Vampire adora x reader headcanon. Like how their relationship formed and a little bit of spice👀
Vampire Adora headcanons:
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Adora x F!Reader
AU: Modern
Type: Headcanons
Warnings: None.
A/N: A bunch of these headcanons come from a collab story a friend of mine, @atdawntheysing, and I were planning. Sadly, she left and we were never able to write it, but some of the headcanons that I came up with for that story I actually really liked for vampire Adora in general, and so now I’m going to share those with you :)
Also, making an explicit set of hcs for vampire Adora, but that’s going to be a separate post!
Adora has been waiting for you for a long time.
It’s been years since she’s seen you, and god, if her heart hasn’t been aching for you all this time.
Being soulmates, you’ve spent lifetimes together already, each one better than the last.
Unfortunately for you, your soulmate is a vampire, and with you being a human, your time together always comes to an end. Always.
It hurts every time, and it never gets easier for Adora to part with you, but she would still choose to love you and lose you for a thousand lifetimes or more, than to have lived her long immortal life having not met and been loved by you.
The universe isn’t so cruel, however. Not to decent people. Not to a descent person like Adora, who has spent all of her human years caring more about others, and even now, continues to do what she can to bring some good into this miserable world.
Some might say the universe is biased.
Perhaps there’s some truth to that. Love is the universe’s child. And from that love, a love story for the ages—a love story that has persevered through the ages.
From the dawn of time, your love has been the universe’s favourite love story, and as long as universe is alive, your love will too.
No, the universe can’t do anything to slow down time or stop your aging, but it can bring you back. Not the same way you were before, but you, nonetheless.
The pull of Adora’s soul calls for yours, never allowing your spirit to stray too far from the human world and into the spirit world.
Adora’s conviction to love you, even when she can’t see you, touch you, or hold you, is stronger than the pull of death.
With a bit of help from universe, you’re able to be reborn into the world.
A new face, sometimes.
Other times, very rarely, the face you had in another life. An old vessel.
“DoppelgĂ€ngers” people call them. Someone who might distinctly resemble someone from another time.
No matter what you look like, Adora always knows who you are. Your souls are forever intertwined.
And no matter how long you’ve been gone, Adora always waits for you. She waits to meet you again, yearns for that moment when her endless drifting from one place to another finally ceases and she’s able to be home. Home with you.
You are her home, and until she finds you again, Adora spends her days looking for you, from country to country, town to town, city to city, up and down, left to right, through jungles, villages, oceans—her soul calling for yours.
The passage of time is different for her. The days blur together. Years go by in the blink of an eye.
Waiting for you though, whether it’s for a second or a century, always hurts.
Once the wait is over though, Adora really can’t even remember much of the pain.
It’s like the sun coming out after the long winter months—the snow melts, the birds sing again, sunlight warms the surface of the earth as everything grows back, bright and green.
Understandably, Adora is very attached to you.
If this is something that bothers you, Adora will definitely respect that, but it will take some time for her to rewire her brain.
If you’re as affectionate as she is, it’s safe to say that you will find yourself attached at the hips.
She always wants to be touching you, always holding you, being near you.
She finds comfort in your scent and your presence.
Any anxiety she feels is quelled by the feel of your fingers carding through her hair and your lips brushing kisses over her face.
There’s a lot of things you need to relearn about her and Adora is only so happy to teach you again.
Most of the things you knew about vampires are misconceptions, and Adora has a field day hearing you bring them up before she corrects you.
For one, Adora sleeps. A lot.
“Why would vampires need sleep?” You asked one night as Adora crawled into bed with you. “I thought you didn’t need to do that.”
Adora’s head quickly met your chest, ear resting over your heart. Her arms wound around your waist and her warm breath fanned over your neck, right against your pulse (prompting yet another question).
“Well,” she began sheepishly, ducking further into your arms, “we don’t need sleep, not like humans do, but it’s still something we enjoy. We won’t die or get sick without it, but we do get cranky. We get tired, you know? Not so much physically, but we still get tired emotionally and mentally. Sleeping is a good way to recharge.”
“Oh, wow. That’s interesting. Doesn’t make you sound so different from me.”
Adora nodded. “For us, vampires, sleep is actually important for another reason, as well. Sleeping together is a way for us to bond. We still get the rush of hormones humans get when they cuddle with loved ones and those boost our own health.”
“Ohhhh. I see. Is that why you’re such a cuddlebug?” You teasingly poked your finger into one of Adora’s dimples, feeling her cheeks rise as she smiles. “I guess sleeping without me sucked these past years, huh?”
“I missed you a lot. I didn’t sleep until I found you again. I hated it, actually.”
“You didn’t sleep? ...And how long was that?”
“Like fifty years or so,” she replied with a small shrug.
“Why didn’t you sleep during that time?”
“Sleeping without you was lonely. Instead of making me feel better, it made me sadder. I missed you every night... It... It wasn’t the same without you.”
After that and seeing how Adora sleeps like a baby when she’s with you, how can you bring yourself to say no to her?
You can’t. You don’t. Whenever Adora wants snuggles, you give her as many as she wants and more.
It’s what she deserves after waiting for you for so long.
If Adora wants to sleep, you let her sleep as much as she needs to.
And again, she sleeps a lot.
Something about reaching peak comfort, according to Adora. When a vampire is with someone they love and trust, they reach a level of comfort so high they just knock out for hours.
This happens to Adora a lot, but you don’t mind it. You hold her and kiss her and cuddle her.
When she’s in the mood for it, you let her hold you and love you with all the kisses and hugs she couldn’t give you for so long.
She’s a strong woman who loves being held just as much as she loves to hold you.
When you wake up, she greets you with lingering kisses and a tender touch.
She loves to nap you out with the tips of her fingers while listening to the sweetest lullaby in the world—your heartbeat.
She often wakes up before you do, if only to take in the sight of you with her.
It fills her with so much joy to have you with her and sometimes she can’t help but cry out of sheer fondness and gratefulness.
As you hold each other so closely, you tentatively ask another question.
“Does my blood do anything to you?”
“What do you mean?”
“I don’t know... Do you get hungry?”
Adora snorts out a laugh, rolling her eyes teasingly as she intertwines her fingers with yours. “No, I don’t get hungry. Don’t get me wrong, blood generally does make me hungry, but not yours. Your blood is different from everyone else.”
“It is? How?”
“It’s sweet. Your blood has always been sweeter than anyone else’s. I love it, but it doesn’t make me hungry. When a vampire has a human soulmate, they become sensitive to them. It’s like an imprint. I just want to protect you and be with you.”
“That’s good to know. What about when I’m hurt? Bleeding?”
“It just makes me want to make you better. You haven’t gotten hurt yet, but it makes me pretty protective. We’re loyal, so I wouldn’t want to leave your side, even if it were just a cold.”
“Clingy, clingy.”
“I’m going to be a thorn in your side,” Adora grins, “just warning you now. You’re not getting rid of me for a long time.”
“I can live with that.”
As it turns out though, just because your blood doesn’t make Adora hungry, it doesn’t mean she’s completely immune to it.
There’s moments, intimate moments, where letting Adora bite just feels appropriate and they happen without you even thinking about it.
You’re just so overwhelmed with contentment and affection, feeling Adora’s lips trailing over the soft flesh of your neck, the tips of her teeth teasing as you let your head fall on top of hers and your hand glide gently over her back. You arch your neck slightly and push the back of Adora’s neck closer, harder until you feel the edges of her teeth pierce your skin.
Instinct takes over for Adora after that, and with your fingers sliding through her hair and your quiet sighs, she latches on, suckling ever so gently until she falls asleep.
Like with everything Adora does with you, she’s gentle and loving, always making sure you’re comfortable and you feel safe—which is as amusing as it is sweet, because these moments only happen when you’re already feeling that way.
While her teeth are sharper than razors, you find that you never feel any pain.
Maybe it’s got something to do with you being soulmates, or maybe that’s just a reach and it’s Adora’s own efforts that make it such a pleasant experience for you.
Either way, it’s odd, the feeling of complete and utter peace it brings you to have your blood flowing past her lips.
When you watch colour flood back into her cheeks and warmth spread through her body, however brief it is, as she relaxes into you, it makes you happy.
It also makes you sad, though.
Every reminder of how happy you make Adora eventually makes you sad because of how long she has to go being without you. Thinking about how hard life has been for her is upsetting.
You feel guilty, in a way, even though the limited time you have together is out of your control and Adora promises that waiting centuries for a little bit of time with you is absolutely worth it.
Adora’s diet, contrary to popular belief, doesn’t involve blood, strictly speaking.
She can, and does, eat normal “human” food.
She loves junk food more than she should and she guzzles your homemade meals like it’s her last day on earth every day.
Blood has the health benefits she needs, but food just has the delicious taste that makes her happy.
She drinks blood, she doesn’t need too much and she doesn’t need it often, so usually it’s from you or an animal that she’s gone out to hunt.
Other than that, her diet is rather ordinary.
She doesn’t take too well with dairy, funnily enough, but that doesn’t stop her from downing gallons and gallons of ice cream, gelato, and cheese just because she knows that she’s a bottomless pit.
Lucky her, you suppose, but then you’re the one that’s comforting her because her belly aches.
Lots of belly rubs for her while she whines in your arms about why you didn’t stop her.
Unfortunately for you, Adora eats a lot and she doesn’t cook.
She’s proven herself to be dangerous in the kitchen.
No amount of years spent trying to hone some type of culinary skills have been enough to make Adora a descent cook.
Even though she’s terrible in the kitchen, she still likes to help you in any way that she can just because she likes to be near you.
Another thing you learn is that Adora isn’t cold. She feels coldness, but it doesn’t bother her and her skin is far from being icy.
Her skin is usually the temperature of her environment.
This usually doesn’t bother her, but since getting you back, she craves your warmth.
You’re so cosy and it doesn’t help that you smell so good to her.
Even when it’s cold out, Adora wants to feel your heat against her skin. It’s like a blanket and your warmth seeps deep into her bones.
Adora smells delectable herself, so you don’t mind the attachment. Especially because the weight of her body feels so nice when she’s hugging you or sleeping on top of your chest.
Overall, you do a lot for Adora, but Adora does a lot for you, too.
As responsible of a person as she is, there’s nothing that comes first to Adora but you.
A prime example being school.
Adora prides herself on being as academically advanced as possible, and she does everything in her power to prove to her professors and peers that she deserves to be where she is.
She handles workloads fairly well, but, when projects and homework accumulate and dig into the time that is rightfully yours, she has to put a stop to it.
School is something of hobby for Adora, so know amount of homework or projects are ever going to get done if they impede the time she wants to spend with you.
She knows that the time she has with you is limited and unknown, and no earthly responsibilities are going to keep her from enjoying every second she has with you to the max.
Due to living so long, Adora is, for lack of better word, wealthy.
She hasn’t had to scrap for money and she’s able to afford any comforts you may want.
Your body is human, and while Adora doesn’t necessarily care for many things after seeing them so many times, she still splurges on you.
She takes care of you and gives you a level of financial comfort that would make others raise their brows at you.
She shares everything she has with you.
The thing that’s most important to her is seeing you happy, so it doesn’t matter how much you try to lie and say you don’t need her money, she will still book you impromptu trips around the world.
She buys you things, takes you out, shows you everything you used to love and more.
Every version of you is just a little bit different than the one before, and Adora adores learning everything about you each time.
She also likes to share things about her with you.
She loves to show you the art she used to draw, some art of you, some of landscapes long gone.
She still draws, sketches, and paints and she loves doing it with you.
She likes to show you how photography changed her life. How important it is for her and how you’re her muse in everything that she does.
She takes countless photos of you and both of you together for her to look back on one day and show you again.
She likes singing, albeit horribly, and she loves serenading you, just because it always puts a smile on your face.
She loves holding you close as you dance and she kisses your cheek when she spins you around.
For someone who you know better than the back of your hand, Adora never loses her cheekiness.
She flirts like it’s her first time seeing you and loves to make you feel special.
Every moment together is a moment Adora is filing away.
As the years together go by, Adora reveals parts of your old lives together.
She saves things that remind her of you—your previous wedding rings and other jewelry, preserved, just like new, and probably worth millions and millions, carefully wrapped in silk cloths, your favourite outfits from different decades, paintings of you both, and other trinkets like that.
She loves to sit with you and tell you stories of your past.
She says that every time you reincarnate, it’s her job to remind her of your love.
And you do begin to remember. Every time you pick up a ring or Adora clips a necklace around your neck, you’re transported to a time you spent together—balls, dances, weddings, vacations, homes, moments with friends, and so on.
There’s always so much laughter, so many kisses and hugs and breathy promises of an eternity together.
Adora always looks so happy in each memory.
The way she looked at you then and the way she looks at you now hasn’t changed despite the differences in decades and centuries.
The tenderness you feel for her hasn’t changed either. As your memories take shape in your head, it feels like your love for her only solidifies and grows.
What a beautiful thing it is to have a soulmate.
To remember the lives you spent together and still be able to relive falling in love and loving each other for another life.
Even though you are born and inevitably have to die, you know that being able to be with Adora again is a gift and a blessing.
It hurts Adora the most to lose and be without you, her ideal life would be to have you by her side forever, but with the few options left, both you and her know that this is as good as it’s going to get.
It’s up to you how you life your lives. For as long as you can, you’re going to live them with love and joy and make more memories that will fill your hearts with warmth when you look back on them.
A/N: Will add more hcs.

might i request a fluffy catra x reader... anything you wanna write, as long as it’s fluffy :D
You had recently gotten a job at a flower shop, and you loved working there.
Dealing with the flowers and learning about them was something that made you feel happy. Plus, the job wasn’t too hard, so it was a win-win.
You were busy with a customer when your girlfriend, Catra, walked in. She had made it her duty to visit you every day to check up on you and possibly steal a few kisses from you.
“I’m here for my daily fix of hugs and kisses,” she announced loudly.
You rolled your eyes and smiled at her childish behavior. “I’ll be with you shortly.” You replied. Catra leaned on the counter and watched as you bundled up the flowers for the customer with a smile.
Once the customer left, she made her way towards you.“How are you, Catra?” you asked as you pull her in for a hug. Catra buried her head against your shoulder and sighed contently, “I’m doing fine. How about you?”
“I’m doing better now.”
You dropped a kiss on her forehead then rested your head on top of hers. You guys stayed like that for a while, enjoying the presence of each other. After a while of holding each other, you slowly pulled away, much to Catra’s dismay.
“Hey, I have something for you.” You say as you reach behind the counter, pulling out a bouquet filled with a variety of roses. “I made a bouquet for you. Each color symbolizes something, like see here; the red rose means romantic love and passion. The white rose symbolizes a soul-deep love, purity, and new beginnings. The pink rose signifies grace and sweetness. The orange rose means fascination and desire. The burgundy rose signifies an intense passion. And lastly, the purple roses send a message of love at first sight. It’s a lot, but yeah. There are also nine roses in total, which has a symbolic meaning of eternal love.”
When you looked up, your eyes met with Catra’s teary eyes
. Catra chuckled. “You’re such a dork.” She then pulled you in for a kiss. Catra pours her everything into it. Her love for you, her desire, her happiness.
You two broke the kiss after a while to catch your breaths. Catra smiled and looked up at you, joy evident in her eyes.
She looked at the bouquet in your hands and gently took them from you, admiring them. “This means so much to me. Thank you.” Catra said.
“I-It’s no problem. You deserve it.” You reply.
Catra places the bouquet down on the table and hugs you again. “You didn’t have to.” She spoke.
“You’re my girlfriend; I have to. I must shower you with gifts.”
Catra rolled her eyes, “I love you, dork.”
You chuckled, “I love you too.”
A/N: Now that I think about it, my fics have a repetitive pattern. I guess this is something I should work on. Hope you enjoyed it!

infected she-ra where reader has to fight her then the reader got injured badly and was traumatized lots of angst please thank yoooou♄ (btw i love your works)
Apology
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Adora x F!Reader
AU: None, canonverse
Type: Fic
Warnings: Does this count as angst? You tell me.
“Hey... Um, how are you feeling?” Your girlfriend asked, peering around the threshold. “Can I... come in?” Her fingers drummed rapid unrhythmic patterns over the door, her eyes met your gaze for a moment before flitting away.
You tensed, a knot forming in your stomach. “Um... S-Sure...” you trailed off, a part of you feeling guilt at the lack of excitement in your voice. Usually you would want Adora at your side whenever you got hurt, but this time... The thought did nothing but make you want to curl up and hide.
Adora walked in, head bowed and shoulders slumped. She pulled over a chair, the metal legs scraping loudly over the floor as she did. She scratched the nape of her neck anxiously, her cheeks red with something you could only interpret as shame. “Y/N? I’m sorry. I’m so sorry—” She reached out toward you without thinking much of it, aching to touch you and bring you into her arms. You flinched and hugged your arms around yourself, scooting a couple inches away, making Adora’s face fall. You wanted to apologise so badly for the wounded look on her face, but you couldn’t bring yourself to say the words.
“It’s okay,” you mumbled eventually, pulling a blanket over your body, more as a shield from her than from the cold. “Don’t worry about it. I’m fine.”
“Are you?” Adora asked warily. “The way Bow made it sound, it sounded like it was bad...”
“You really don’t remember?”
She shook her head sheepishly, “I’m sorry. I just know that I... That I did that.” She motioned to the gauze adorning your torso and bit her lip, clenching her fingers into a tight fist. The wound was stitched closed and the bleeding under control now, but enough blood had seeped through the cotton to give her an idea of how much worse they had been before. “I’m so sorry. Does it... hurt?”
You shrugged a bit, fingers prodding the cotton wraps lightly. “Not really. The medics numbed the area while I was out and had me stitched up before I woke. I took some meds, and now I don’t feel much of it.”
“That’s good,” Adora said with a slight nod. “If it starts to hurt though, I can heal you up?” she offered, extending a hand as a glow emanated from her fingertips.
“No! No, please!” Adora retracted her hand quickly, momentarily stunned with hurt by your strong reaction. You took a deep breath and pulled your blanket tighter, “Don’t do that. I’ll just wait to heal up on my own. Thanks, though. ”
The awkwardness in the air that followed was palpable. Adora’s presence was beginning to feel suffocating instead of comforting and an itch was crawling across your arms.
“It’s She-Ra, isn’t it?” Adora asked quietly.
“Uh—”
“It is. Can you tell me what happened? What I did? Only if you can talk about it...”
“I’m not... I don’t think I can. All I can say is that you hurt me and—” you hesitated, eyes closing as you sighed, “I don’t really feel safe right now. Sorry.”
Understanding dawned on Adora at the same time hatred and frustration did. You were nothing short of cowering from her, her! The person who was supposed to love and protect you from harm and everything that might hurt you—not be the one to hurt you and make you fear her. Adora felt sick to her stomach. She couldn’t do anything right, could she? She couldn’t keep her friends safe, couldn’t stop herself from getting infected, couldn’t stop herself from going on a rampage and hurting her girlfriend, didn’t even stop trying to hurt you once she already had. All she could remember was seeing red, but in the back of her mind, the sound of your voice—calling her name, trying to break her out of that deadly haze, screaming when she barrelled toward you and the cries of pain when her sword slashed your side.
Angry tears pricked at the corners of her eyes. She pressed her fists into her eyes, releasing a shaky breath. To say she was disappointed in herself was an understatement, but what right did she have to be upset when she was the one that had hurt you? You were the one that had suffered. Adora deserved this.
“Is there anything I can do...?” she asked thickly.
It made you sad to see the look on Adora’s face, especially knowing that you were the reason why, but you couldn’t get over the feelings that getting attacked by your girlfriend had brought you. You knew how hard she took things, how personal they were to her, but still...
“I just think I need some time alone,” you replied with a tense smile. “I’ll be okay soon. Thank you.” Your words didn’t do anything to make Adora feel better in the slightest and you could tell. You didn’t want to hurt her, but you knew you would anyway, with your next words. “Adora, I love you, you know that, right? I love you so much, but right now? I need to be alone. Please. Just until this gets better,” you said, motioning to your midsection.
Adora nodded. “I know. I-I love you too, so much.” She stood up and took a step closer with her hand hovering between you before she let it fall to her side with a defeated sigh. “I’m sorry. I never meant to hurt you, but I’m going to wait however long it takes for you to be comfortable. I’m always here for you, okay?”
You gave her a watery smile, aching to take her hand one last time. You kept your hands curled to your chest as she walked away though, regret, loneliness, and loss settling in at once. You lied down, wincing at the disruption of your wound, and curled into your pillow. It’d only been a few hours and the image of an infuriated She-Ra trying to slice you in half and nearly succeeding was still the only thing you could see whenever you closed your eyes. You just hoped you would stop feeling this way soon so that you could hug Adora, wipe that look of regret off her face, and feel comfortable and safe around her again. Until then though... You doubted you would be able to bring yourself to be around her much.

Dark times all around but there are still people out there who love you
Do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, get help, talk to someone, anyone. Humanity has survived before and we can do it now if we all just support each other. My country and my people let me down and endangered my life but there’s nothing I or anyone else can do about that so let’s try to spread the love that is so clearly lacking.

what about a glimmer x reader pure tooth rotting fluff and just,,, cuddling and goofing off đŸ„ș👉👈
                            ❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂❂
The room was chilly in the early hours of the morning. Glimmer had huddled up close to you with her arms wrapped around your midsection tightly. She enjoyed your warmth immensely.
You, on the other hand, were still asleep with your arm wrapped around her shoulders.
Glimmer had woken up a while ago and didn’t want to go back to sleep. She wanted you to wake up. She nudged your jaw with her nose a couple of times, attempting to wake you up. You stirred in your sleep and slowly opened an eye and looked down at her.
Glimmer looked at you fondly and muttered a good morning. You smiled tiredly and leaned down to kiss her forehead, “Good morning to you too.”
Glimmer smiled contently and buried her face in the crook of your neck while you played with her hair.
“What are we gonna do today?” You asked quietly.
“I thought maybe we could just hang out together for today.” Glimmer replied.
You hummed, “I would love that.”
Glimmer took your hand and placed a soft kiss on your knuckles before intertwining her fingers with yours. You sighed happily and leaned down to kiss her softly.
“Maybe we should go to eat breakfast. Everyone is probably waiting for us.” Glimmer said.
“No, we have time. I like spending the mornings with you. It’ll be a while until we can do this again, given your schedule as a queen.”
Glimmer giggled and playfully put her hand on your face, “You’re such a dork.”
“But I’m your dork, right?”
“Hmm, no.”
You scoffed playfully and turned your head away, “That’s not nice.”
“Well, it’s the truth!” Glimmer teased. You huffed again and ignored her statement.
“You’re so overdramatic.” Glimmer said as she rolled her eyes. You kept on ignoring her, turning your head away from her.
Glimmer frowned at your behavior. An idea then came to her head, which made her begin smiling mischievously.
You noticed the smile on her face, and your eyes widened, “Oh no, I know what that smile means. You better no-”
Your sentence was cut short when Glimmer sat up suddenly and began tickling under your ribs, making you gasp and giggle uncontrollably.
“Glimmer!” You exclaimed amidst your fit of giggles.
“I’ll only stop if you say that you love me!” She teased.
“Never!”
Glimmer increased the intensity of her tickles, making you thrash around.
“Alright, fine! I love you!” You shouted.
“That’s more like it.” Glimmer grinned, slowly removing her hands from under your ribs.
You caught your breath and sighed, sinking back into the pillows. “You’re mean,” you muttered childishly. Glimmer feigned hurt and slapped your arm playfully.
“Ow!” you cried, returning the slap on her arm. Glimmer laughed, “You’re such an idiot.” Glimmer leaned back down and slipped her arms back around your waist, and tucked her head into the crook of your neck.
“Hey, didn’t you want to go eat breakfast?”
Glimmer hummed, “Yeah, but I’d rather be here with you.”
You smiled at her, “touche.”
You wrapped your arms back around her, holding her tightly against your chest, dropping a kiss on her head.
“Y/N, I love you,” she said after a few moments of silence.
“I love you too, Sparkles.”
“It’s Glimmer.” Glimmer retorted.
“I know.” you sighed.
A/N: Sorry if this fic isn’t worded too well. School is taking a toll on my brain. I hope you enjoyed it! Feel free to request more if you’d like.

Remember the "Welcome, Kitten" au fic? Where they say that R would talk to Catra's belly while Ollie was cooking when she thought Catra was asleep? Well that part lives rent free in my mind. Don't know if it counts as a baby fic request if there's no baby yet, but y'know 👀 it's cute

You cast a glance at your wife and smiled at the look of utter contentment on her face. Despite being so close to her due date, she hardly complained from discomfort. She looked so happy—she was beyond excited to finally meet your son, and you were too.
These days, Catra had been getting exhausted a lot more easily than she used to. It was normal, and you did your best to help her relax and settle in when she got tired. With her napping more and more, you had a lot more time alone than you were used to.
What did you do with all the extra time?
Well, you didn’t like being away from Catra, especially now. All you needed to do was be near her, ready for anything she might want or need. You also wanted to be close to your son, and with Catra sleeping so much, you were able to spend that time with him. You loved that precious time. It was perfect. You were able to be with both of your favourite people in the world.
You brushed a gentle kiss on Catra’s forehead before carefully shifting out from behind her. She stirred a bit at the loss of your warmth, but settled back quickly into your pillow with a deep, content sigh. You lied your head on her thighs and wrapped your arms around her belly, pressing your ear against it as you rubbed circles around it with gentle pressure.
“Hey, baby.” you said quietly. “You awake in there?” Your response was a nudge against your cheek. Your lips stretched into a grin as you pressed them against the swell, giving it a small kiss. “What are you doing up so late, kitten? You should be sleeping, you know.” you scolded. “Your mama has been out for ages already.”
You got no response other than another flutter.
“Well, I get it. I’m not sleepy, either. Your mama is tired, is all. She’s getting ready to bring you to us.” you replied, petting the bump lightly. You lied your head across Catra’s thighs with a small sigh and smiled. “Good job with being gentle with your mama, by the way. We really appreciate it. She’s already dealing with so much, but it’s nice that you’re not giving her a hard time. She needs to rest as much as possible because we don’t know exactly when you’ll arrive. You might surprise us.”
There were some kicks against the palm of your hand that made your heart squeeze. It was crazy how you could love someone you had never even met so intensely, but not entirely surprising. This was Catra’s baby, after all, and you loved her more than anything in the universe. Every time your son responded to your voice with a flutter or kick, it left you in awe how you had created a life together. You understood the science behind it, but it was still surreal at times.
“I can’t wait to finally see you,” you murmured affectionately. “We’re going to have so much fun here. I promise. And you’re so lucky you have the best mama in the world. She’s amazing. We’re going to love you and protect you always and forever, and make sure you have the best life possible.”
Once more, you received a kick. You couldn’t help but smile. A hand rested over yours on Catra’s belly, giving it a light squeeze. Your wife was smiling tiredly down at you.
“Sorry,” you whispered sheepishly. “Did I wake you?” I didn’t mean to.”
“Dork.” Catra laughed softly, her eyes gleaming fondly. “No, you didn’t wake me. I’ve been up for a minute now.”
“Oh. Okay.” you said reluctantly. Then, after a beat, “Are you sure?”
“Yes, I’m sure.” she replied with a roll of her eyes. “Now, don’t let me interrupt your bonding time. I like to fall asleep to the sound of your voice, anyway.” She tangled her fingers through your hair and scratched your scalp, making you moan happily as her tail coiled itself around your arm.
“There won’t be much bonding time if you keep doing that,” you muttered, fighting off the sudden urge to fall asleep. “You know I’m a sucker for your nails.”
“Well, you both need to settle down. You have way too much energy when you’re together.”
“Alright.” You laughed and brushed a sleepy kiss on her belly, another on the inside of her wrist. “Sorry, kitten. Time for bed. Mama’s orders. We’ll pick this back up later.” You hugged your arms around Catra’s belly and pressed your face against the underside, smiling lazily as you said, “Goodnight. I love you both.”
“I love you too. And don’t worry. You’ll be holding our kitten before you even know it.”
“You’re right. I just can’t wait for us to finally be complete.” You gave your wife another kiss and closed your eyes, unable to keep your lips from curling into a smile.
Nestled with the two most important people in your arms, with Catra’s soothing purrs, and the small thump of response from your son, and the thoughts of what the future would bring, you finally succumbed yourself to rest.

Pregnant catra X reader, where catra is having doubts about her being a good mother and the reader assures her that she will be the best mom ever
Reassurance
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Catra x F!Reader
AU: Canonverse + Oliverse
Type: Fic
Warnings: None.
Just by looking at you, Catra knew that you would be an amazing mother. There was not a single doubt in her mind about it You looked so confident rocking your niece to sleep in your arms, patiently patting her back and talking to her to soothe her to sleep. You knew what you were doing, and you were doing it to the best of your abilities, but the biggest reason Catra was so sure was because you were so loving.
Catra on the other hand... Well, she couldn’t help the thoughts of doubt that had begun to riddle her mind. She never knew what a good parent was supposed to be like, but she knew that whatever it was, you would be it. You had an amazing example to follow, after all. But what about her? Would her screwed upbringing warp her ability to be a good mother? What if she never managed to be good enough for your son? What if she turned out to be even worse than...?
Catra looked down at her hands and clenched them into fists, slowly releasing the pressure building up inside her with a deep exhale. Damn, these thoughts. She had the occasional bout of uncertainty before, but she never had any problem tamping them down. Why did this worry feel so overwhelming now? Especially so close to her due date? She couldn’t even sleep with the way these questions raced threw her mind.
“Hey, you,” you called, startling her out of her reverie. “What’s wrong?”
Catra looked up at you with her eyes brimming with tears. Her doubts made her frustrated. Frustration made her angry. When Catra was angry, she cried. She couldn’t help but feel like a screw up already. What if she never even stood a chance in the first place? What if she wasn’t ready to be the best mother she could possibly be and you jumped the gun on this?
You were by her side in less than a second, pulling her into your chest. Catra wrapped her arms around your waist and pressed her face into your neck, sniffling softly. Sometimes she really hated her mind. “Catra... What’s going on? What happened?” You brushed a kiss on her forehead. “Talk to me, love. What’s wrong?”
“I am,” Catra replied hoarsely. There was no way she wasn’t.
“What?”
“I’m what’s wrong.”
Catra didn’t need to look up to know that you were frowning deeply. “What? No, you’re not! Why would you say that?”
Catra wiped her cheeks without pulling away. She couldn’t look at you right now. “Because I don’t know if I can do this. I’m...” she swallowed thickly, “I’m scared.”
You were silent for a moment, but your embrace didn’t falter. You fingers sifted through her thick locks of hair calmly. “What are you scared of?” you finally asked, quiet.
Catra struggled to get the words out of her mouth. It felt like thorns were piercing her throat. She didn’t know why, but voicing her fears made her feel weak and unworthy. She truly was foolish for thinking she, of all people, would be a good parent. She almost laughed at the audacity. “I’m not going to be a good mom. What if I fuck up?-No, I already know I’m going to fuck up. What if I turn out to be like.... like her?”
“Oh, my love,” your voice rumbled through your chest and into Catra’s ear, speaking straight into her heart. “That’s never going to happen. I don’t need to see the future to know that. I know that you’re going to be the best mother. Why are you second guessing yourself?”
“But I don’t know how to be a mom, let alone a good one,” Catra stressed. “I don’t want to be the worst disappointment to our son when I should be the person he can always count on.”
You pulled away slightly to look into Catra’s eyes. Somehow, just looking at you looking at her with such sincerity and pride in your eyes was enough to make her feel like she could breathe again. “Being a mother is something no one just knows how to do. Did you know that? Growing up with a good or a bad parent doesn’t mean that you’re automatically going to follow in their footsteps. People learn how to parent as they go. There’s bound to be mishaps along the way, and it’s absolutely normal to be scared—this is a huge deal, after all, but you’re not going to be alone.” You leaned your forehead against Catra’s, her eyes fluttered close. Her heart was already slowing down, just by hearing the sound of your voice. “I promise you that we’re going to do this together. I can promise you that we’re going to succeed. You wanna know why?”
Catra’s lips curled into a faint smile that your thumb gently traced over. Your touch warmed the deepest parts of her that had frozen over with fear. “Why?”
“Because we both agree that our son’s interests are the main priority, right?” Catra nodded. “And we’re both going to do absolutely everything in our power to give him the best life we  possibly can. We love each other and we love him, I think that makes a huge difference. You’re never going to turn into the woman who hurt you because you know love. Am I wrong?”
“... No.”
“I’m not. I know that this is going to be hard, but we’re going to do this and be the best parents we can possibly be, together. You can cry it out and lean on me whenever you need it. I’m always going to be here for you.”
“You promise?” Catra asked, smiling. It was like the gears of logic were finally working again in her head.
“You already know the answer to that,” you said with a small laugh. “Of course I promise. I’m so proud of how far you’ve come. There’s not another person in the universe that I would want to take this step with. We’re definitely going to be a little lost, but we’re going to be great parents. Yeah?” You lifted a hand, exposing your palm to her expectantly.
“You are such a dork.” Catra laughed, slapping her hand against yours. Her heart no longer felt heavy. Why hadn’t she spoken to you about this sooner? The effect you had on her entire well-being was truly astounding. “We’re going to be awesome.”
“Right on.” You wrapped your fingers around Catra’s hand and brought her into a kiss. “I love you, and I can’t wait to meet our bun.”
Catra’s heart glowed as she returned to her place in your arms. “I can’t wait either. Thank you. I love you more than you know.”

how catra and adora would react to a reader who can become a lion? (I saw a fan art of she-ra in the universe of "the lion king", and now I didn't get that idea out of my head ;-;)
Being able to turn into a lioness & dating Adora & Catra headcanons:
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Catradora x F!Reader
AU: None, canonverse
Type: Headcanons
Warnings: None.
A/N: I would like to see this fanart as well... How can one find something like that? 👀
Adora and Catra thought they had seen it all. They thought they knew everything there was to know about you already.
So imagine their surprise, when during a battle, you shifted into an enormous tank of a beast—an animal they had never even seen before.
Their immediate thoughts are concern that the opposing side has somehow transformed you as a way to one up you and throw off your team, but you have total control of your new body and instantly tear into your rivals with ease, making them change their minds.
They can’t totally believe it, but they push their disbelief to the back of their minds as they continue fighting. They will question you later. At least they finally have the upper-hand here.
Your transformation renews your team with vigour.
Within minutes, the battle is over, a battle that would have lasted hours, otherwise, and you shift back to your human form, grinning from ear to ear as you make your way over to your girlfriends.
Upon seeing you, the rain of questions begin at once.
“What the fuck was that?”
“Since when can you do that?”
“Why were you holding out on us?”
“How did you learn to do that? Is it magic?”
It takes a lot of convincing for them to hit pause on their questions, but you manage to make them wait until you get home, where you can tell them everything they want to know.
They’re a little hurt at first, thinking that you were hiding it from them, but once you explain yourself, they find themselves staring at you in awe.
You’re so badass! Watching you out there was nothing short of amazing.
Their questions don’t seem to cease, no matter how much you tell them. It’s a little irritating at times, but their wonder is very endearing.
Once they get over that though, then come their requests.
Turning into your lioness form is hardly convenient when you’re not on the battlefield, but your girlfriends hardly seem to care.
Every moment they can, they ask you to turn.
You’re naturally warmer than most people due to your abilities, but when you shift, it gets even better.
You’re so warm and snuggly in your lion form, and Etherian winters can be brutal. When they’re cold, they just pile on top of you and cuddle into you.
You’re warmer than any blanket anyone else has. Plus, you’re soft.
Adora has always loved how soothing Catra’s purrs are.
When they hear your purrs for the first time, they can’t get enough. They’re louder and stronger than Catra’s, but still so comforting.
They especially love lying on you as you purr. Sometimes in your lion form, and sometimes in your human one.
They love training together. Your ability just makes training sessions even more challenging and fun.
Catra can’t brag about you enough to people.
Her favourite thing is threatening people with the power of her girlfriends whenever she gets in trouble—She-Ra herself, and Y/n, who isn’t above hunting people down. Yeah, she overexaggerates things at times, but seeing the looks on people’s faces whenever they see that she’s untouchable is so satisfying.
She feels so powerful being backed by you, not to mention, loves feeling like a spoiled princess because you don’t allow anyone to mistreat her and always stand up for her to protect her.
Adora just likes being able to tell people she has two cats at home. Two very sexy cats.
Overall, they both love your skill.
It’s very convenient for them to have someone like you with them, but most of all, they just love that you’re theirs.
Your ability doesn’t make them treat you differently, but they will never hide their admiration for you if they can help it.

I'm goimg to regret this... Cheating Adora HC because honestly? Your angst writing is immaculate it leaves me in shambles (omg I'm so gonna regret this)

Adora cheating on you headcanons:
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Adora x F!Reader
AU: None, canonverse.
Type: Headcanons
Warnings: Angst + cheating
A/N: I am... severely concerned about you guys, but who am I to judge?
You’ve been together for four years now and have been talking a lot about finally getting married.
You’re not engaged yet, but it’s clear that you’re well on your way to take that step when Adora tells you that she cheated on you.
She’s been antsy lately. She’s jumpy. She can’t seem to hold your gaze for very long and she’s just plain nervous.
You think you know why.
All of that, coupled with the avoidant behaviour the past few days, can only mean one thing.
She’s finally about to propose!!
She sets up for you to have a garden lunch in one of the spots where you usually have your dates. This only further cements your suspicions, so you get ready, nice and pretty, and go with her.
The whole time, her hand is clammy and her cheeks are pink.
Your own heart races in anticipation and you have to bite your lip to suppress your smile as you take a seat.
Dinner is normal, with small talk here and there. It doesn’t bother you. Adora can’t seem to swallow her bites, but the scene is gorgeous, and despite her behaviour, you still think she’s most beautiful part about it, and it’s quite endearing how worked up she is.
You don’t push her to talk. You wait patiently as she swallows her nerves and steels herself. She scoots close to you and takes your hand again, licking her lips as she clears her throat.
“Y/n?”
“Hm?” you say, not trusting yourself to hold back a grin.
“I... I have something I need to tell you.”
Okay. This is it! This is it! Stay calm. Take a deep breath.
“Y-Yeah? Tell me.” You give her an encouraging smile and offer her hand a small squeeze.
“I don’t know how to say this...” Adora closes her eyes and takes a deep breath tightening her grip on your hand.
Okay... That’s a little weird. People usually look at the person they’re proposing to, but Adora is an anxious person, so you’re not going to hold that against her.
“Take your time.”
“I...” Adora’s voices catches in her throat and she looks away, blinking rapidly.
That’s when you notice the tears in the corner of her eyes. “Adora?” you say. “What’s wrong?”
Adora shakes her hand and clamps a hand over her lips, muffling her words. “I did something terrible.”
That makes your stomach drop, but nothing can prepare you for what she has to say next.
“What—”
“I cheated on you.” she blurts out.
You don’t believe it at first—you can’t. There’s no way it’s possible. You and Adora are joint at the hip. You’re happy together.
Or so you thought.
As soon as the words are out, the dam breaks and Adora turns into a sobbing mess, choking on her words and hyperventilating.
You’re still in disbelief, rooted in place as you process the words. Adora has never been a good actress or a good liar, you know that this isn’t some cruel, elaborate joke, and as realisation sets in, you’re hit with a pang so painful it feels likes it’s knocked the air straight out of your lungs.
You retract your hand from her immediately and stand up, fighting back tears. Adora can’t even look at you as she hangs her head and pulls her knees up to her chest, apologising profusely and begging for forgiveness.
Your heart feels like it’s splitting into smithereens and you can do nothing but glare at Adora’s curled form. There’s so much that you’re feeling, but you can’t even bring yourself to say anything because it feels like you’re about to hurl the dinner you just had.
You have so many questions it’s overwhelming your entire body, but you don’t want to know the answers to them.
It feels like all of your energy has been sapped from your body, so with the little strength you have left, you turn away, preparing to leave before you do something rash.
Adora’s arms wrap around your legs, keeping you in place.
“Please.” she gasps hoarsely, “Don’t go. Don’t leave me. I love you. Look.” In her hand, she holds a velvet box. It’s closed, but you know immediately what it is.
This was all you had wanted before, but seeing it now only makes you angry for some reason. You shake her off, looking down at her with so much disdain and hatred that she lets go and scrambles away.
“Don’t. There’s nothing you can say to make me stay. I’m leaving and I don’t want you to ever look for me. There is no future for us anymore.”
Packing your bags when you make it home is hard. You left Adora sobbing and only count on her emotional distress to give you the time to grab your things and leave.
Being home after her confession feels so wrong. More questions swirl in your head, but the answers to them would do nothing but break your heart even more.
It’s not until you’ve left your home that you let your feelings take over and break down. You wish you could hold back your tears, tell yourself that you’re not going to waste yourself on someone who hurt you, but you can’t hold back the pain you feel. It’s as if those four years of your relationship went down the drain in a matter of seconds. Your entire life has been flipped around and there is nothing you can do to turn back time.
Finding a place to stay is easy. You’ve got amazing, supportive friends who don’t even question your motives. Seeing the state you are in is all they need to know that something serious happened.
By the next day, everyone you know knows what happened. More friends express their support and sadness for you, and gossip begins to spread around about Adora.
You hadn’t given much thought to the details of who and how Adora did what she did, but the rumours seem to take care of that just fine.
It seems like Adora has lost the respect of a lot of people. it doesn’t make you hurt any less, but it does bring you some satisfaction to know that her actions not only affected her relationship with you, but with the other people in your lives as well.
You’re decided in not wanting to see Adora again. The only thing on your mind these days are the great memories you had that are now tainted by the knowledge that you were simply not enough for her. She had to go search for something somewhere else.
Was she ever even happy with you? Did you mean anything to her? Why did she have to hurt you like this instead of breaking up with you if she felt unsatisfied?
These questions just make you nauseous and ill.
The first few weeks are harder than anything you could have imagined.
You fall into a sort of slump and can’t seem to stop crying.
All you see when you close your eyes is Adora, and all you hear is the sound of her voices uttering those four words that tore your heart out of your chest.
You lose your apetite. If it weren’t for your friends, you would be starving yourself.
Despite your adamancy to never see Adora again, you accept her offer of meeting for one last time. You don’t know what she wants to talk to you about, but you know that you want the rest of your belongings and you need to discuss your rights to the half ownership of your home.
When Adora sees you, she almost goes to hug you. All she wants to do is hold you in her arms one more time, to see your smile, and hear the warmth in your voice whenever you say her name, but she receives none of that.
Your demeanour is stiff and your words cold. You don’t particularly care how much she’s been hurting or how she’s obviously been neglecting herself, but still.
You can’t help the way your traitorous heart picks up speed and your body feels like it’s on fire when you’re around her.
You hate the way you react. You can put up a front as much as you like and have her believing that you despise her, but you can’t hide your true feelings from yourself.
Even with the way you treat her, Adora is very obvious in the fact that she desperately wants you back. She’s willing to do anything you want to get on your good side, even sign over the rights to your shared home so that you become the sole proprietor.
You jump at the chance for that as soon as she mentions it. You’re not sure you’ll be living in that home, but having sole ownership of it will give you many opportunities to make money. Adora will be moving back to Bright Moon where she’ll probably be living with her friends and will have all of her belongings out of the house by the end of the week.
None of this fixes what went wrong, but at least you’re not left with nothing at all.
Although it hurts your soul, you ask Adora the questions that have been plaguing your mind.
“Who was it?”
Adora doesn’t need you to elaborate to know. “I don’t know,” she mumbles, looking away shamefully. “I didn’t know her.”
You release a deep breath. At least you wouldn’t be losing any other friends. “When?”
“When I went to Elberon for that week long mission,” Adora answers without hesitation.
“How?”
“They threw me a party. I got drunk.”
“Of course.” She was such a lightweight. After that, you fall silent, simply staring at her, trying your best to decipher her thoughts. Finally, “Why did you do it?”
Adora tenses, at once. “I... I don’t know,” she sighs, looking down. “I just know that I missed you.”
You scoff, shaking your head. “Right.”
“It’s true!” Adora insists. “I swear, I—”
“Adora,” you sigh. “Just stop.”
These days, you still cry over what happened, according to your friends it normal, all things considered.
Sometimes, it’s extra hard to get out of bed knowing that you no longer have anyone waiting for you to wake up.
Other times, you completely forget that you’re alone until you wake up to a bed that’s too big and too cold for one person.
Adapting to life without your best friend and the person you thought you would be calling your wife is difficult. You’ve never felt a pain like the betrayal of being cheated on and it does a lot to your self esteem, no matter how much Adora insists that it was her own fault.
You know that it’s true, but it’s going to take some time to heal completely from this.
With the support of your loved ones though, you know that you will get better. At least until...
A few days later, as if things couldn’t get any worse, you find out that you’re pregnant.
A/N: Don’t ask me to elaborate! Idk anything, either.
Will probably add more hcs at a later time.
Anyway, going to bed now, byeeee!! xx ✌

Can we get a sad Adora x reader story
Falling Like The Stars
Fandom: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Pairing: Adora x F!Reader
AU: None, canonverse
Type: Fic
Warnings: Angst + major character death
A/N: Sure thing 🙂
“Adora,” you whispered, stroking a trembling finger down her cheek. It was already turning cold beneath your touch. “Stay with me, okay? Listen to me. You’ve got this. Just focus on me. Please—” you trailed off, digging your teeth into your bottom lip to stifle the sob bubbling from your throat.
Adora didn’t answer. Her chest heaved and her eyes darted behind her clenched lids. Her hand was clammy with sweat, but her grip on your hand was tight anyway, nearly cutting off your circulation. Ragged gasps left her lips and sweat dripped down her temple.
Tears pooled in your eyes as you listened to her pained breaths. Those sounds and the way her face contorted into expressions of agony tore your heart up. All you wanted was to take her pain and fear away, or at the very least shoulder her burden. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem possible. You felt so useless just sitting there, unable to do anything but hold her.
“Adora, we need you—I need you. I just got you back, I can’t lose you again,” you sniffled, leaning down to press your forehead against hers. You shivered as you cupped her cheek and pressed closer, hoping some of your own warmth would seep into her.
Adora quivered in your arms and cried out, curling into herself. It was clear that she was in torment, but as much as it hurt to see her that way, at least she was still alive.
“You can do this, Adora. You’re so strong.” You pushed the stray strands of bangs from her sticky forehead and rubbed her arm, bringing her to your chest. “If anyone can get through this it’s you...” Adora let out a whimper against your neck. “You have to hold on. You have so much to live by for. Such a good life ahead of you. You’ve come too far to go down now. You’re right on the cusp of happiness without a war anymore.”
Tears trailed down Adora’s cheeks, making your heart squeeze. What you wouldn’t give to take her pain away and have her open her eyes again.
“Adora, please hear me.” You didn’t hold back or bother wiping your tears as you spoke. With every passing second, fear wrapped around your heart and squeezed. “I...” Adora’s hand dug into your chest, gripping your shirt tightly. “Adora, please , stay with me,” you begged, placing your head on her chest. Her heartbeat had decreased dangerously slow and she was freezing cold now.
“Y/n?” Adora rasped, looking up at your blearily.
“Adora! I’m here. I’m right here,” you whispered, bringing her hand close to your chest. “I’m with your I’ve got you.”
“Y/n...” Adora let out a broken sob, “I’m sorry—”
“No, no! Don’t apologise—”
“I failed.”
“You didn’t fail, Adora. You can pull through this! You did what you felt you had to, but you have to live for yourself now. There’s so much to look forward to.”
Adora shook her head, looking guilty. “I can’t do it. I’m not going to.”
“But you can—”
“No,” Adora interrupted, taking your hand. Her grip was weak now, her breaths slow. “I can’t. I don’t have enough time. I’m so sorry,” she whispered. She lifted a hand feebly, touching her fingers to your cheek lightly.
Another sob racked through your chest as you leaned into her palm. You couldn’t bring yourself to accept this. You couldn’t lose Adora again. You wouldn’t be able to live without her. How could she give so much of herself to save this stupid world and give up just short of being able to have something for herself, for once.
“Please be selfish! You deserve it!”
Adora gave you a tearful smile. “It’s too late. I’m not going to leave this place, but you have to. You have to live. For me.”
You shook your head rapidly and hugged her neck. “I’m not going anywhere without you. I’m not leaving you. I—” you caught yourself, lost for a moment in the blue depths of her eyes. “Adora, I... I love you,” you bit out. “I always have. So please, just this once, stay.”
Adora’s eyes widened and her hand froze. “You... love me?” You sniffled and nodded, hanging your head. “I love you too,” Adora breathed. She took your hand and spayed it on her chest, right above her heart. You could hardly feel the beat of it anymore. “Still... I’m sorry. I can’t be with you. I don’t have long. I know it.”
“But why?”
“The Heart,” Adora replied with a sad smile. “It’s taking all of my-ahnngh—”
“W-What is it?”
“N-Nothing. Just the Heart... It’s taking all of my energy. It needs me.”
“I need you.”
“The Heart needed a lot more of me than we thought, but it’s too late now. It’s almost over.”
Hearing Adora say that only made you angry.
“Can I ask you something?” Adora asked. “I know it’s not fair, but—”
“Yeah,” you said immediately. “Of course. Anything.”
Adora smiled softly, curled her hand around your neck, still breathing raggedly, and gently pulled you closer. “Can I kiss you?”
You jerked your head in a slight nod and let her bring you down. For a moment, you hovered above her lips, your breath washing over her cheek. Then, you leaned and closed the distance between you.
“Wow,” Adora said with shaky laugh. She closed her eyes and put her forehead against yours. “Thank you.”
The kiss was all you had wanted for years, but rather than make you joyful, it only felt like a lance through your chest. Tears dripped down your chin as you sobbed, holding Adora with as much strength as possible. You didn’t want her to slip away, but you could feel her slipping, anyway.
“Please, don’t go, Adora. Don’t leave me. I’m scared—”
Adora continued murmuring through her gasps, her own salty tears mixing with yours. You hugged her as she slipped, telling her how much you loved her as you pressed wet kisses over her face.
In the end, her hand slipped from your cheek and her heart stopped. She uttered one last promise with a faint curl of a smile on her face as your world shattered to pieces around you.

If it's alright, I'd like to request a Kipo x reader set in future? Like they had huge crushes on eachother when they first met (when kipo had just got out of her first burrow) and they finally decided to get together years later? Just big ol' fluff and maybe some headcannons? Sorry if it's too much, I'm never good at asking for stories.
A/N: Thank you for the request! Hope you enjoy.
You and Kipo had been hopelessly in love ever since you two met.
It all started when you found a girl sitting in rubble. You rushed over to her and helped her up.
“Hey! are you okay? what happened?”
Kipo looked up at you and froze. You were so beautiful. A blush grew on her cheeks and she just continued staring in awe. You grew flustered under her gaze and snapped your fingers in front of her face to snap her back to reality.
“Oh! Sorry. I’m Kipo and uhh I think I’m okay. Is this the surface?” Kipo asked you.
“Yeah...why do you ask? Wait! You’re from a burrow, right?” You replied.
“Yeah, do you think you can help me find my burrow? A huge mega attacked my burrow and I need to find my dad.”
You smiled at her and nodded, “I’ll help. First, let’s get you some new clothes.”
You took her into a store and helped pick an outfit out for her. You were a blushing mess the whole time. Every time she came out of the fitting room with a new outfit on, you couldn’t help but think how adorable she looked.
Soon, after that, you began falling for her. The more you talked to her, the more you fell for her. You loved everything about her. Her hair, her personality, her sense of humor, everything! What was there not to love? She was just so...cute!
Kipo’s feelings were mutual. She had fallen for you big time. But sadly, you two were oblivious to each other's feelings.
She told you everything about how her life was back at her burrow. She even promised that one day, she’ll help you experience those activities.
Eventually, you two met Wolf, and later Benson and Dave
From the start, they knew that you and Kipo were head over heels for each other.
They shipped you two big time.
They even tried setting you two up.
You guys just had a bond with each other.
Every conversation you had with each other just had a hint of flirting in it.
Wolf, Benson, and Dave always just gave each other knowing looks.
Years after the battle with Emilia, Kipo decided that she just couldn’t ignore her feelings anymore. They had grown for you over the years.
And now that there was nothing to worry about, it was the perfect time to confess to you. So, she set up a little picnic area with the help of Wolf and Benson and invited you over for lunch.
You two had an amazing time eating, chatting, and telling jokes. It was until you noticed that Kipo had grown silent. There was a nervous look on her face.
“Hey, Kipo? What’s wrong?” You asked her.
Kipo hesitantly looked up at you with a deep blush set upon her face.
“Hey, are you sick, do you have a fever?” You asked.
“N-no... It’s just... Y/N, I’ve-I’ve liked you for a long time now, and I can’t ignore these feelings anymore. You’re just so amazing, kind, beautiful, and funny. Well, what I’m really trying to say here is...I love you Y/N.”
You were taken aback. You had never thought that Kipo would like you the way you liked her.
A fond smile made its way across your face.
“Kipo...I love you too.”
Kipo looked up at you in shock. “You love me too?”
“Of course, dummy.” You laughed and went over to hug her.
“So, does this mean you’ll be mine?” Kipo asked.
“Yes...I’m yours...”
You guys were now dating
Now the only thing you two weren’t looking forward to is announcing your relationship to your friends.
But you did tell them soon after.
And boy were they excited...
They were running around squealing and of course, teasing you two.
They even scolded you two for not confessing any sooner.
“You guys were like in love since...ever!” Dave exclaimed.
Wolf gave you a high five and Benson expressed how happy he was for you two.
You and Kipo always hug each other. It’s a must.
You two can’t go a day without hugs, maybe not even an hour.
Kipo loves surprising you with hugs.
She likes sneaking behind you and hugging you, making you yelp.
You always turn around and kiss her cheek and then flick her after she does that.
You two just love teasing each other.
She loves giving you forehead, cheek, and hand kisses.
She’ll do whatever she can to remind you how much she loves you.
You two love surprising each other with small presents.
This just reminds you of two of how much you appreciate each other.
No matter what present you get from her, you cherish it endlessly.
Dates with Kipo are usually meaningful and affectionate.
You guys just love goofing off and making a mess of things while you’re on those dates.
Kipo loves turning into a mega jaguar so she can let you sit her on her back and see things from afar.
It’s scary at first, but soon you grow to love it.
Since you hadn’t been able to experience fun activities, Kipo made it a must for her to make you experience everything she did.
You and Kipo truly have a strong bond.
She loves you and she’ll do anything for you.
You two are excited to spend the rest of your lives together.
Just make sure to make every moment count.

I’m Home
A/N: Here’s a Catra X Reader fic I had written a while ago. Catra deserves the world.  đŸ„°đŸ„°đŸ„°
You had just returned from a mission that lasted for a week. That meant you hadn’t seen Catra in a while. You slowly made your way into your and Catra’s shared room to settle.
“Catra?” You called out as soon as you walked in. But you got no answer.
You walked into the bedroom to see if Catra was sleeping by any chance, and there she was under the blankets.
“Kitten I’m home.” You said, hoping she was awake. But you got no answer. You walked closer to her and saw that she was asleep, snuggling into a pillow beside her.
You tried so hard not to awe at the sight. Had she really missed you that much?
You quickly went and took a shower and changed into your pajamas, getting into to bed next to Catra.
You slowly and gently grabbed the pillow, attempting to pull it away from her, but she just groaned and hugged the pillow tighter. You then swiftly snatched the pillow away from her hands. And just when she woke up, trying to look for the pillow, you grabbed her arms and pulled her tightly against your body. Catra’s body tensed and she looked up at you.
“Hey Catra
” you said while smiling fondly at her.
Her eyes widened and she jumped on top of you in a matter of a second.
“Y/N! You’re back! Oh, I missed you so much!” Catra said while hugging you tightly.
You hugged back and chuckled, “I missed you too, kitten.”
You put your hands on her cheeks and pulled her in for a kiss. Catra kissed back eagerly and rested her hands on your shoulders.
You then pulled away from the kiss and began peppering her face in kisses. She giggled and teasingly shoved you away. You looked at her fondly, and brought her down to lay next to you. She faced you while lying down on her side, resting her hands on your chest. You pulled her closer to you, hugging her body tightly.
“I’m glad you’re back, Y/N” Catra said sleepily.
“I love you, kitten.” You said, putting a kiss on her forehead.
You two fell asleep soon after. Engulfed in each other’s warmth. Reunited at last.
A/N: Looking back at this, I see how much my writing style has changed. Hope you enjoyed!

Katara x reader? It can be anything as long as it isn’t angst thank you :)
Care
Fandom: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Pairing: Katara x F!Reader
AU: None, canonverse
Type: Fic
Warnings: None. Just R with some injuries and Katara being her usual mom/girlfriend-self.
“You’ve been trying to deal with this yourself? Why didn’t you tell me?!”
“Katara—” you held back a wince as you reached out for your girlfriend’s wrist. “Don’t worry, I’m fine. It’s not even that bad! All I need to do is sleep it off.”
Rather than comfort her, your words only fed the fire already raging beneath her skin.  “Y-You... What?” she sputtered. You backed your face away from the reach of her trembling hands. You had already been on the receiving end of her slaps plenty of times before and you were not particularly keen on reliving any of those moments again. “You don’t think it’s that bad? Are you looking at it?! You are absolutely not fine!”
“I just got nicked! It’s no big deal.”
“YOU GOT STABBED, IDIOT!” She screeched, pressing her fingers over the bruised area around your wounds. You cried out and jerked away, biting your bottom lip to stifle any more sounds. “And now look at it.” She pulled away to fix you with a scowl. “It’s getting infected. Seriously, how can you be so reckless? And why did you lie to me? You told me that you were okay! You promised!”
“Well, I was okay!” you said defensively. “When we left Omashu it was nothing more than a light scratch. It just started hurting more and more, but I didn’t want to burden any of you, especially you. You get so stressed.”
“You’ve been covering this since Omashu?!”
You pinched the center of your brows and breathed a sigh of exasperation. “Really not the point here!”
“Y/n, this is serious! We could have prevented this! If you didn’t want to be a burden, you should have gotten it treated right away. The worst of the infection hasn’t even come yet and you already lost your ability to fight!”
“I know,” you pouted. “But I didn’t want to hold you guys back! I’m sorry. Just... I don’t know, drop me off somewhere and I’ll take care of the rest so you can continue.”
Katara stared you down for a long minute. Even though she was shorter than you normally—with you sitting on the bed and her staring you down with her arms crossed over her chest and her lips pursed so tightly, you couldn’t help but be intimidated. You knew that she was right, of course. Hiding an injury that was a lot more than a “nick” was a big deal, and now you were dealing with the consequences of the worst case scenario. Not just you, but your friends who were worried sick about you, as well.
Your body grew warmer under her piercing gaze, but you weren’t sure if it was solely based on that or your rising body temperature. Either way, you could no longer hold her eyes, so you looked down, twiddling your fingers over your lap nervously as she looked at you in silence.
Finally, she heaved a deep breath and stepped forward, placing a cool hand on your cheek. “We’re not just going to leave you somewhere to your own defenses,” she murmured, gently coaxing you into her embrace. She dropped her chin on top of your head, lightly stroking your jaw as she spoke. “I’m going to heal you because it’s killing me to see you in pain like this, but you have to promise-no, swear to me, that you’re never going to hide something like this from me again.”
You nodded slightly. Your words were muffled by her chest. “I swear. Thank you.”
Katara sighed softly. You felt her bury her nose against your hair and couldn’t help but grimace. You probably smelled like death, and yet, she held you tightly and breathed you in without any signs of wanting to let go. It was then that you realised how much more serious this was and you felt a stab of guilt in your chest.
“I’m sorry,” you whispered, wrapping your arms gingerly around her waist. “I won’t be so reckless again. I swear.”
Your girlfriend said nothing, only held on tighter.
“Katara,” you tried again, your voice wavering. “Please, don’t cry. I’ll be okay.”
“I’m not crying,” she said, pulling back with a watery smile.
“Yet.”
“I just worry so much about losing you, and seeing you like this... You look like you’re on death’s door. It’s scary.”
“I’m sorry,” you repeated, unable to bring yourself to say much else. And you truly were. Making Katara upset was the last thing you ever wanted to do, but here she was, holding back tears for your sake. You were officially the worst girlfriend in the world to the best girlfriend in the world. You took her hand and brushed a kiss over the back before you gave it a small squeeze.
After a moment, Katara sniffed and pulled away. “Okay,” she said, wiping her nose. “Lie down for me. We’re going to fix this and get you back on your feet, okay?”
You did as instructed and lied down on the cot. Before she could begin, you took her hand again, holding it near your chest. “Katara?”
“Yeah?”
“I love you,” you murmured, smiling faintly.
Her eyes softened as her fingers curled around yours. “I know. I love you too.”
Her words soothed your entire body like a balm before her hands did. Her magic flowed through you like a river, mending the tears and bruises in your skin with utmost gentleness. With your pain finally at ease, you closed your eyes, succumbing to the sleep in the care of the girl you trusted more than anyone in the world. You knew she would take care of you. She always did.
