Ten things you should know about exercise...
1. It shouldn’t be easy.
2. You have to learn to do it on days you don’t want to do it.
3. If you don’t figure out a kind of exercise you enjoy to some extent, you aren’t going to keep up with it. So figure that out quickly.
4. It’s okay NOT to do a kind of workout if you just can’t get into it no matter how hard or often you try. Just working out in any way is better than nothing.
5. Don’t overdo it. You’ll injur yourself and end up not being able to workout at all.
6. You should never work out to make up for overeating or simply to make up for extra calories.
7. Mentally you’ll feel better if you workout regularly. There isn’t a therapist out there who wouldn’t suggest working out for the mental benefits.
8. It takes time to get to a point where you do enjoy working out. It doesn’t happen immediately. In fact working out when you’ve just started can be downright miserable for quite awhile.
9. Working out at a heavier weight is painful, but the more you lose, the easier it will become. Keep at it.
10. Your body can get pretty strong if you give it a chance, don’t judge your body by how it feels those first few weeks of working out.

Memory to be kept ❣
Around 12am of July 22, 2019, I chatted him about academic related thing, tbh, excuse ko lang yon para makapagmessage ako sa kanya. Nag-overthink kasi ako na baka he's mad at me gawa the other night e hindi ako nagreply when he said he can't make it to go out with me. Then ayun, he replied maybe 30 minutes after. But the atmosphere of his message seems dull so I concluded that he is really mad but it turned the other way around when he sent a video. He's on a party and drinking with his friends. Then when I assured myself that he is not mad, tinapos ko na yung homework ko then after an hour maybe, nung nag-i-scroll nalang ako sa social media accounts ko, saktong nagchat siya ulit kung kailan nakakaramdam na ako ng antok. He said if what time raw ako papasok sa school. I said 7am in the morning kasi pumasok na agad sa isip ko na baka sasabay siya ganon which is tama naman. Kesho, bantayan ko raw siya at siya e tutulog-tulog dahil nakainom tas kulang pa sa tulog. Then natulog na rin naman ako non kasi inaantok na talaga ako and ang sakit na ng mata ko. Tapos pagkagising ko, may message siya na pauwi na raw siya and nagchat rin siya na nakauwi na siya. Balak ko talaga 10am or 11am pumasok kaso ewan ko, basta nung sinabi niya na sabay na raw kami pumasok e G agad ako. Kahit puyat ako, talagang pumasok ako ng maaga para lang makasabay siya. Then ayon, pagkarating sa school, he thanked me sa pagbabantay raw sa kanya kahit parang wala naman siyang dapat ipagpasalamat. Nakakatuwa lang kasi ang ganda nung friendship between us. Yung simpleng napindot lang noon, hindi ko ineexpect na yun yung magiging way para maging close kami ng hindi planado. God is really great talaga 💗

3pm in the afternoon, while waiting for my 4pm class, I decided to chat him.
S: You free tonight?
J: Whyy? Are we havin' fun?
S: Coffee?
J: Lemme think
S: Just take your time. Message mo nalang ako.
J: May problema ka no?
S: Paano mo naman nasabi?
J: Yung aura mo ngayon e.
S: Anong meron sa aura ko? Do I look like I'm not the usual one?
J: Hindi naman
S: Think about it okay? Then tell me your answer right away.
J: Sure do.
Then nag-offline na ako. While I'm in the middle of the class, when I checked my phone, there's a message came from him saying " Oyy gorabels tayo ". Then nung nag-online ako, there is also a message sent by him which said " We're on ". Then after class by 8pm, dapat sa coffee shop ko na siya hihintayin KASO ang mokong e ang layo pa 🤦♀️ So I decided na sabay nalang siguro kami pumunta don at ako pa talaga naghintay ha? 😑 So sinusungitan ko siya sa text pero siya, kalma lang which attitude of him na gustong-gusto ko. After a couple of minutes, dumating na rin sa wakas at nagpaunahan na naman kaming magbayad for the ride and syempre, I won! 😍 HAHAHAHAHA Then ayun, when we reached the coffee shop, umorder na agad and we sat on my fave spot there and he kept on asking kung di raw ba ako nahihilo sa pwesto ko which I answered no palagi. Sarap kaya pumwesto dun sa duyan. Then we talked about random stuffs na parang walang nangyaring iwasan at distansyahan. Then by 11pm, we left the cafe. Tas hanap siya CR and ako, nakasunod lang habang binubwisit siya. Then pagkarating sa crossing, nagpasama ako sa 7-11 to get some slip ng babayaran ni mama na bill kaso offline so sabi ko sa kanya sa plaza nalang siguro then nasa isip ko na na if wala sa mismong plaza, lalakarin ko magisa pabayan kasi may 7-11 pa don pero bakla, jusko, sinamahan pa rin niya ako papunta sa bayan tas pabalik sa plaza at as always na ginagawa niya, hinatid ako sa sakayan. Hindi pa nga ako agad sumakay tas paglingon ko, ayun, nakalingon at hinihintay ako sumakay kaya sakay ako agad 😅 Then mas nauna pa siyang makauwi kaysa sakin. Nagchat siya e na nasa bahay na raw siya at mag-aaral kasi di nga siya nakapag-aral sa coffee shop kasi naiwanan niya notebook niya HAHAHAHAHA 🤣 Tas nagchat ulit at di raw niya alam paano siya magsisimula mag-aral 😂

JA 🎉
I got a coffee buddy on him. Yung tipong we both love coffee. Yung kahit failed siya minsan kapag niyayaya niya ako to go out and get some coffee dahil late night na siya mag-aaya, kapag ako naman ang nagyaya, never niya akong tinurn down pero pinag-iisipan niya pa kung papayag siya o hindi ha? 😑 Yung tipong ramdam niya and he'll ask agad if I'm okay dahil lang sa iba raw aura ng chat ko. I dunno pero ang gaan na agad ng loob ko sa kanya and parang ang tagal na naming magkakilala kahit hindi pa naman. Hindi ko namamalayan na nagiging close na kami. I really got a special friend and siya yon 💯 Pero hindi ako makapagrant sa kanya about love/boys kasi papagalitan niya lang ako and uulit ulitin niya lang na I don't need and I must stop chasing boys which really hit me big time ✔ And which is true naman talaga ✔ Nakakatuwa lang na pansin niya pala yung mga times na nadistansya ako, na di ko pansin na napapadistansya na pala ako. Nagtampo siya nung viniew niya myday ko na nasa coffee shop ako and I didn't invited him at sinabi niya pa na " Di na rin kita yayayain " which I found childish but too cute 🤗 Tas napangiti ako when he chatted me last time ng " Hindi mo man lang ako babatiin. Coffee tayo " 😄 E alam ko naman, matagal na, yung date ng birthday niya 🎂 E ang plano ko naman talaga e 12am ng birthdate niya tsaka ko siya babatiin kaso nakatulog na ako. And di rin naman kami nagkita all throughout the day kahit na hinanap ko siya and I planned na 11:30 ng araw ng birthday niya ko siya babatiin or basta yung patapos na yung araw niya kaso nagchat nga siya and I said na " Yung bati ko lang naman hinihintay mo " and he replied " Oo akala ko di mo alam e " which made me flattered that time. He also said na yayayain niya raw dat ako magcoffee talaga kaso di niya ako nakita throughout that day. Nakakatuwa lang kasi I never wish to have a friend like him pero binigay siya ni God sakin 😍 Kaya thankful and sobrang blessed yung feeling ko to have him ❤
