Starmyu S3 E7 Thoughts

The episode opened really dark and that foreshadow a lot of characters' personalities. I'm intrigue to know why all these shadows keep popping up. What makes Fuyusawa so dark and overbaring? Why is Shiki part of that darkness? Maybe something similar to Hiiragi and their Star team happened to Shiki's Star team. Like, due to Shiki favoring those not in the top, cause the team to be in shambles and all members of Shiki's team hated him. Besides Fuyusawa that saw Shiki in the light that is.

Ootori acknowledged Shiki's talent and I'm pretty sure Hoshitani their lone preformance insipred Shiki to join the Kao Kai as the top. He feels he can protect the stardust. Shiki is a really caring person towards those that he feels have a possibility to shine. He likes helping them. What he's doing will cause some discord in the Kao Kai, but I hope some of Miracle Hoshitani can pull everyone together. Chiaki's time to shine a little will happen hopefully soon.

Ok, done with serious stuff. Now, the funny stuff and happy moments. Kah, all the pervious senpai made an appearance even if only briefly. I miss them and the interactions they have towards their Kouhai, especially towards Hoshitani them. Akatsuki may seem strict, but he's always just stating the truth. Yuzuriha's mother cry towards his kouhai was cute. But I'm happy that Hoshitani saw an overlapping image of Ootori in Shiki. Shiki is similar to Ootori in a way.

From the start of the beginning of Starmyu to season 2 we all got a glimpse of Nayuki's overly dramatic imagination, but who would of thought that someone else also have one wild one too. Hahaha, that opening was really dramatic and got me scared. I was thinking the whole time, OMG, what is going on? Why is the Kao Kai doing this? Then Shiki appeared on his white horse and I knew something was off. Only, 1 minute after I'm laughing so hard. Boy, these dramatics should occure a few more times. They are quiet entertaining.🤣

Starmyu S3 E6 Thoughts

I got a little side tracked today and just finished Starmyu. OMG....... they went and did it. That song with 14 of them was so good. I'm happy Shiki is starting to see them in a new light. I hope, Hoshitani them don't get punished for it though. This episode really touched me. Hoshitani is also getting white feathers in the eyes of Tatsumi, so I'm guessing Hoshitani is improving at a fast rate. Hoshitani is white feathers in contrast to Ootori-senpai's black feathers. So maybe what Tatsumi saw was wings on Hoshitani's back.

However, it was mentioned last season that Hoshitani shines when he's on stage. He really did shine. I also love when Hoshitani was like, "But the stage doesn't just belong to the preformers. The auidence is there, and their applause and cheers complete the show." KYAAAAA....... Hoshitani the miracle...... You always inspire and say something touching.

But, but, that ending after credit scene. OOTOOORI-SENPAI...... KITAAAAA........ also, shiki-senpai said something about tormenting hoshitani next week 😱 please don't punish the boy too harshly. 🙏 Starmyu is heading in a good direction. I hope we get more of Shiki's story. We still need some more of Fuyusawa and Chiaki info too. So don't end too soon without telling us why they hate each other.

Daiya no Ace Act II E18

I was going to cry this episode. I want Chris-senpai to make an appearance. I hope later on in the manga he does. Yuuki-senpai already did briefly.

I like the Sawamura-Chris-snepai interaction. I like how he has taught Sawamura to not be over confident. Be more responsible. I'm really happy that he has come so far, thinking about the words that his senpai said to him. Thus leading to what he will accomplish later in the anime. And something that makes this picture possible:

You've come so far Sawamura. Keep working and being yourself. Never lose track of your main goal and purpose. 😭

Starmyu S3 E5 Thoughts

OH MY GOODNESS....... This episode was good. The two songs on top of the character's interaction towards each other. I wanted Ageha to get some smacking in, but ended up being Ren that did the smacking. 😔

Still Ageha's fist in the air, "I'm going to fight you." Lol. Too funny and cute. He's really does not like Nanjo much. Fuyusawa seems to have great respect for Nanjo and vice versa, but Hoshitani again pulls someone to his side.

I look forward to the next episode. Nanjo did something bad bad, but for the good. Also, it's not for himself. Nanjo grows on me each episode. He's as handsome and weird as Shiki.

Daiya no Ace act II Thoughts

I've been writing about Starmyu mostly, but the other anime I'm currently watching is also Daiya no Ace act 2. I cannot count how many times I reread act 2. I can, however, say that I've waited 16 weeks for them to animate one of the scenes I liked out of the whole manga thus far. But, the point of this post is I wanted to let out how sad episode 17 turned out.

This episdoe marked Sawamura's growth and break from being dependent of Miyuki to being more independent. I wished Terajima narrated what Sawamura was thinking while watching Inashiro vs. Teito, but at least we'll know it has to do with pitch calling.

Episode 17's closing was done prefectly. The manga didn't really affected me as much, but when they animated it, my gosh, I got tears. 3 months guys. 😭 Each memory scene while Miyuki was thinking to himself, showed that Miyuki is pretty caring even though he seems like he doesn't much. Sawamura and Furuya has come so far as pitchers. Every team member has come far. This episode also marked a start to a change in each player from Seido. Sawamura really did wake everyone up.

Currently the manga is at a point where it is a revival game against Ichidai and Yakushi. I don't really care for it, because I just want to watch Seido's next game because of Sawamura. I really cannot wait for what will come next for us viewers.

Shiki Toma (四季 斗真) - Starmyu S3 - Episode 4

Starmyu S3 E4 Thoughts

The episode opened up darker than what I expected. This episode showed us a lot about Kasugano and Irinatsu. Shiki is a good person. Now I know why the new Kao Kai looks up to him. I do feel though, that something big will happen when it comes to Hoshitani saving Shiki. It makes sense since the opening has Hoshitani reaching his hand out to Shiki and Shiki taking it. Hoshitani really will give light to Shiki's shadow. 😭 I was very touched by this episode.

We also now know that two Kao Kai members are not from a star team. Makes me wonder, if that's one reason Hiiragi and Ootori chose them to be part of Kao Kai. I feel, Hiiragi them felt it necassary to have them be a member so they understand compassion towards others. I know the current Kao Kai wants to acheive their goals, but little by little Hoshitani them are winning them over. Irinatsu and now a little of Kasugano.

Next week's episode looks like it will reveal a little more of the Kao Kai. Fuyusawa and his relationship to Nanjo. I hope we get a little of Chiaki in that episode too. Chiaki definately dispises Fuyusawa.

This season is turning out to be a really heartbreaking season. I have a sad feeling within me everytime I watch an episode. I'm not sure if that's how they wanted us to feel, but each Kao Kai screams to me a hint of sadness. They are working so hard for Shiki, because they want him to realize his goals and hopes for Ayanagi. 😭 Even though Kusugano did not specify who that person is, I'm making my stand that it is Shiki. However, it could be someone else that's standing behind the Kao Kai that they want to make realize his goals and hopes for Ayanagi. Anyways, every member of the Kao Kai really cherishes Shiki. I'm starting to wonder since Shiki is the Star of Stars, what is going on with him to not wanting to stand out and announce that he is the leader of Kao Kai? This will be a mystery for a while.

I thought Irinatsu's song last week was good, but Yamashita Daiki's voice and his singing, kya..... Usually we hear him voice characters with high pitch, but his Kasugano's singing voice. My heart. 😭😍 Team Yuzuriha will be singing with Yuzuriha too in the upcoming album. I cannot wait for it.

Starmyu S3 E3 Thoughts

Wow, I remember why Starmyu became one of my favorite animes now. The comedy picked up in this episode. Even though everyone from Team Sazanami to Team Ootori felt like giving up, they still preserve through the difficult time. Their bickering and strike out really made the Kao Kai mad, but was part of the comedy relief after the first two serious episodes.

They are so fun to watch and their interaction with each other and towards other really help shine their characters. Can I also say Irinatsu-senpai's solo song was hot. Boy can that man sing and dance. But I'm happy Hoshitani moved his heart a little. Looks look miracle Hoshitani is at work again. He does really shine when he's on stage. That part that he announced he just simplely wants to preform with everyone and making Irinatsu-senpai remember something fun was really moving.

With the new album being release soon, I wonder what that second song on it is? The cover shows Sazanami so a song by his team then? I actually look forward to that song. I also quiet like Irinatsu-senpai's song.

I should also add, being role model students and pulling out the glasses was a good part of their plan. If I was on Kao Kai it would of worked on me. My good Kouhais, I'll try my best to convince the others. lol. Even though I'll end up in an arguement against the others.🤣

Starmyu S3 E2 Thoughts

Ouch, that hurt Shiki Toma. His words to Hoshitani was harsh, but I feel a good way of encouragement. I guess Shiki admire Ootori. I wonder if Ootori nomimated him? He seems to have been choosen due to his carefree personality and his will to want everyone to be free and have fun? From what I can see, Shiki is a version of Ootori with a little combination of Hiiragi. However, Shiki seems to not care about rules as much as Fuyusawa does.

I really hope the new Kao Kai gets it coming to them and see everyone's potilential. Team Hiiragi is the star of stars, but there are others that were better than some of their members. I hope by the end of the season, Hoshitani gets a chance to be part of the next Kao Kai. At least that's what this season seems to be implying. The new Kao Kai is already looking for a new Kao Kai for next year. That's all they've been saying since episode 1.

I also do, however, agree with what Shiki said to hoshitani. They need to think for themselves more, and it's not like they haven't already been doing so. They were left with no leader towards the end of season 1, so Hoshitani them need to step up in their game. Cannot have someone to lead them all the time. I guess this could be one dock off point towards Hoshitani being part of Kao Kai. He's a natural leader, but he still needs guidence. So for Hoshitani, if he does join Kao Kai, he might not be the top, but one of those that helps support the top. By then, at the moment, who knows if he'll even want to be part of Kao Kai. His personality, I feel, is more free and fun than Ootori and Shiki. So being shakled is not a Hoshitani thing. Hoshitani needs to be free and fun to be Hoshitani. He shines more if he's like that.

Starmyu S3 Episode 1 Thoughts

Starmyu has announced a season 3 and I was so exicited. Never really thought I get into this anime so much. So far season 3 screams seriousness, but there are also hints of saddness too.

The new Kao Kai seems to be stricter than when Hiiragi was around, and I thought he was strict. However, they already are implementing their rules and changing things. Assuming the best will be the best, and the rest are nothing. Which I'm hoping Hoshitani can pull through and make them see otherwise.

My eyes automatically followed Shiki Toma. I'm fangirling over him. When the new Kao Kai's designs came out, I didn't really care for them so much, but now, Shiki is every where for me. (My phone's background, my avatar on social medias).

I want to know so bad his relationship to Hoshitani, will it be reveal to be more than just senpai-kouhai? Or will we get to see that they once knew each other? Could they be related, long lost brothers maybe? That last line by Kasugano seems to imply a lot. "The Wheel of Fortune. The card that signifies a fateful encounter." What is this "fateful" encounter? However, I could be reading too much into this, and the "fateful" encounter could just be Hoshitani shining light onto people's shadows. I feel his role is like that. Hence the "Shadow and Light" play that they did. He brings out the good in everyone. Making them want to support him.

Then we have the strain friendship of Fuyusawa and Chiaki which I hope gets touched based on more too. Fuyusawa's relationship to the second year Nanjo. Everyone seems to know each other.

There is a lot being played in this one episode. I cannot wait until next week's episode comes out.

I forgot to mention, the opening credit animation also got me thinking that Hoshitani and Shiki has a deeper connection than what we might think. Another thing to consider is, why does Shiki not want to stand out? He is part of the Star course at Ayanagi. So something must of happened to him.🤔

Anime Talk 1

I'm trying to remember how the heck I got into Daiya no Ace, and it all came down to that anime having a lot of the seiyuu I like. It started with Oosaka Ryouta and I just remember that Ono Yuuki was also a character in there. I got sold to the show pretty bad, but I do not regret it. The anime/manga deserves all the attnetion it can get. I hope it will still be so in the next chapters to come.

On another side note, they did a good job casting for this anime. Sakurai Takahiro, Hanae Natsuki, Matssuoka Yoshitsugu, the list just goes on. I'm waiting for Suzuki Yuuto's character to appear again. So little screen time. 😭

Current Drama

I'm currently watching a drama call Goodbye My Princess and boy, does that have a lot of sad moments. I should read the novel to get more agnst of Xiao Feng's character and Li Cheng Yin's character.

The drama does come out as more romantic and we do get to see more of Li Cheng Yin's POV, but I feel the change kind of takes away from the novel's driven point. That being, it is a story about Xiao Feng's growth as a character. The drama doesn't really show that, because I feel the focus is mainly on Li Cheng Yin's character. All in all, I love the cast, especially the main leads.

I would say the most memorable scene for me is the Forgotten River scene. Did I also mention that stunner ending theme song and the other insert songs. The background musics are also beautiful.

I've also develop a girl crush on Chen Xingxu. He's handsome. >.<
