[ day one ] my world obeys me intention , the 3d reflects my thoughts, not the other way around. test , assume you'll hear a specific word today (butterfly, ocean, apple, whatever) affirmation , my assumptions are law. i think it, i see it.

Last night I had what felt like a mini shift to an experience where I was a kindergartner. I had been thinking about shifting right before this and then I was like Aware of my surroundings and it did not feel like a dream. It felt like real life. Anyway I was in this classroom learning to write again because I was in a kindergarteners body but I couldn't get the pen to write Right. Then we went out for lunch, and the fire alarm went off. The cafeteria started getting smoky, and someone grabbed me. I voluntarily (what I assume was) shifted back.

SO I've tried every method in the book however, the ones that have worked for me have been just.., not trying. I go to bed and I don't think about shifting and I just do, albeit mini shifts. I, like many others have had to undo the 2020 shiftok "one true way to shift" mindsets and find something that works for me. however I still don't know what that is? What am I doing differently? I'm currently tweaking simple things trying to achieve a result. I've mini shifted twice now, I'm so close I can feel it. This is so exhilarating and infuriating at the same time!

I shifted again !! But this time to an unscripted DR. I shifted to my Vtuber DR, which I never got around to scripting.

Here's how it went down. I 'came to' in the middle of talking to my mom and stepdad about boy troubles with a secret crush. They ended up telling me I just had to go for it was and shoot my shot. I went out of the living room where we were all watching a movie into the dining room where there was a small rustic wooden table. I thought about how small the kitchen was so that's something of note? And then I walked into the dining room and into the hall with the stairs. The hall looped back around to the living room. Anyway fucking Markiplier was sitting on the bottom stair playing on his phone and said "Hey [CR pref name]." So of course not realising I had shifted and thinking I was ludic dreaming I went "Hello???????????????" and Mark was like "Are you.... Okay?" And then I woke up. It was so weird oml. I think we were staying in an AirBNB? Because that was definitely not my house. Idk I'm not sure.

So, first, we start off with a My Melody mini backpack (I got mine from the Hot Topic website; I've owned like three of these bags). I don't store much in this bag, but I keep a Kuromi wallet (this is also from the hot topic website, cause ya girl has got to match ya feel?), some lip blam (specifically Eclair Lips in the scent Vanilla buttercream. Check them out they are so cool), A small lotion (Hempz sweet pineapple & honeymelon), Extra's pink lemonade chewing gum, A pair of reading glasses, a pair of sunglasses, glossier lipgloss, earbuds (with the wires or I will lose them lol), a portable charger, and my phone.

Then we have a backup bag with copies of the things I have in my primary bag, just in a different font. I use this bag when I want to change things up a little. I have a Kuromi mini backpack, with a My Melody wallet, Elair Lips lip balm in the scent orange cream sorbet, Hempz lotion, Extra's polar ice chewing gum, more reading glasses, more sun glasses, more glossier lip gloss, more eadbud, and another portable charger. I didn't put my phone in this one because it's implied I move my phone from one bag to another.

Because a girl went insane lol. Obviously, I am dating Jason Todd, as you can see from what's supposed to be a news snippet. I also have a tense relationship with Bruce because of the whole walking, talking ball of sass and attitude thing. What else was I going to say.... Oh! Mulsa means 'honey' and Melimelum means 'honey-apple' they are both Latin but don't like qoute me on that lmao.

  the anti-method (a.k.a., you were never here to begin with) 
this isn't a method. not really. there's nothing to follow. no list, no prep, no steps to optimise. it's just something you notice.
not a tool. not a hack. just the moment you stop assuming you're locked out. people talk about shifting like it's a distance. a place. a before and after. but it's not a trip, it's not a climb. it's not even new. it's memory. recognition. you don't get in, you realise you never left.

  this is how i do it.
i , lie down. sit still. you don't have to clear your mind. you don't have to feel good. just stop trying to control it. you're not pretending. you're not visualising. you're not even "doing" anything. you’re just letting the thought in.
ii , ask yourself. what if i already shifted and just forgot? not "am i in my dr?" not "how do i get there?" just. what if i already did it. what if it already happened, and i've been too distracted to notice.
iii , your brain might flinch. it'll try to anchor you. it'll pull out facts. try to prove this is "reality." fine. let it. that's what it does. but you don't argue. you don't check. you just keep going :
 i already shifted. i just forgot.   i’ve been there this whole time.
don't chant. don't perform. just think it. a fact you forgot to write down. something you knew once and are just now remembering.
iv , the mind doesn't know how to disprove it. it wants to be right, but it can't back it up. that's your opening. when it spirals, let it. you're not resisting, you're just not entertaining the lie anymore.
 and if you want to know why it works, just read here & here. 
v , it clicks. not because you did anything right. not because you hit a milestone. but because the assumption gave out. and what's left is the truth.
vi , that's it. you're there. no shift sound, no trumpet, no flash of insight. you just.....… remember. and this time, it sticks.

the anti-method works for getting into the void as well, as it bypasses the idea of getting there entirely.
the void is not a state you summon. it's not a level you unlock. it isn't something you build toward, or earn, or cross into. it isn't a destination at all.
the void is what's left when everything else lets go. it is what's underneath when the effort stops. not as in giving up, not collapse - but the clean simplicity of just… being. no storyline, no role, no feedback loop. only you. the anti-method works because it doesn't treat the void like something distant. it doesn't ask you to get anywhere. it doesn't suggest movement. it asks a different question entirely:
 what if you're already there?
this isn't a metaphor. it's a pattern interrupt. the method doesn't rely on you relaxing or visualising or getting into a meditative state. it doesn't ask you to fix anything. it starts and ends with doubt, not the kind that scares you, but the kind that opens something. the kind that pauses the world for just long enough to slip through it. ask:
 what if this is the void?    how do i know it isn't?      what if i just forgot?
and the brain, which is used to being in charge, doesn't know what to do with that. it searches for evidence. it scrambles to re-establish "reality." it reaches for context - sensations, memories, proof. but none of those can actually confirm anything. they just distract.
when the brain fails to reassert control, something shifts. it doesn't feel grand or strange. it feels simple. small. warm. you don't fall into the void. you stop resisting it.
it was always there, underneath every thought. your mind just layered stories on top. beliefs. structures. expectations. the anti-method isn't about tearing those down. it just stops feeding them.
the void isn't sterile. it isn't cold. it's generous. it gives you back to yourself. it's what remains when there's nothing to be.
and what happens in that space is up to you. you can sit in it, rest in it, let it hold you. you can stay for a moment or a while. there's no clock. no judgement. no requirement to do anything with it.
some people will try to describe the void in grand terms, transcendence, enlightenment, ego death. but the truth is quieter. it doesn't announce itself. it doesn't try to impress you. it's the space behind everything that ever made you feel overwhelmed. and when you recognise it, it feels like remembering something you never meant to forget.

this method works because it doesn't try to get you out of anything. it gently questions the idea that you were stuck in the first place.
and it doesn't force you to believe anything. it just lets you wonder. the void is not complicated. it doesn't need instructions. but sometimes a method like this can help you pause long enough to notice what's already true.
you were never far from it. you were never doing it wrong. you were never outside. you just forgot. and now, maybe, you remember.

I actually shifted, and moreover I realised I've been mini shifting for I LONG time.

So right, context. I live in an apartment but stay at my moms house for various reasons. I sleep in a room that belonged to my stepsister on the first floor just for convenience when I do stay. However the bed in this room has been changed three or four times (like the position of it). I also dislike my step sister a lot and with the context this would have been happening I would have been Very Upset

So I was in the bed in the very first position of it right after I started sleeping in there and I'm doing that thing where you pretend to sleep to actually fall asleep and I hear my mom and my step sister talking. My internal clock tells me its about 1am-ish. My mom does her little knock on the door and in her 'I'm going to ask you to do something you don't want to do' voice, she goes "Hey [deadname]," and when we open our eyes we are in our CR.

This helped us realise that all the 'dreams' we had where we were convinced we were younger and sleeping in our siblings room was just us having shifting to a reality where we were younger and sleeping in our siblings room

why people “fail” at manifesting …

manifestation is not daydreaming. manifestation is not hoping. manifestation is not wishing. manifestation is not being “delu” or trying to gaslight yourself or trick yourself into becoming your desired because you are already your desire. the only thing you have to do is continue feeling as if you already have your desired outcome, until it becomes your natural state of being.
for example, the belief , “i have blue eyes” becomes “I have green eyes”.
if manifestation & the law of attraction is just pretending you have something & not truly believing it & becoming it — then how can you explain people who excessively daydream ? the difference between those people & ones who don’t give up on manifesting see their desire materialize in front of them is a sense or internal knowing & persistence. with persistence, there is no such thing s a failed manifestation.

the conscious brain is logical. it knows those daydreams are fiction and not real, not leaving lasting impressions no matter what emotion they provoke. the subconscious mind is not. the subconscious does not understand sarcasm or self deprecating jokes. it has no filter and takes in anything & everything you tell it. this is where it comes from when people say “the subconscious doesn’t understand the word no” which does hold weight but not in the way you may think. think of the conscious mind like a bouncer, the person who lets thoughts in or outright rejects them. the conscious mind (the “filter” that is placed over your subconscious mind) knows the word “no”. the subconscious mind is the slub itself. with different beliefs coexisting together. in simpler terms, think of the affirmations & thoughts you have everyday as the beach in its entirety, the conscious mind as a sand sieve and the subconscious mind as what sand remains in the bucket.
you don’t see people who have blue eyes daydream about having blue eyes. they know they have blue eyes based on their reflection in the mirror & people affirming to them that what they see in the mirror is law. but is it ? it’s not what they see in the mirror, it’s what their subconscious is choosing to believe in and take in as fact based on what they’re seeing to be true. the subconscious has no eyes.

so, why aren’t you (yes you, probably) aren’t manifesting ?
im not going to sit here and say you’re doing it wrong or hold limiting beliefs against you or say you’re not being patient enough because you’ve already heard that & hearing something over & over & over again when you’re trying to make a change in your life is definitely the last thing you want to hear. everyone uses the same langue of persistence & you already have your desire & the reason why you don’t have results is because you don’t believe in yourself.
I’ll give you an example. I recently opted out of spotify premium as my student subscription ended. i fixed up my old ipod & bought a new hard rice with extended storage & it’s pretty nice. but, i do still have spotify on my phone. in the beginning I thought it sucked & was practically un-useable. now ? i deeply appreciate it. im the kinda person who when i find a song i like, i listen to it on loop until i get sick of it. by only having six skips its made me more intentional with my music & introduced me to songs that ive recently discovered & love & downloaded onto my ipod so I could continue listening to that song on loop if i really wanted to.
& that’s a start. this isn’t manifestation in itself. someone may roll their eyes or get discouraged over the loss spotify’s features but im pretty unbothered by it. it starts with a mindset change. maybe its not 100% belief but its a stepping stone that can lead to real change. what this was was a change in perspective that can lead to the diminishing of negative emotions every time I experience something inconvenient. I’ve said this before & i don’t like the “you’re not manifesting right” sentiment because there is no correct way to manifest. everyone comes from a different upbringing & set of events & themes in their life that shape them. our system of beliefs is directly related to our parents, schooling & circumstances we had growing up. so again, it’s not your fault & you’re doing nothing wrong. alternatively, it’s nobody’s fault. not everything has to be blamed for how you turn out. you’re your own person & can dictate what you chose to believe.
if someone grew up in a scarcity mindset thinking “we can’t afford that” “we can’t pay our bills” then of course that will influence their outlook & spending habits growing up. flash forward now, that person may remain in that state because it’s what comfortable & was taught to them. those words you heard as a child, translate to a habit of thought pattern. by flipping how we think it disrupts the cycle & makes way for a more positive life.

how do you know if your manifesting “correctly” or if it’s on its way ? once again. there is no correct way to manifest. again. there is no correct way to manifest !!! things are always moving & in motion. it’s not about routines or guided mediations. methods & guided mediations do not make you manifest or shift. you do & you can manifest with trauma or whatever limiting belief or mindset your parents & upbringing brought upon you. the only thing that matters is if you persist. once you persist, your manifestation is set in stone. why ? how do you know that if there’s no proof ? why do some people manifest seemingly “easier” then others ? why do peoples manifests arrive the next day on a silver platter with a dainty little folded up napkin made to look like a swan ?
i — unfortunately— cannot answer that for you specifically, other then what I’ve already established that everyone comes from different environments & your childhood & lived experiences may not always look like the next persons. that doesn’t mean you’re doomed, though. if we put waiting for a manifestation to arrive into something more digestible, someone may order a package from all the way across the globe while someone else may order it from the same place but live the next town over. you’ve ordered the package. you’ve seen the reviews (results) & listened to others speak about how great said product is. it’s not lost in transit. you didn’t accidentally cancel the order. just because you put your card info down first, doesn’t mean it’s getting to you first. will it be shipped out first ? yes. but it may not arrive to you quicker compared to someone who lives closer to the warehouse. it’s still coming. better yet, you’re walking on a strait path home. no matter what, if you keep walking forward, you will eventually make it home. if you give up & turn around, you will only get further from your desire & have to walk all that way back & start over.
what happens then when people “give up” on manifesting & then immediately manifest what they’ve been trying to manifest for an extended period of time ? they stop chasing it & stop trying to make it happen because it has already happened. they stop looking for subliminal results or doing a ten step shifting routine. even if the physical hasn’t caught up yet, creation is already finished. all the 3d is, is a reflection of your own mind. when you plant a seed, you do not dig it up everyday to see if it’s started sprouting. you keep nourishing it until it has fully grown & reached the surface. there is no failure in manifestation. the outcome is always always inevitable.
