Closer Look at the Air Jordan 1 "Dark Marina Blue"
After it was first revealed at the tail end of August, we’ve now been given a closer look at Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 1 “Dark Marina Blue” thanks to sneaker leaker Sneakertigger. A two-tone style that uses the same colorblocking scheme as the Air Jordan 1 “Pollen” but swaps yellow for blue, the “Dark Marina Blue” is equal parts fresh and classic, making for another noteworthy addition to the ever-expanding canon of non-OG Air Jordan 1 styles.
The titular shade on the “Dark Marina Blue” graces mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, collar flaps and heels. It’s contrasted by black toeboxes, quarter panels, tongues and collars. Save for the nylon tongue, the entire upper is composed of leather. Besides the Swoosh, further branding is provided by black Air Jordan ball-and-wings logos on each shoe’s lateral collar flap plus a white Nike Air logo on the tongue’s blue fabric tag. Down below, white midsoles collide with blue outsoles to finalize the look.
Currently, the Air Jordan 1 “Dark Marina Blue” has a tentative release date of January 15, 2022. However, this has yet to be confirmed by Jordan Brand. Its MSRP will likely be set at $170 USD.

This Air Jordan 1 Centre Court Features Unfinished Wings Embroidery
Out of Jordan Brand’s vast catalog of offerings, you’d never think the Air Jordan 1 Centre Court would subvert its clean, somewhat formal look. But here, it’s doing just that, albeit subtly and only by way of the Wings embroidery.
The rest of the construction is quite the opposite, making use of the silhouette’s usual tumbled leathers. Both across the profile and along the counter, the material is finished in a light “Sail,” which contrasts the much brighter midsole just below. A darker tan suede, then, builds out the tongue and heel tab, the latter of which features the aforementioned Wings and its yellow-tined, fringed threading.
For a closer look, check out the official images below. Sizes are sure to appear on Nike.com and select retailers soon.

Early Look at the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT "Metallic Silver"
Jordan Brand is keeping the momentum of its Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT trucking along throughout 2022 with the deliveries of new colorways, and one makeup that will soon be catapulted to the public will be this clean “Metallic Silver” version. Exact release details have yet to be announced, but we now have a first glance at the pair via detailed shots from sneakertigger.
Brighter neutral tones are the main elements of this upcoming variation, and its entire appearance is closely resemblant of the Air Jordan 1 CO.JP “Metallic Silver” that received a retro release back in 2020. Sultry suede fabrics make up the toe boxes, overlays, quarters and ankle flaps, all of which are dyed with a light gray hue. Metallic finishes then play a supportive role by dripping over the cut-out Swooshes, tongues, and collars. Smaller notes of black accents also show face on the ball-and-wings logos as well as the text branding that’s printed onto the insoles. Bottoms keep the grayscale theme going by getting served up with angelic midsoles and silver treading.
Nike has yet to reveal its actual drop date, but you can expect the pair to retail for $140 USD.

A “Blue Mint” Makeover Appears On The Next Kid’s Air Jordan 1 Mid
Ahead of Spring 2022, Jordan Brand unveiled over a dozen retros, with many of them donning warm weather-appropriate colors. Recently, a kid’s Air Jordan 1 Mid appeared in yet another arrangement perfect for the springtime.
Unofficially dubbed the “Blue Mint” colorway, the newly-surfaced pair features a white smooth leather base as with some of the Air Jordan 1‘s most iconic styles. Overlays around the toe, along the tongue and near the collar, however, indulge in a navy blue makeover that complements the fresh mint hue that animates ankle flaps and lower heel panels. The upcoming sneakers seem appropriate of a Miami-exclusive launch, though it’s rather unlikely the shoes will follow any ultra-limited roll-out given their kid-exclusivity and mid-top trim. Nevertheless, the Nike Dunk-reminiscent pair is likely to join several wish-lists whenever it drops given its refreshing and cool makeup.
Official Nike.com release details haven’t been disclosed by the brand yet, but that’s likely to change as spring inches closer. In the meantime, enjoy detailed images of the shoes ahead.

Deconstruction Is Rife Across The Upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid “Inside Out”
Once Jordan Brand created the “FEARLESS ONES,” the Air Jordan 1 Mid went from the backseat to the front, receiving colorways near as good as its high-top counterpart. Collaborations, too, quickly grew by the number, with FACETASM, Melody Ehsani, and many others in the silhouette’s corner. The upcoming “Inside Out” colorway is just a product of this change in perspective, as it offers a twist just as interesting as anything from the collection.
Previously mistaken for a CLOT collaboration — due likely in part to its orange accents — the “Inside Out” rethinks certain parts of the upper’s design. The perforated forefoot, for example, is overlaid atop the toe cap, which is easy to notice as the two color a light grey and white, respectively. Elsewhere, the rear is essentially shifted downwards, with the Wings-marked heel tab taking a position similar to that of a low-top. And aside from the subtle warm-toned stitching and exposed foam collar, the rest of the construction is quite standard in its various neutrals.
For a closer look, check out the official images below. A release should hit Nike.com and select retailers soon.

Charlotte Hornets Colors Appear on This Air Jordan 13
Looking ahead to what Jordan Brand may have in the works this year, there could be a Charlotte Hornets-inspired Air Jordan 13 on the horizon.
According to Soleheatonfeet and DJ Folk, a Jordan 13 dressed in "White/Obsidian/Dark Powder Blue" is due out in August. Although images have yet to leak, a mock-up rendering provided by zSneakerheadz shows a white leather upper with dark blue underlays along with light blue accents covering the tongue's Jumpman logo and outsole.
While the photo suggests that the shoe will don a color scheme similar to the team hues of the Michael Jordan-owned Charlotte Hornets, there's currently no confirmation that the pair is linked to the team.
As of now, this Air Jordan 13 colorway is slated to release at select Jordan Brand retailers on Aug. 14, 2021 for $190. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for updates.
UPDATE (07/31): Official images have landed for the “Obsidian” Air Jordan 13 ahead of its scheduled Sept. 18 release date.
