AIR JORDAN 3 GETS DRESSED IN PATCHWORK CAMO
Few Air Jordan silhouettes are as beloved as the Air Jordan 3. This fall, Michael Jordan‘s third signature shoe comes decked out in camo prints, following in the footsteps of the Air Jordan 9 “Woodland Camo” released in 2019.
Inspired by surplus stores, the AJ3 “Camo” comes with a patchwork upper of contrasting woodland, leaf and rain camouflage prints. Suede, canvas and twill overlays add texture up top while a black and white midsole round out the underfoot’s design. The earth-toned, mismatch pair also features a bright orange interior and customizable heel tab patches.
Look out for the Air Jordan 3 “Camo” to release on November 29 on the Nike SNKRS app with a $200 USD price tag.

AIR JORDAN 9 “PARTICLE GREY” TO DROP JANUARY 2022
Space Jam isn’t the only retro thing from the 90’s that’s making a comeback. The Air Jordan 9, which made its debut in 1993, is set for a new “Particle Grey” release in early 2022.
The Air Jordan 9 has its own special place in sports and sneaker history. It was released just before Michael Jordan’s unexpected retirement shortly before the 1993-94 season when he left for a brief career in minor league baseball. It was the first signature sneaker that the NBA legend never wore during a regular season game. However, other NBA greats, such as Mitch Richmond, Kendall Gil, and Penny Hardaway, did rock the brand while Jordan was away for the NBA for that brief time period.
Paying homage to his baseball career, the shoe’s design was inspired by baseball cleats Jordan wore during his brief stint in minor league baseball. Over the years, the shoe design has gone through many iterations and color schemes while still remaining true to the sneaker’s original focus on quality form and function.
The 2022 Air Jordan 9 “Particle Grey” is made with a mix of nubuck and leather and will feature a red, black, white, and particle grey color scheme with a black upper, grey overlays, red accents, and a clean white rubber sole.
While no official design has been released yet, @zsneakerheads Instagram account, widely regarded as an authority on such matters, released a tentative mockup of the shoe.

Air Jordan 4 Golf Receives a "Black Cat" Inspired Makeover
It took quite some time, but golf fashion is gradually inching its way into the “cool” spotlight and part of the reason is because sportswear brands like Jordan Brand and Nike are starting to cash on backing this category with more energy. The former has done so by fashioning its retro models with cleats fit for the fairway, and next in line is this Air Jordan 4 Golf “Black Cat” colorway that has just been revealed by way of official imagery.
The base layer of these course-ready kicks steers away from the usual nubuck materials from the original “Black Cat” offering and instead opts for shiny faux pony hair material. This particular animalistic aesthetic instantly recalls memories of Olivia Kim’s Air Jordan 4 “No Cover” collaboration from 2019 as it essentially sported the same exact look and feel. Mesh arrives in the usual mid-foot sections and down the throat while glossy finishes are applied to the cages and Jumpman logos on the heels. Additionally, the heel counters are decorated with tonal paint splatter patterns for added flair.
Midsoles and treading are blacked out entirely as well, the latter of which features golf cleats for traction on the green. No release date has been announced just yet, but it’s likely that Nike will be dropping these in the coming months for $220 USD.

Check Out Ryan Palmer’s Custom Jordan 11 Golf Shoes
Ryan Palmer showed up to the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am with some pretty sweet custom Jordan 11 golf shoes.
These shoes were done by Nomad Customs who has done custom designs on shoes for many different athletes including Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka, Tyrrell Hatton, Ian Poulter, Derek Jeter and Patrick Mahomes.
These shoes look awesome! Ryan Palmer is definitely showing off a little bit of his personality this week and I love it.
More importantly though, are the Jordan 11’s he got customized 1 of 1’s or is this a little teaser at what is to come later on in 2022 from Jordan Brand? I guess we will have to wait and see!
What do you think of Palmer’s custom kicks?
