh also + with the defensive thing…………….. Her Ruby was definitely showing during "Welp if you insist" because i'd like to think her Ruby was wanting to get them out of the situation. Plus judging based on the concept art her Ruby looks more happy and silly compared to her Pearl.
