I'll be honest - I have absolutely nothing. But I do have garage band and a whole month of experience being this age, so surely that counts for something. I'll give it my all. I'll be honest... you've blessed my screen a time or two, too. I really resisted the urge to put a pun in there, so.. you're welcome. For not being unfunny (this time). The finale was an emotional rollercoaster for me, too. Living in that headspace was wild. There's nothing in the works, but I'd be sooo down to go back to that.
shnazzyjalcott:
I’ve been 26 for a little more than a month now, and I’m determined to write a song about it. I’ve never written a song and I can’t read music, but hear me out. Lily Allen and Taylor Swift covered 22, Chayce Beckham, Sam Hunt AND Blink-182 covered 23… I think that people are really sleeping on 24+. I mean, come on… what if AIM makes a big comeback? What will my away message be, if not lyrics that fit my life? That said, hi, I’m Jack, I’m an actor and you may have never heard of me, but… Showtime thought I was good looking enough to be Michael C. Hall and Julie Benz’ child, so I can’t complain!
listen, as someone who also just turned 26 about a month and a half ago, i am in total support of you dedicating an entire song to our age group. i can really see it taking off.. after all it’s about time, right? we deserve a moment to shine in the spotlight. hi there, i'm grace and i do in fact remember you blessing my screen back in january and the emotional rollercoaster you took me on during that finale — so i gotta ask, is there a season two in the works?

I haven't gotten there yet, but a lot of people I knew in high school have kids. And to me, that's just like... nooo. You can't parent, you're too young. But I guess that's getting less and less true. Traveling is nice. Are you just traveling for fun, or work? .That sounds nice. You really are, though. I mean, I was a little young for Tobey's movies, and a little busy during Tom's. But you're my favorite. For sure.
shnazzyjalcott:
Oh, man, I really know that feeling. There are people who were born when I was a teenager that are old enough to roast me now. It’s insane. But hey, old is totally a mindset! I have one friend who’s totally a grandpa, he’s my age, we graduated together, but he just chills on his porch. Then my actual grandpa’s out, having a good time. Shoot. I should have remembered the Paramore one. I love them. We share a hometown and everything. In my defense, I was a kid when that one came out. But 29 is a great song. Really powerful. Granted - I hope not every 29 year old can relate. It would make my heart ache a little to think that. He really is amazing! So are you, though. I was once a struggling actor in New York, so Tick, Tick… Boom! really spoke to me. But I was also once a teenage boy and you were my favorite Spidey.
Pretty sure the people who were born when i was a teen are like parents now and that is crazy to me, listen i am glad to become old, i still to everything i did when i was young but i am a bit smarter then before so i’ll take that win any day, exactly, i been traveling around the world for a bit, taking slow on the work and i have met so many older people who are in they 70s and living they best live, your favorite Spidey? well i am honoured that i held that title.

A song about the experience of a certain age feels important to me randomly. It's like the time capsule that keeps on giving. If there aren't any songs about being 58, then I think you should be the one to bring one to the world. I'll bump it super loud when I drive around. It won't get any exposure because I live in a rural area, but it will get all the support from me and The Boyz (my dog). I really doubt AIM will come back, I think everyone uses discord now. But you know what? Aim should come back. ICQ, I've never even had. Maybe it's one of those things that can be a part of the lyrics in the fifty-eight song. I can't believe that you know who I am, but it's an honor, honestly.

I didn’t realize that when we turn a certain age we should think about writing songs about it? Because I feel a little left out now, and wondering if it’s too late to write a song. Is there a song about being 58 out? Because if not, I need to start working on one! I wonder if AIM would ever make a comeback? How interesting would that be. or ICQ? Though I’ve just learned that ICQ is still a thing. Nice meeting you Jack, I’m Keanu and I remember seeing you on Dexter!

Honestly, I've been meaning to learn a new skill. I was really outdoorsy for a little while, because the weather permitted for it and everything around me is so pretty but... being stuck inside means new hobbies. So song writing is a definite maybe. What lyric would be you away message now, if AIM were a thing still? It's nice to meet you, I do watch a few indie films. So I can say that I actually know who you are. But still, very nice to actually meet you!

I really wish I could say that I was a homie of Taylor Swift's, you're living your best life. That sounds pretty swanky. Pretty coool. Yeah, aim will never make a comeback. It's like Woodstock, you had to be there. Recreating it would just cause chaos and destruction. To answer your question, though, my first username was pterojacktyl and I won't be accepting responsibility because I was like twelve. I know it's unforgivable now. What was yours? Hopefully something slightly less awful. It's really nice to meet you, and really nice to be on your radar because obviously being able to work with such a great cast and crew was incredible and I'm glad that you know me from that and not as Pterojacktyl on AIM. You might be a little bit old. because I did have a friend in high school that had a crush on you on Teen Wolf. But old is definitely a mindset. You're still young until you reside in a rocking recliner and have resting bitch face. At this rate, I might actually be "older" than you.

It's definitely the best comfort food there is. But growing up, my mom was the type to always say, like, "You don't have to eat anything you don't like, but if you don't try it you can't know you don't like it," so I've always been really into trying new foods, too. But without the spiritual and poignant journey for now. Yeah, they always made everything look so good but since that video of Zendaya lying to our faces about being adopted from one of the other Disney segments came out... I don't really know who to trust anymore. They really pulled one over on me, there.

Well, 23 is fun! Have you heard 23 by Sam Hunt or 23 by Chayce Beckham? They're both good songs. Very different vibes. Speaking of songs, earlier one of yours came on while I was sitting in a waiting room. It made the whole experience a little better, actually. I had a little pep in my step when it was my turn to be.. you know, doctored. Wow. I appreciate that so much! I didn't actually get to work with Julie, because of ...spoiler alert! But Michael C. Hall is amazing, and he was great to work with. I promise, my life is not exciting at all. But I'm having a good time. If you ever find yourself in Tennessee, hit me up. We can do normal person exciting stuff.
We need songs for every age, that way people can have their own little theme songs every year imagine how much better birthdays would be. AIM? Please don’t ever speak about that making a comeback again I already feel old enough just by knowing what that is and I’m only twenty-three It took me months to learn how to use TikTok I don’t need another thing to learn my brain is as small as my body it can only retain so much information. Whoever works in the casting department did an amazing job because you look like you could be their actual child, I’m Sabrina and my job is nowhere near as cool as yours.

Well, take my advice - listen to Taylor's 22, not Lily Allen's. It's nice to meet you! I'll check y'all out.

I’m still at twenty-two till next October. So I don’t know what it feels like to be twenty-six but I hope it’s beautiful for you! Hi, I'm Jongho! I make music for a living! I’m a vocalist in the group ATEEZ!

I do live under a rock, I won't lie about it! But I peek out from beneath it sometimes, so I know who you are - sort of. Wow, I'm so sorry. This wasn't meant to be so... humbling? I might be the worst at this. It's nice to meet you. Maybe you should forget everything I said before that.
what better way to celebrate being 26 than trying something you haven’t done before? in fact, you need to do it just so that the lyrics will eternally be available for anyone 26 that wants to use them. it’s helping the world, really. nice to meet you jack, im hailey, im a model and you’ve probably never heard of me either so it’s all good! better to meet organically.

Oh man, me too. I love food. I live in Tennessee so I have a soft spot for good Southern cooking, naturally, but I love getting to know a culture through their food. Maybe it's because Disney channel used to have that one segment where it showed kids from different places sharing their favorite foods. Who knows. But either way, I'm glad you got it all worked out with your pulled muscle and the food situation. Very cool, very good news for everyone that was at that show for sure! I'll see if I can remember the choreo but if I look stupid, that's totally not my fault.

After talking about it I did realize that a few exist, but none of them are actually about the feeling of the milestone or whatever you want to call it. I'll do my best to write it and I'll let you know how it goes, but I can't make any promises as someone who doesn't read music. I have dabbled in poetry some, though. Hello, fellow actor! It's great to meet you. You've done so many great things, and so much more than me. It's such an honor.
Catfish and the bottlemen has a song called 26, but they’re just saying the other person is 26, so you should definitely write one about how’s it to be 26. It honestly has been so long for me that I can’t remember. That would be a great comeback I must say. It’s nice to meet you Jack, I’m Daniel, and I’m also an actor. What an honor to be Michael C. Hall's child. He’s an absolute legend.

Yeah, I agree. And there needs to be one from a positive and negative standpoint - like 22 by Taylor Swift is all cheerful and whatnot, and 22 by Lily Allen is ...depressing. And same with Sam Hunt... and then Chayce Beckham. Well, shit, you're way ahead of me then. Maybe I should leave the songs to you. I'll just sing along and be like, YEAAAAHH! WOO!

Hey! Old's just a mindset. You're not old till you're spending most of your time in the same chair and fighting with your TV, I think. I never watch SNL anymore, I've heard it said that you only like the cast that was there when you were a teenager and well... I don't know how true that is. But I love the older seasons before I was even alive. That was some good stuff. I might watch a new episode for you, though. I'll think about it.
I know I’m getting older. I recorded for Saturday Night Live the other night, came home and haven’t been out of my bed since. That jet lag smacked me in the face so hard I saw stars. I was going to go somewhere tomorrow but shit I don’t think so now. I might change my mind later we shall see. So what you been doing? Sorry where are my manners? I’m Solana or SZA, whichever I don’t care. @gonehollywoodstarters

While pho will absolutely be healing to the soul, the pulled muscle is gonna need some hot/cold/hot/cold to feel better. As for suggestions, I have none, because I actually haven't been to London before, but if you find a place, please let me know. Also? Hii, big fan. I'm Jack, and I have a friend who choregraphed the sickest dance to CRZY.
Not only did I pull a muscle on stage, I got food poising too.. Paris did me dirty, y’all. But besides that, I’m finally getting better and I’m in dire need of some pho. We’re in London, so if anyone knows some places, please let me know. Wassup, I’m Kehlani and I’m currently on tour without my daughter so if someone wants to keep me company, you’re more than welcome to.
