⭑.ᐟ YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO SACRIFICE YOUR IDENTITY.
ᥫ᭡. - and that's the best thing you'll ever do.
We are manifesting from the inside and out. Always. And identidy is the blueprint.
You don't get what you wish for. You don't get what you "try" for. You get what you assume yourself to be.
And that’s why's you're going to have to let go of the you who keeps holding on to what is. To the version of you who keeps saying:
"But nothings change yet"
"What if it doesn't work for me?
You can't bring the old you into the life you keep saying you want. There can only ever be one leader.
That version of you is still loyal to their past. They're loyal to fear, to logic, to trauma, to timelines, to external proof.
The law of assumption demands the ego death. It asks you to give up the version of you who has been surviving, clinging to old beliefs, replaying pain as your personality.
You will have to sacrifice your identity, and that's the cost of embodiment.
You can't be both:
The person who assumes they're unwanted AND the person in a passionate, secure relationship.
The person who thinks money is hard to get AND the person living in overflow.
The person who is always anxious and unsure AND the person who walks like life bends for them.
You're going to have to be uncomfortable to get comfortable. You're going to have to feel fake. You're going to have to feel delusional. That's exactly the point.
Your old identity wants to keep you in familiar energy, even when it's painful.
But your new identity is where the freedom is. Where the love is. Where the money is. Where everything is.
So yeah, this isn’t about scripting harder. It’s not about 10 more affirmations. It’s about asking yourself :
What version of me do I choose to be, no matter what’s going on outside of me?
And then having the audacity to be them now. Even before the money hits your account. Even before they call you back. Even before anyone claps for you.
Because once you shift your identity, the world has no choice but to catch up. Reality is not separate from you. It’s reflecting you.
And the moment you choose to be them without fear, hesitation, or apology, everything you want finds you. Fast.
So sacrifice who you were. They did their best, but their job is done. Let them rest.
You’re not them anymore. You’re you. The real you. The limitless you. The you who creates their world just by deciding. Now step into it. They're waiting.

shifting is a journey, not just a destination or a process. it’s something you do every time you focus on your desires, visualize your dr, or even just remind yourself it’s possible. honestly? shifting can feel overwhelming, especially when life (or your own brain) gets in the way. noisy environments, restless minds, overthinking—it can all feel like too much. but the truth is, nothing is too big to keep you from your dr.

UP NEXT . . . ┃the art of understanding frustrations
first things first—let’s address the elephant in the room. you might feel like you’ve been trying forever, like you’re doing everything right but still waking up in your cr. that frustration is real, and it’s valid. but attempting to shift doesn’t exist. every time you “try,” you’re already shifting.
think of it like planting a garden. every visualization, every affirmation, every moment you spend thinking about your dr is like watering the soil. even if you don’t see the flowers yet, the seeds are growing. energy doesn’t disappear—it builds.
so, you are never starting from zero. every single attempt matters, and every single attempt works. the fact that you’re here, reading this, thinking about shifting means you’re already shifting !! the journey itself is proof that you’re moving closer to your dr, even if it feels slow.

shifting isn’t about the perfect setup or the perfect state of mind. it’s about belief and intention. science actually backs this up. your brain is ridiculously adaptable thanks to neuroplasticity (aka its ability to rewire itself based on what you focus on). when you visualize your dr or affirm that you’re already there, you’re literally teaching your brain to accept it as real.
your brain doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. if you’re imagining yourself walking through your dr, your brain builds neural pathways as if it’s already happening. the more you do this, the stronger those pathways get. (think of it like carving a trail in a forest—the more you walk it, the clearer it becomes.)
and guess what ?? your external circumstances (like a noisy house or a wandering mind) don’t matter. the universe doesn’t measure sound levels or distractions; it measures intention. it’s about what you want, not what’s happening around you.

shifting doesn’t have to be complicated. you don’t need silence, a perfect mindset, or even a full night’s sleep. you can shift anytime, anywhere, by focusing on your intention. here’s a simple method you can try:
breathe: take a few deep breaths to ground yourself.
imagine: picture a moment in your dr. it can be anything—a conversation, a location, a feeling. don’t overthink it.
feel: let the emotions of being in your dr fill you. excitement, peace, joy—whatever feels natural.
trust: remind yourself it’s already yours. you don’t need to force it or make it happen; it’s happening naturally.
this can take 10 seconds or 10 minutes—whatever feels right for you. the key is to let go of pressure. shifting isn’t about trying harder; it’s about letting it flow.

the universe doesn’t care if you’re calm, distracted, or somewhere in between. it only cares about your energy. so give yourself grace. you’re not “bad” at shifting. you’re human, and every step you take is enough.

u can shift with doubts!!!! you can shift in public!!!!! you can shift without a script!!!! you can shift!!!!
i used to call my best friend almost every night before bed + update her on my shifting journey. she was a staunch nonbeliever and would tease me (lovingly) very often. until one day, she was meditating in p.e. class, and she started daydreaming about her favorite movie. and suddenly ??? she was there ???
she called me freaking out as soon as class let out and recounted the fifteen minutes that she traversed this fantasy world. she thought she fell asleep until she came back to consciousness (on the floor) (in p.e. class) and barely a minute had elapsed. you can't enter rem sleep that fast.
she did not believe. she did not have a script. she was not alone or asleep or affirming or doing reality checks. and yet, she had this incredible experience, that i believe to this day was a successful shift.

“how does one decide their assumption and stick with it?” well let me tell you how.
let me paint a picture of finances. you’re in a changing room, a sweater is €600. you’re in a room with two voices:
“you can’t afford it.”
“yes you can, it’s already yours.”
and instead of entertaining both, BECAUSE you have a spine, you say:
“shut the fuck up. i already chose.”
“how does one decide?” like this:
when your brain says “that’s too much,” you go “shut the fuck up and go away. it’s not.”
when your heart says “what if it doesn’t show up?” you say “shut the fuck up and go away. irrelevant.”
when the world says “prove it,” you say “oh my god do you ever shut up??????? watch me.”
deciding is being unreasonable, it is YOU being annoyingly sure. you are acting as if you’re the nepo baby of the universe. you don’t need to feel like it’s yours, you just need to refuse to believe anything else.
the 3d tries to argue with your self-doubt, you need to ghost it. no emotional response or fear tantrum, just “lol. anyway.”
you don’t wait to feel safe, you decide you’re already secure. why wait for proof when YOU are the proof.
and if it doesn’t work immediately, don’t flinch, don’t spiral. just keep going. the 3d is a reflection of your thoughts and your thoughts alone.
you decide and then you act like the world is glitching until it stops glitching. and it will. it always does.

don’t “hope” you’re in your desired reality or have xyz. don’t “believe” it. assume it. as in: this is the room. this is the desk. this is the life. right now. already done. assume it. belief is for sunday school. assumption is for architects, lawyers, and con artists, you’re building something.
