700+ FAMILY MEMBERS YAYY~

I just checked my follower count the other day and it turns out this blog is well over 700 followers omggg!! I can’t thank you guys enough for sticking around despite my suuuper long hiatus... I have so many great ideas in the works right now and i can’t wait to get them all out to you <3

But in all honesty, it’s been quite difficult to find time to write, especially with the amount of effort my studies require of me (as foretold by my pretty successful [yay!!] but stressful [boo ;n;] fall semester). And I feel awful for not being able to follow through with requests on time (my dear anons, you have such great ideas and i’ve been trying so hard to work on them as much as possible). But it looks like i’ll only be writing/posting if i absolutely have the time to... I hope you understand ;;

But anyways, I’ll be semi-active on tumblr, so if you wanna chat, we definitely can!!! We can literally talk about anything so hmu whenever :DD

Hi! May I please request Seventeen's reaction to their s/o never coming to them when they need help and/or basically just never telling them when something is seriously wrong with them? Like they always have to hear about it from someone else. There’s no doubt you love your boyfriend, a Seventeen member, and you trust him with everything. But knowing how busy he can be with his crazy idol life, you often choose to vent to other people about your problems instead of “bothering” him. However, he eventually finds out about your unintentional secrets. How would each Seventeen member react?

Seungcheol

“Hey y/n, is there anything that’s been on your mind lately?” Seungcheol hesitantly asks out of the blue. You’re both on the couch; his head is lying down comfortably on your lap as you play with his strands of hair. “You haven’t been telling me a lot about your days lately, and it’s kind of been worrying me to say the least,” he blurts out. Truth is, Seungcheol spotted you the other day venting to Jeonghan about your problems, and it made him wonder why he wasn’t the person you went to for that. “I don’t know..” you sigh. “You’ve been so busy lately and I’d just hate to bother you with that kind of stuff, you know.” Seungcheol immediately gets up from your lap and takes both of your hands in his. “There’s never a day I wouldn’t be willing to sit down and talk to you.” he looks at you softly. “And I’d do it for hours honestly. I want to be here for you the same way you’re always here for me.”

Jeonghan

GRUDGE! ALERT! The minute Jeonghan finds you talking to Joshua about personal things you haven’t told him, he’s going to be in utter disbelief. Did his s/o really just pick someone over him? A n g e r y He’s the type to confront you as soon as possible because nO shAme. “Y/n, how do I put this subtly… do you trust me?” Jeonghan says as he holds your arm firmly so that you don’t turn away. “Uh yeah, of course,” you quirk your brow. “Is there something wrong?” “Well it doesn’t seem like it since you’re always hiding these problems from me,” he says with disappointment apparent in his tone. You figure out that he’s been eavesdropping on you and Joshua and can’t help but feel a bit guilty. “Look, Jeonghan, I trust you. I really do. It’s just that your schedule’s been pretty hectic lately compared to everyone else, so I don’t want to burden you with anything more than what’s on your plate.” Your explanation makes him feel bad for getting a little mad at you, so his face softens as he pulls you in for a hug. “Look,” he says quietly into your ear. “I may seem pretty busy, but I’d literally drop everything just for you. Believe me.”

Joshua

No doubt Joshua would be concerned about your relationship if he sees you talking to Junhui about your problems instead of him. But he’d be so fucking good at hiding his worry from you… Well at least for a good while, because if he gets stuck in a quiet moment with you, he’s probably gonna let it out then. “Y/n, can I be honest with you for a second?” he asks, his face staring away from you into a distance. “Yeah, of course,” you laugh a little. “What kind of relationship doesn’t have honesty?” “Well,” Josh pauses briefly. “I’ve just been getting the feeling that you don’t want to talk to me sometimes about… the less happy things going on in your life…” He also confesses that he eavesdropped on you that one time you were talking to Jun, but you don’t take it too personally. You explain your side, how you don’t want to put any more weight on his shoulders with that busy schedule he’s always got. Josh looks to your hand and inches his closer to yours. “Y/n, believe me when I say I’d go the extra mile to take the weight off of your shoulders too,” his hand lies atop yours and he slowly intertwines his fingers with yours. “Opening up to me is all I ask of you.”

Junhui

“Can we talk, y/n?” Junhui suddenly pulls you aside. The moment he caught you talking to Soonyoung about your problems has been bothering him for a good week now, and he just had to bring it up. “About what?” you ask, confused. “About… trust? Yeah trust, that’s the word,” he hesitates. “Mmm, I’m listening,” you reply. “Well, I noticed that although we talk a lot, we don’t seem to talk about… everything,” Junhui looks down. “Jun,” you start after realizing what he meant by “everything.” “I want to tell you all about my days but… I don’t want to make your day any more tiresome with my problems. I know how much you go through everyday already,” you stare at your shoes to avoid his gaze. “But don’t you think I’m curious about your day too?” he leans in a little to recapture your eyes. “Y/n, I want to know you as well as you know me. I’m always worried about you… always. Just trust me and I’ll do anything I can to make you happier.”

Soonyoung

Soonyoung honestly wouldn’t take it too seriously but he’d still be kind of hurt to see you chatting out your problems with Wonwoo instead of him. “Jagi,” he calls you cutely from afar in a room that only the two of you occupied. “Yes?” you answer with only half of your attention. “Just wanted to let you know that you can tell me absolutely anything… anything at all,” he hides his worry behind a cute smile. “Soonyoung,” you suspect. “What’s going on?” “Nothing,” Soonyoung hums nervously. “I’m only reminding you that I’m an excellent boyfriend who can listen to your hopes, dreams, the happy things… the not-so-happy things…” he trails off in the end. “You give him a stern look. “You heard me talking to Wonwoo about my problems the other day, didn’t you?” “Okay fine, yes I did,” he gives up his overly-cheery facade. “But why though? You know you can always come to me, right?” You tell Soonyoung all about how much you respect his busy idol life, and how much you don’t want to ruin his mood with the negative happenings in your life. “Jagi,” he pulls you close and sways you side to side gently in his arms. “I want to make you happier, but I need to know what’s on your mind so I can figure out how it can do that. Don’t worry about me too much, okay?”

Wonwoo

“So I heard you’ve been talking to Soonyoung a lot lately,” Wonwoo brings up the topic out of the blue while you’re cuddling on the couch. “Yeah, what’s wrong with that?” you ask. Ever since Wonwoo caught you two talking about personal problems, he’s definitely been a little concerned. Was your boyfriend not trustworthy enough for the things you told Soonyoung? “I just want to let you know that you can come to me for anything, okay?” Wonwoo replies as he looks into your face with concern. “You caught us talking about my life the other day, didn’t you,” you reply while looking away from him. “Mmm yeah I did,” Wonwoo replies guiltily. “But I’m sorry, I just can’t help but think that there’s something wrong if you’re not coming to me for problems.” You tell him that you think he’s always busy and that you’re afraid of the negativity your problems might give him. “I’m never to busy for you, y/n. Tell me whatever you want to tell me, I’ll always listen,” he says before pecking your forehead lightly.

Jihoon

*Cue Jealous! Jihoon* because oh boy, he’s gonna catch you talking to Jeonghan about your problems and instantly want to pull out his guitar and sMacK tHe BoY. He’d kinda be hurt too, like why ain’t you coming to him for this stuff?? “Y/n,” Jihoon calls your name out of nowhere while you guys are hanging out. “Yeah?” “Why don’t you ever talk to me about your problems?” Jihoon speeds through his sentence out of nervousness. “I mean, you’re always telling me about the good things that happen to you, but I know that’s not all of what you have to say.” Silence sets in for a moment. “I’m sorry if I’m coming off as intrusive but-” “No no, I get what you mean,” you cut off Jihoon. “It’s just… you’re always so busy and I hate to bother you with the not-so-great things that happen to me.” “Y/n I’m always gonna make time for you, and you can tell me anything at all.” Jihoon then pulls you into a hug and rubs your arm.

Seokmin

He’ll try not to take it too seriously tbh. Seokmin will probably just come up to you one day and give you a reassuring smile before saying, “hey jagi, you know you can tell me anything whenever, right?” And the way he says that would be pretty suspicious so you’d ask him why he’s suddenly bringing this up. “I don’t know… you don’t seem to talk to me about… you know… your problems,” he trails off as he looks to the floor. “You’re always so busy, and I hate to ruin your day with negative things like that,” you reply quietly. “Y/n, I want to help you,” he smiles comfortingly. “If there’s anything I can say or do for you to help you get through them, I’ll do it.”

Mingyu

Poor puppygyu would get pretty sad when he overhears you venting about your problems to Minghao. The fact that you’re not telling him anything this personal would put a damper on his day, and it’d be obvious. “Hey Mingyu, are you alright?” you tilt your head slightly to observe Mingyu’s sad facial expression from afar. “You’re always so happy when you talk to me, but…” his face lowers. “I know that’s not all of it.” Silence sets in. “I would tell you everything, but you know how much I hate to bother you when you’re clearly busy with work,” you sigh. “Y/n,” Mingyu takes a hand of yours and steps closer. “I care about you too much to leave you like that. Just let me help you, because I promise I’ll do anything I can to help you get through anything.”

Minghao

After Minghao catches you talking to Seungkwan about your problems, it’ll be obvious that he’s thinking about it. He’ll get super clingy when hanging out with you because he wants to see your reaction, as one question will constantly linger in his mind: are you really distancing yourself from him? “Minghao, you’re never this touchy with me,” you giggle as he holds onto your arm tightly and leans his head on your shoulder. “Y/n,” he starts of hesitantly. “Is there anything I’m doing wrong?” “Wrong in what?” you ask curiously. “In our relationship,” he replies. “You can tell me anything, you know. I’ll respect whatever is on your mind.” You explain to him your effort to give him some space with his busy schedule, but Minghao shakes his head and smiles, slightly relieved that you weren’t actually distancing yourself from him. His face comes closer: “I care about you more than some schedule. That schedule means nothing to me when I’m with you.”

Seungkwan

Seungkwan would be worried as heCk when he finds out you’ve been telling Hansol about your problems. Are you distancing yourself from him? Is there something wrong with your relationship? Has he been coming off as judgmental lately? These questions would be circling in his head for nights until he finally asks you about it (he’ll probably try to make the convo more casual to make him less nervous) “sO I HEARD FROM A BIRDIE THAT YOU’VE BEEN TELLING HANSOL ALL ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS. INSTEAD OF ME???” You finally explain to him that you think he’s always busy and you don’t want to burden him with your problems, so he’ll get hella soft and probably want to cry while hugging you sadly. “Jagi, I’m never too busy for you. I’d stop time for you any day.”

Hansol

Like Seungkwan, Hansol would be pretty concerned when he finds you sharing your problems with Joshua instead of him. After a few days of contemplating, he’d straight up ask you, “Hey, why do you never come to me when you have problems? You know I’m always here to listen, right?” “I know how tough your job is, Hansol,” you say as you twiddle your fingers. “I don’t want to give you anything else to worry about everyday, that’s all.” “Hey,” he takes a hand and makes you look at him. “I’m always thinking about you and wondering how you’re doing. And if you’re not telling me how you’re doing, you only make me more worried. You don’t have to hold back from telling me anything, okay?”

Chan

He’d feel pretty left out when he finds out you’ve been telling Hansol about all of your problems instead of him. Chan might start to think that you’re interested in someone else, and that would keep him up at night. “Y/n, can we talk?” he’d randomly ask you while you’re sitting closely together on the couch. You nod. “Well, I know I shouldn’t be nosy like this but… have you been talking to Hansol a lot lately?” “Yeah, but I only go to him when I’ve got something on my mind,” you respond. “Why?” Chan asks. “You know, if anything is bothering you, you can always let me know too.” He sighs before continuing. “I just feel like you haven’t been telling me a lot lately. I want to talk to you.” You explain yourself and how you don’t want to interfere with his busy life, so his arm around you pulls you closer to his chest. “Y/n, I want to take care of you. Just let me.”

If Junhui's significant other slowly started distancing themself from him and break up with him, how would Jun react to it? Would he see it coming or would he try to stop them and fix things?

Hey! I think Junhui would definitely pick up on the distance that his s/o is slowly creating, but he wouldn’t mention anything about it until it gets really obvious/problematic. He sees it coming, but he’d refuse to acknowledge it, placing his full trust in his s/o.

I can see other members picking up on it too if he holds off on talking to his s/o for too long. Probably Josh or Minghao would be close enough to him to mention it in their conversation. Jun would then choose to talk to his s/o the next time he notices them being distant.

“Hey, I never wanted to come to this point, but we need to talk,” he says as he pulls his s/o aside. “About us.”

He’d explain what he’s been seeing from his s/o, and would probably ask what’s wrong, if the problem is him, and if there’s something he could do better in the relationship. He’d do anything just to keep that important person by his side.

When his s/o breaks up with him, he’s obviously gonna take it hard, especially after all of the trust he placed in them. Rather than being angry or stubborn, he’d sink into a somber mood. Other members would try to perk him up, and he’ll accept their help and try to perk up too. But it would definitely take him some time to get over it.

When you’re mad at your boyfriend, a Seventeen member, you tend to be a bit... sulky. And it’s obvious. How would Seventeen react to you pouting and ignoring them when they try to apologize?

Seungcheol would obviously be worried about his girlfriend ignoring him, but when he sees you pouting, he’s gonna m e l t at all of the cuteness. He’ll fight your sulkiness with a lot of his own aegyo because he knows you’re a sucker for that shit lol come on it can’t be just me. If you’re still not reacting to his cute gestures, then prepare yourself for t0ns of skinship. He’d figure that flustering you with a hand to your waist to pull you into his embrace could break your sulky spell. When you finally forgive him, Seungcheol would give you a heavy peck on the cheek and grin in satisfaction.

Jeonghan

Jeonghan would be a little confused by your sulky behavior at first, but as soon as he realizes you’re ignoring him because you’re mad, he’ll start to get a little concerned. As much as he’d want to give you space to sort it out yourself, he can’t help but want to bother you and keep talking to you until you answer him. At the sight at your pout, he’ll smile and say something along the lines of “aw come on, don’t be like that.” While you’re busy ignoring him and doing something else, Jeonghan will probably hug you from behind and rest his chin on your shoulder. Expect to hear a thousand and one apologies as he rocks you side to side in his arms hasddfskj. As soon as you give into his annoyingness, he’ll probably squeeze you tighter in the back hug and be like “thank god, I thought you were serious this time.”

Joshua

He’ll probably be pretty quiet when you give him the silent treatment and walk away. Josh would want to give you some space so that your anger can die down naturally. However, the situation would worry him to the point that he’ll have to speak up about it. Having enough of the silence, Josh would cautiously tap your shoulder with a finger and ask you if you wanted to talk it out. You continue to give him the cold shoulder, but Josh won’t give up so easily. He grabs your hand as you walk away, and you turn your face towards him, revealing a tiny pout on your lips. He smiles softly at you. “Hey, you can’t be mad at me forever,” Josh shakes his head. You break out in a smile because goddamnit he’s righT. I can see him hugging you for a long time afterwards.

Junhui

Jun is probably gonna be super concerned when you start to ignore him a lot. Like a lot of the members, he’ll try to play off his nervousness with a lot of talking, like, “y/n are you okay? Please talk to me :(” When you finally pout for him, he realizes that this is just one of your moody moments, so a little bit of weight is lifted off his shoulders. Jun would then come up to you and give you nice hug and kiss on the cheeks to brighten up the mood. You melt at the gesture and let go of your mini grudge, pooling into a blushy mess. “I knew it would work. It always does,” Jun smirks at you, satisfied.

Soonyoung

SOONYOUNG WILL AEGYO THE SHIT OUT OF YOU ISTG. “hey y/n, I’m sorry~,” he juts out his bottom lip in a pout. “Please forgive me?” You walk away and Soonyoung laughs as he follows you. He makes the flower pose and jumps in front of you to stop your tracks. “How about now,” he grins. This boy will literally use every kind of aegyo pose out there just to get you to talk to him again. He’ll eventually surprise you with your favorite kind of aegyo and be like “Jagi, you’re just making me sad now,” as he hides his worry behind a cute smile. Being the type to quickly forgive, you smile to the ground and lightly push him on the shoulder. Soonyoung squeezes you in a hug and swiftly kisses your cheek. “There’s my happy y/n,” he smiles.

Wonwoo

When you ignore him the first time, you won’t notice anything on Wonwoo’s face, but internally he’s thinking “... what did I do wrong???” So he follows up on you immediately, holding your shoulder lightly and asking if you wanted to talk/an apology if he knows what he did. If you tug away again, he sURE AS HELL is going to tug you back quickly so that you’re facing him. You pout and Wonwoo smirks. “You’re just being sulky again, aren’t you?” he says lowly before pulling you closer. “C’mon, don’t be like that.” His charming smile gets to you like always and you give up. “Fine whatever,” you roll your eyes at him and try to hide a smile. He pecks your cheek softly and continues smirking because this sLY MOFO ISTG.

Jihoon

Jihoon is one to freak out when you start to ignore him, no matter how many times he’s encountered your sulky mood before. He’ll follow you around for a little while, calling your name and apologizing. But when given no response from you, Jihoon is going to have to go to his last resort: aegyo. He sighs and purses his lips before coming up to you and acting all cute in silence (refer to the gif). Your sulky mood breaks and you can’t help but laugh at the lil cutie, and with that, Jihoon knows that his asS hAs bEen sAveD. He pulls you in for a warm hug, burying his face into the crook of your neck. “Oh god, don’t make me do that again,” he mumbles.

Seokmin

He’d be pretty worried about you not responding to him the moment you start. Seokmin would observe you from afar and notice a small but obvious pout on your face. And at the sight of this, he’ll probably start laughing at you and you’d look back at him like wtf? Seokmin would then approach you and take your hand to get your full attention. “Jagi, are you being sulky again?” he’d ask with a smile bRIGHTER THAN THE SUN. You look down to avoid his grin, but his finger tilts your chin upwards so that your eyes meet. “I’m sorry, jagi. Please forgive me~” he chimes cutely. A smile creeps onto your face and Seokmin’s grin only widens. He then pulls you in for a lazy hug and smiles into your hair whilst rubbing your back in comfort.

Mingyu

Mingyu wouldn’t be too worried the first time you push him aside, just because he’d think it’s another one of your jokes on him. But after a couple of failed attempts to get you to talk to him, he’ll get pretty concerned. While you’re sitting at a table, Mingyu will sit in front of you and have this nervous laughter before asking, “uh, are you... really mad at me?” You pout for him and he finally realizes what kind of mood you’re actually in. He’ll lean in closer to you face from across the table. “I get it now,” he grins. You try to turn away but his hand guides your cheek and turns your face in his direction again. “Y/n~ I’m sorry~ I love youuu and you know that~” he says cutely, breaking your spell. Mingyu takes a finger and pokes your cheek in reaction to your shy smile.

Minghao

Will quirk up a brow at the sight of you ignoring him. Rather than being worried, Minghao would be more curious as to why you’re suddenly acting this way. He’s probably gonna realize what he did wrong when he sees you pouting and being extra. He’d immediately smile and come up to you to squeeze your face in his hands. “Oh god you’re so cute when you’re mad,” he laughs lightly. If you push him away again, Minghao will keep bothering you by being touchy in the ways you’d want him to be ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) until you finally break. “I’m sorry really, but I just love it when you play hard-to-get sometimes,” he says as he holds your hand tightly.

Seungkwan

Seungkwan is gonna have that look on his face that kinda says “shit guess I’ll just diE NOW !!!1!1!” when he gets ignored by you. He’ll hesitate to talk to you at first because he doesn’t wanna accidentally say something that’ll make the situation worse. He’d “secretly” follow you around for awhile it’s actually really obvious tho lmfao and then muster enough courage to at least call your name. “uh, y-y/n?” he shakes out of nervousness. You turn around to see Seungkwan standing at a distance. Your visible pout lightens up a smile on Seungkwan’s face because it’S JUST SO CUTE TO HIM, OKAY? It also makes him a little less tense about the situation because he knows you’re not that mad. “I’m sorry, really. Please be happy again,” he whines. When you finally give in, he’ll probably smoosh your cheek against his in a hug and say “don’t scare me like that” with a cute pout.

Hansol

Hansol would pick up on your mood as soon as you walk into the room and don’t greet him. “Ahh y/n, don’t play this game with me again,” he’ll tilt his head and smile at you as you walk way. But he wouldn’t be that worried because he knows you can be a little moody from time to time. “Hey c’mon. Tell me what’s wrong,” he’d beg while keeping out of your personal space. When he sees you walk away again, Hansol will laugh to himself before coming up to you and turning you around to look into your eyes. “I’ll make it right. Just tell me how,” he’d offer, but your eyes are still not meeting up with his. Hansol pulls you closer, and your faces are now just an inch or two apart. “Jagi,” he says in a lower tone. He knows that word always makes you smile in embarrassment, and right when you giggle in defeat, he pecks your nose lightly and pulls you into a side hug so you can start walking together. “You know, I actually got a little scared this time,” he admits and laughs softly.

Chan

HIGHKEY STRESSED EVERYTIME THIS HAPPENS TBH. He could have dealt with your sulky-self a million times and he’d still be worried about the status of your relationship when this situation pops up. “Y/n. I’ll fix it. Just tell me what to do. I’ll do anythingggg...” he’d follow you around until he gets your attention. If you decide to look him square in the eyes, annoyed by all of his constant bugging, he’ll see your pout and imitate it because he wouldn’t know what else to do. “I’m sorry, okay? Please don’t make me sad like this. You know I care about you more than anything else.” HE’S SO SOFT I LOVE HIM. Of course the pout is too adorable for you to ignore, so you smile and roll your eyes at Chan. He’ll probably attack you with a tight hug and a thousand kisses in return what a cutie.

So apparently I hit 200 followers a few days ago (it’s currently 214 omg) and I’d just like to say thank you soooo much for the continuous support seriously... <3

I know I haven’t updated in a few days but I’M ALIVE DW. It’s just that uni started a few days ago and it’s h e l l a  c r a z y, so I’m in the process of adjusting to my schedules and whatnot (and that includes finding time to write for this blog of course :)

- you’ve been an intern at pledis for a couple of months now

- and during those months you found this one svt member that you really really really click with:

- PPU PPU BOO SEUNGKWAN

- you love his sass and he loves how you react to it

- the conversations you guys have are just so interesting too, and they’re nEVER quiet

- he’s practically screaming and making a fool out of himself whenever he’s with you because he loves hearing you laugh

- Seungkwan is so full of energy whenever he’s around you like

- he’d be practicing a extremely difficult dance in the practice room with the rest of svt and feel like he’d rather die than get the moves right

- but then you’d walk in and Seungkwan would spring from the dead like

- and the rest of svt would groan and want to slap the shit out of him for interrupting their much-needed break

- anyways, knowing how much !positivity! and !motivation! you guys bring into each other’s days, the two of you choose to hang out often

- “come on,” Seungkwan pulls on one of Vernon’s arms. “It’ll be fun because-”

- “y/n will be there, I know,” Vernon huffs

- “you never hang out with us,” Seungkwan pouts. “Why can’t you just give today a chance?”

- “you go have fun with your little crush. I’ll be here,” Vernon says coldly

- “and you’re my best friend. I can’t just leave you here like this...” he looks down in guilt

- “well then go have fun with your new best friend then,” Vernon says as his eyes avoid Seungkwan

- (now a lot of us would expect Boo to get offended by this statement and sass the living shit out of Vernon)

- Seungkwan snickers. “Is my best friend... jealous?”

- “I’m not, I just...” Vernon struggles to make up an excuse

- “HAH YOU’RE SO CUTE, JEALOUS OF SOME GIRL HUH...?” Seungkwan collapses and rolls on the floor, dying of laughter

- Vernon doesn’t respond and keeps busy on his phone

- “okay okay, I’m sorry,” Seungkwan collects himself again. “But for real, I can’t replace someone like you. Ever. You’ll always be my best friend, and no other person can say otherwise.” VERKWAN FEELS YO

- “just please, I’d love to hang out with the two of you guys. I think you’ll get along well... I mean there’s gotta be a reason why I’m so close to both you,” Seungkwan justifies

- Vernon contemplates for a long moment

- “... okay,” he says hesitantly

- “AYYAYAY OMG OKAY LET’S GO LIKE RIGHT NOW BC Y/N IS WAITING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING AND I DON’T WANT TO MAKE HER WAIT SO LONG,” Seungkwan screeches says excitedly as he pulls Vernon off of the floor and onto his feet

- Vernon smiles as he gets dragged out of the building

- and upon arriving at the building’s entrance, he sees you casually waiting on your phone

- while keeping quiet, Seungkwan pushes Vernon closer to you, making you look up

- “uh hello, I’m Vernon,” Vernon smiles plainly at you

- “oh come on,” Seungkwan lightly punches Vernon. “She knows you and you know him. Don’t act awkward like that.”

- “call him Hansol if you want,” Seungkwan looks to you and pats his original bestie. “He’s usually not like this, so please forgive him, y/n.”

- “ah okay,” you smile. “Nice to finally hang out with you today! Seungkwan has told me a lot about you.”

- “same here,” Vernon replies and his smile grows a little. He points to Seungkwan “This guy just doesn’t know how to shut up when he’s talking about you sometimes,” he says as he nudges Boo in the gut

- you laugh. “I think he just needs to learn how to control himself in general,” you respond

- “ALRIGHT ALRIGHT, let’s not gang up against me so soon,” Seungkwan comes in between you and Vernon to link arms with the both of you. All three of you start heading over to the bubble tea cafe

- and during your trio date

- it’s pretty awkward at first

- but then you bring up something dumb or embarrassing that Seungkwan has done before

- and Vernon would be like

- “oh my god I thought I was the only one who saw him do that before.”

- “yeah I know, I can’t believe he actually sneaks his plush toys to the company building everyday. I always catch him talking to them when he’s alone. It’s hilarious.”

- “I know, right?” Vernon would laugh. “You know there was this one time he-”

- “OKAY THAT’S ENOUGH,” Seungkwan would have to shut up the both of you before he can be insulted any further

- and for the rest of the time at the cafe, you and Vernon are just snickering at each other every time Seungkwan tries to change the subject from something he can’t/doesn’t want to talk about lmao

- overall the bubble tea date turns out to be a great time

- while Seungkwan goes to use the restroom, Vernon leans over to your side of the table and asks

- “hey, if you ever need some more Seungkwan blackmail, I gotchu.”

- you shake your head and laugh. “I could definitely use some of those.”

- “yeah, if you give me your number, I can send you a few right now if you want,” Vernon smiles and holds out a hand, which you place your phone in

- as he’s entering his contact info into your phone, you spot Seungkwan returning from the restroom

- “hurry hurry,” you lean over to Vernon. “He’s cominG.”

- “okay, aaaaand done,” he smiles as he finishes up filling out his profile

- he quickly slides your phone back to you before Seungkwan can spot the suspicious activity

- on the way back to the company building, you and Vernon are separated by Seungkwan once again

- but as Boo chats away, you send your new friend a text

- you: “now would be a great time to send some blackmail, don’t you think?”

- upon receiving the text, Vernon looks to you, then to Seungkwan, then back to you

- a huge smile flashes across his face and he begins typing away at the keyboard

- Vernon: “you right” “hold up”

- OH MY GOD this is g o l d, you think to yourself as you try to hold back the laughter

- you: “YO I DIDN’T THINK THEY WOULD BE THIS GOOD”

- until

- “HEY,” Vernon accidentally responds aloud. An embarrassed smile spreads across his face

- Seungkwan turns to the both of you

- oh shit, you and Vernon think simultaneously

- silence sets in for a moment

- “... ANYWAYS,” Boo continues his conversation with himself

- Vernon looks to you and silently wipes his forehead, mouthing the words “phew”

- you sigh in relief

- Vernon: “my bad omg”

- you: “it’s okay Seungkwan won’t suspect anything this early on”

- you: “he’s super oblivious to everything when he’s on chat mode”

- Vernon: “damn it’s like you’ve known Seungkwan for as long as I have lol”

- you: “lmao I think he’s just super predictable”

- Vernon: “naw, comprehending Seungkwan takes talent”

- Vernon: “and lots of patience”

- and the two of you kinda start of your meme friendship from there how beautiful :’)

- Over time, you guys text more, and then texting leads to talking irl, and then meeting up a few times a week

- and it just comes to the point where the both of y’all are practically ditching Seungkwan for your own hangouts lol sorry boo

- the both of you become so comfortable with each other to the point you can freely unleash your inNER MEME SELVES and it’s gREAT LMAO

- all you guys do together is secretly take pictures of other people around the building and make memes out of them I’m so mean I’m sorrY PLEDIS

- and on most days you’d snap pictures of each other and text them as end-of-the-day (aka i-kind-of-miss-you) messages aw

- one day, Vernon’s gonna be hanging out with you and trying to take pictures of you off-guard without catching your attention

- he wouldn’t check them until the end of the day, when the both of you text each other for your nightly meme exchange is that even a thing?? o o p s

- he’d look through what he managed to capture from earlier

- but

- all of the pictures he took of you

- they’re not off-guards

- they’re bomb ass candid photos

- you’re smiling, laughing, looking at him, just being super genuine in the moment

- and Vernon just thinks:

- “I’m not dumb, Hansol. I saw you scrolling through those pics of y/n,” Seungkwan laughs at him

- “they’re just nice pictures, that’s all,” Vernon tries to cover it up but his blush gives it away

- “mmhmm, ‘nice pictures’ my ass,” Seungkwan isn’t buying it mY FAVORITE PART OF SEUNGKWAN IS...

- “and your smile isn’t like that all the time, I know you,” Boo adds. “It’s really cute right now, and that says a lot.” VERKWAN I TELL YOU

- “okay, fine. You caught me,” Vernon gives up. “But it’s not like anything is gonna change because I like her.”

- “actually,” Seungkwan clears his throat. “knowing you so well comes with the duty to inform you with all of the dumb things you’ll do that’ll make your crush obvious to y/n. May I?”

- “Oh my God,” Vernon smiles and rolls his eyes

- “Oh and by the way,” Seungkwan leans over to Vernon and whispers. “If you don’t make it obvious, I will.”

- also, he’d be super blushy whenever you guys have accidental skinship moments nkadbkadfbsd

- like even the slightest touch of your hand would trigger him, and he’s definitely one to stutter afterwards

- last crushing habit he’d have would be fuCk tOns of eye contact omg

- and it’s not just your casual, everyday eye contact

- I’m talking about the kind of eye contact that stares you down to the very core of your s o u l

- okay maybe not that deep, but Vernon’s eye contact with you would just be full of admiration

- trust me, he tries to pay attention to the conversation, but when he looks into your eyes, he gets so thrown off and it’s kinda of cute:

- “hellO, earth to hansOl???” you’d say and wave a hand in front of his face

- “ah, sorry, I was kinda-” Vernon scratches the back of his head

- *cue Vernon’s really shy smile that brings tears to every human*

- and sad enough, sometimes you’ll mistaken this constant staring for lack of interest and/or tiredness:

- “dude, are you alright?” you ask with a concerned face. “you seem kind of tired...”

- “aw no no I’m fine really. I’m just-” Vernon tries to snap out of his daze

- “hey, if you want to go relax or take a nap instead of hearing me blabber about nothing, I totally understand,” you explain. “Your schedule doesn’t always come easy, and I want you to rest if you need to.”

- “no y/n, really I’m fine. I love talking to you, and you know that. And even if I was tired, I’d still want to talk to you.” 

- Vernon begins to blush and so do you

- “ah, I’m sorry if that didn’t come out the right way. But you get me, right?” he laughs nervously

- overall, Vernon is a pretty shy crusher, but he wouldn’t be any less of a meme for you while he’s crushing so don’t worry

- now when it comes to confessing, this guy would want to make it short, simple, and all planned out in his head

- but hey, that’s probably not gonna happen because we caN’t forget about Seungkwan in this equation !!1!1!1!1

- so one day you’re eating dinner with verkwan peacefully when all of a sudden

- “it took me awhile to realize that you guys have been hANGING OUT WITHOUT ME FOR SOME TIME NOW,” Seungkwan bursts his bubble. “CARE TO EXPLAIN?”

- “uhh... you’ve just been really busy I guess?” Vernon shrugs

- “Hansol, wtf we have the same exact schedule for god’s sake,” Seungkwan snaps

- “I think it’s all the meme-ing we do,” you laugh and say in an attempt to save your side with Vernon

- “yeahh. We like to play around with memes a lot and we just thought... you know... you might not be too interested in all of it???” Vernon smiles timidly

- “mmhmm, suUUUuuure. Like anyone said I would rather hang out with myself than listen to you guys talk about memes all day,” Seungkwan says sarcastically and rolls his eyes

- before you could justify your point any further, Vernon’s phone rings

- “oh, sorry guys,” he gets up from his seat. “Let me just take this call.”

- you and Seungkwan watch Vernon leave the table and walk away

- and once he’s out of sight...

- “okay, y/n,” Seungkwan looks you dead in the face and leans closer from the other side of the table. “What’s the deal with you and Hansol?”

- “why? Are you jealous of our friendship or something?” you laugh at him

- Seungkwan shakes his head. “No no, I don’t have to worry about that because I know you can’t replace MY spot as his best friend. What I’m trying to ask is...”

- “... are you guys dating? BehiND my baCK?”

- your face goes red

- ofc you guys aren’t dating

- but the fact that Seungkwan is suspecting it makes you think about how suspicious your friendship with him looks

- do we really look like a couple?

- “w-what? No, what the hell, Seungkwan,” you try to cover up your flustered appearance

- “I mean,” Seungkwan scoffs. “If you two are gonna hang out without ME, there’s obviously gotta be something going on...”

- “It’s funny you think we’re dating because I don’t see any reason why he’d like me like that,” you say as you fake a smile and play around with your food.

- Seungkwan stares at you in silence for a moment

- and then he laughs

- hystererically

- like he’s about to fall of his seat

- “yo are you okay, Boo?” you ask the dying fellow

- “no no no, I just-” Seungkwan tries to catch his breath and wipes the tears from his eyes. “Oh my god, y/n.”

- “what’s going on with you???” you say with concern

- “no, I should be asking you that question,” Seungkwan collects himself.

- “I don’t get it,” you reply

- “y/n, I hate to spoil it but how are you not picking up on Vernon’s obvious crush on you? What is going on with you?” Seungkwan smiles widely

- your face lights up at Seungkwan’s words

- does he... really like me?

- “Are you being serious right now?” you ask for reassurance

- Seungkwan sighs. “Hansol has been liking you for awhile now. And I know he really likes you because he doesn’t even talk to me about it. He tells me almost everything, but nothing when it comes to you.”

- “And that just tells me that you really mean something special to him.”

- “I mean pff, not as special as me but you know... pretty close,” Seungkwan fakes a hair flip

- you shake your head. “I don’t want to believe you,”

- Seungkwan’s eyes widen. “Wait why no-”

- “but for the record, I’ve definitely liked him for awhile,” you cut him off

- Seungkwan smiles but his face contorts at the sight of Vernon coming back. “Good to hear, but looks like your ‘boyfriend’ is walking back riGHT NOW, SO ACT NATURAL.”

- “SEUNGKWAN HE’S NOT MY BOY-”

- “Y/N SHUT UP HE IS- OH HEY HANSOL, WHAT’S UUUUP?” Seungkwan sweats nervously, but Vernon doesn’t suspect a thing

- so after the dinner at the restaurant, the three of you walk back to the company building so that you can head home to your apartment from there

- but the boys agree that it’s too dark outside for you to walk alone

- and of course Seungkwan, being the slick one out of the bunch, complains about one of his feet hurting and insists on staying behind at the company building actor kwan at his finest

- so it’s just you and Vernon walking together

- and although you guys usually talk comfortably

- the walk home was different

- no one says a word

- it’s pretty awkward

- the both of you are busy thinking

- “alright,” you say at the foot of your apartment building. “I guess I’ll see you tomorrow like usual?”

- “yeah, that’s... that’s fine,” he rocks back and forth on his feet. “Like usual.”

- after exchanging “good night” greetings, you proceed to enter the building, but

- “I like you.”

- the words fall out of Vernon’s mouth quietly

- You turn around and see Vernon standing in place, but he’s staring at the ground

- “I don’t believe you,” you say

- “w-what?” Vernon looks up to you again

- “I said I don’t believe you,” you repeat yourself

- “what? Why not?” Vernon says in confusion

- you sigh

- “you would’ve looked me in the eye and told me so.”

- after processing your words, Vernon walks up to you with his eyes down.

- and after lifting his head up to see your eyes only inches away

- he tilts his head and presses his lips against yours

- and at that moment, you believed his words

- realizing how cheesy the moment is, you both giggle into your kiss
