KAI #KLOOR - Nothing on me [Full ver.]
Personally, I think this is Kai's best song. I wish this would have been the title track of his first album. Anyways, enjoy!
I'll try to keep sharing these KLOOR clips to people who weren't able to see the performance, as they are hard to find.

Ten Counties in Ohio Ban Wind, Solar
Misinformation in Ohio Leads to Green Energy Bans
Ten counties in Ohio have passed laws banning the development of new infrastructure-scale wind and solar projects, in the past year. In October last year, Ohio passed a state law granting the veto power over renewable energy sites to local voters. Worth noting, voters have no such veto power over any fossil fuel or mining developments. The ten counties, all rural, have voted against even allowing…

Solar cell measurements! Here I'm taking external quantum efficiency measurements (EQE), which is a lot simpler than it sounds. We basically shine a beam of light at the cell one colour at a time and measure the cell's output. Then we get how much energy it converts for each wavelength! For example, at green light, or around wavelength 550 nm, it might convert 40% of light into electrical energy, and as the wavelength increases, the efficiency might decrease. This way we get a nice plot of efficiency as a function of wavelength.
With the same setup, we can study the properties of a dye used in a dye solar cell. By placing a known silicon solar cell under the transparent dye solar cell and measuring the silicon cell, we get transmittance - how much of each wavelength passes through the cell. If we measure a dye solar cell without dye the same way, and take their difference, we get data for just the dye!

Here's some eye candy as a treat for reading all that! A pretty dye solar cell and some bonus chickens.
