There wasn't one exact moment that Cellbit could pinpoint; it had been present basically as long as he could remember: not feeling the same attraction for people that his friends did, not being too invested in the fofoca that anyone had about their relationships, that sort of thing.

For a long time, he chalked it up to being gay. He'd come to terms with that part of himself a long time ago. But it still hardly felt like the answer. He still felt… different.

The feeling wasn't relevant too often, so he wasn't consumed by thinking about it too much. But it showed up in little ways at random times, especially when Roier was… well, Roier.
