Have you ever started building a product and then realized a little too late that you screwed up something critical?

Even the most carefully crafted plan is only as good as its execution.
Product managers should live and work with their software engineer counter-parts as plans can only change and execution can always be misguided. Break down the silos in your office and fuse product with engineering to develop more successfully!

Innovation is the product of applying your logic and curiosity to your technical know-how. Tech startups need not create an environment that prevents failure. To the contrary, you must create an environment that is resilient enough to withstand and tolerate failure gracefully, such that your engineers will be encouraged to indulge their curiosity and imagination just enough that they will inspire the innovators and attract the visionaries. Your offices should be a petri dish for these smart creatives.
