Spirit Garden, Marc Adamus

A special place. A very special place for which no words are quite adequate. This is the upper Queets rainforest and it is the most amazing place. I spent the last 16 days backpacking through it. What you’re looking at here is very possibly the furthest wilderness location you can get to - away from roads or trails, anywhere in the US outside Alaska. It’s also something of a spiritual place for me, and this was one of those rare mornings when it showed its magic in a way I could capture.
