hello! ive been seeing some people discuss one of my previous posts about the mitsukou analysis, and i want to clear some things up:

first of all and most importantly, im not going to tell you that seeing mitsukou as romantic is a straight up wrong interpretation of their relationship, but it isnt the face of their relationship either. mitsukou is not defined by romance, it is defined by their flaws and behaviors towards each other as people, not a couple. yes, they have gay undertones, i absolutely cannot deny that, but it is not the face of their relationship.

second of all, i do understand why you might be mad at me, as im primarly a hananene account and this makes it seem like im against the lgbtq and ships of mtsks nature, and that is simply not the case. i hate mitsukou because of how people only see it for its romantic aspects, while their relationship is a lot more than just two kids being gay. i find that looking at them from a purely romantic aspect erases what i find genuinely interesting in them, which is their relationship and how it develops (or rather lack of). it does not mean that i am against them being seen romantically, just that i dont see people discuss the other parts of their relationship and bring that to light. i dont think most of you have even realized that i made a post right after saying i want to make a hananene analysis in the future because it too is not all healthy, so please dont push your ideas into something that you havent even dug into yet, because mind you, that mitsukou analysis post hasnt even been released yet.

lastly, i apologize for the way i have behaved on that post, i was simply very excited to share the idea of that analysis, i didn't mean to sound so aggressive. if you are interested in seeing what i have to say, check that analysis out when i post it, and come with a clear mind to it, because it isnt made to hurt you, or your beliefs, just discuss what you might not be able to see in that relationship yet. and please, be respectful when you reply to that post, i will not fight you, as i do seek different interpretations and ways of view of these two as a whole, but i will not reply to you if you only seek to harrass me. thank you for reading and being patient with me, i will try to post that analysis soon.

The Nene that saved Akane isn't our Nene, she's from the future

I feel like the Nene Akane is talking about is different from our Nene... It's like she knows what's going to happen, but she knows about way more things than our Nene... I mean, she crafted a whole plan with Aoi to get Teru and Akane out of the red house... (Where's Teru, btw?) like she knew that it was very important that the 2 of them wouldn't get into the red house...

Look at her, she already has lived this before... Look at Nene's expression compared to Aoi's... She looks way sadder than our normal Nene. Our Nene was desperate, but she didn't have this face of resignation, of already knowing what's going to happen... But this Nene knows what's up, this Nene has lived and relived very, very hard situations! And it's like she figured out that there's no other way to change the timeline, but sacrificing herself to let Akane live. She didn't tell Teru, she didn't tell Mitsuba or Kou, no, she told Aoi something really important and with the purpose of avoiding that Teru and Akane would get into the red house. So it had to specifically be them for a very important reason...

And of top of it, this Nene gives crucial information to Akane. "Akane-kun, I met grown up Hanako-kun again and now I'm sure. The change Kako-san made... Was on Hanako-kun's 4th birthday. It had to be". How did Nene met grown up Amane again? That's weird isn't it? And how she's sure now? To me, this Nene is from the future and used the big clock to change the timeline... But it seems that she's trapped in a loop she can't escape. What if this big clock takes her to random moments? What if our Nene is about to experience all of it and Nene from the future wanted to make sure that our Nene knew what to change?

I mean, if our Nene is about to use the big clock, it wouldn't be weird that there's a Nene from the future, already trying to make changes. Let's remember this scene. Who told Amane that the future changed? It had to be Nene, isn't it? Nene from the future. But it wasn't the Nene from the future that sacrificed for Akane. No, it was a Nene from a further future. That's why the Nene that saved Akane, was so sure.

Also, I always found it very weird that Tsukasa knew where Nene was at the festival and showed himself to her... Could it be that he already interacted with Nene from the future and that's why he gave our Nene the clue of the big clock to travel through time? This Tsukasa looks like he also knows everything as well... Unless he planned it all from the beginning, but that's a theory for other time. I'll focus here over the possibility that Nene from the future interacted with alive Tsukasa and that's why he knew everything. Maybe that Nene told him something very important.

We still don't know what happened when Amane was trying to fix the clock and why his memories are altered, but again, why was Tsukasa so sure that the rumor about the big clock was true? If nothing ever came when Amane tried to fix it, then he knew that the rumor was true because of Nene?

speaking of mischaracterized main ships (see previous post), did you know? hananene is not all cute and fun. yes it is toxic too. even though its much healthier than whatever mitsuba and kou have going on they have some serious issues too, specifically in miscommunication. its a lot harder to mischaracterize hananene due to their loveable chemistry and more healthy nature, but i still feel like the unhealthy parts of it go majorly undernoticed and deserve addressing. i should do a small deep dive into that too, especially since this was my otp since i got into tbhk. okay im gonna go eat homemade mac and cheese and reread tbhk for the mtsk analysis, night.

okay so. i may or may not be making a mtsk analysis (as a known mtsk disliker) because the fandom mischaracterizes them SO MUCH it drives me crazy. expect a detailed analysis breakdown of their relationship and actions in the next few days.

i dont like giving unsolicited criticism so dont get this twisted but did you make a base for their jaws? i fear they have dorito chins due to lack of proportion. like gen this is so cute but having this as your only anatomical mistake makes this look like satire (and im debating if it is) and i fear that ruins the look. if this is a serious drawing, and you do see this, i recommend looking/making reference pictures of heads and studying their shape, so you can get the jaws right. if youre too hard on yourself like me and want an easy way to make references, there's this app called headmodelstudio, which gives you a free head model you can use for different angles and lighting. there is also referenceangle.com, which does the same thing but with real life photos, though ive never used it myself. hopefully you arent offended by this or anything, im just trying to help :3 hope i did so hehe ^^

hello. i return from hibernation to say that a certain tbhk prompt account will not stop posting exclusively mitsukou prompts and i. am. livid. give the non mtsk writers SOMETHING PLSSS. this is NOT a hate post to the account just if youre gonna post 99% mtsk prompts dont name your account "jshk prompts" thats just misleading. call it "mitsukou writing prompts" which actually fits your type of content. i am two seconds and a knife away from spamming the account with hananene/hanakou prompts just pls make your posts more varied, me and other writers would very much appreciate that. thank you.

i can see that anon. i feel its a lot less expressive which does fit the recent chapters tone but i do miss it as well as the older chapters. its just nostalgia.

I'm liking tbhk's current artstyle a lot less than the old one. I'm always thinking about how some scenes would look better in the old style (around picture perfect) when I'm reading the recent chapters. It lacks the dynamism that really got me charmed when I first read tbhk. And I can't help but think some panels look very weird (*coughs* Teru looking at the well *coughs* a lot of Teru panels since the new timeline, with his very big eyes or his very long face). Some characters kind of lost their essence and own unique charm.

It's still very good but noticeably less.

as an old twt regular who has quit for undisclosed reasons, I SECOND THIS HARD!!!!!!!!!! ppl there are. strange. to put it lightly. the community used to joke about being on fire constantly because someone was cancelled every other week. for your sake, stay out of there. if you want likes, just post on tiktok, from my experience it is a lot healthier to be there (with some exceptions ofc).

as you can see, im working on a new project! i may have heavily underestimated the drawing im animating and im paying to price for it LOL. this one didnt start out too strong, as you can see by this comparison, but ive been rapidly improving on my skills, and with a little more work, hanakos face will be just fine. (i say this having spent over 25 hours on this including the drawing process).

the the version on the upside is from sunday, while the downside is from today (tue). i didn’t lie when i said i was improving, but ohhh boy this was fast. originally i wasnt so confident in what i could do, but now i feel a lot more confident in my (frankly, very little) skills. i really want to at least finish hanakos part of the animation, because oh did i mention kou and nene are here too? yeah, goodluck with that bud. that being said, i feel that with a good routine and a lot of patience, ill be able to complete this, so im going for it. thats all, thank you for reading, i hope you have a good day/night!
