Oh LMAO, I haven't 😭 I would absolutely love to though, Neil KILLED IT in that suit, and Astarion would definitely rock it too!!

Isn't it a little too late for me to start now though? It'll take a couple of days to draw, and by then most will have probably already moved on...

Neil mentioned at the end of his stream today he'll be adding a new print to his Streamily soon, it is perhaps your liveaction Astarion drawing he was talking about? sorry if I'm mistaken

No, you're absolutely right! 😃 I was told to reach out to him about a week ago and was asked if he could have permission to use my "Neilstarion" drawing for his Streamily and for prints at cons for people who want to get something signed, but didn't bring anything themselves. To which I of course said yes!

Even though I had said it wasn't necessary to compensate me, Neil really insisted that he did, which is super sweet of him. But yes! You're right indeed 😊 I'm not sure if other prints will be added besides mine though, but I suppose we'll see. I'm very excited!

#I usually have his streams on in the background' but the one time where I should have been in chat I wasn't lmao #I was busy working #but so many of you guys ended up dm'ing me on different sites to tell me he was asking for me' WHICH WAS SO SWEET OF YOU' THANK YOU #and so of course I reached out as soon as I knew #but yes! you're very much not mistaken #thank you for wanting to reach to me to ask! ❤️

is there any way to get your bg3 art as an art print on inprint without the white border? i dont want to order off redbubble because you dont get as big of a cut :/

That is such a sweet thing to ask!! Thank you so much! 🥹❤️ There are other types of prints available that doesn't have the white border, but they will also be of a different material. The only type that's close to a regular print w/o the border are the posters, but they are very big. You could always get any of the prints with the border and simply cut it, but I can definitely see why that would be pretty scary…

Honestly, it's alright just getting it from Redbubble, but you're absolutely right, I get almost no cut from them. However, in this case, I'd rather you just get the type of print you'd like the most ❤️ But thank you so so much for asking, I really appreciate it!!

#it's SO SO SO SO sweet of you to reach to me about this!! my goodness #but no' most of the regular prints have the border' since they're meant to be framed #and the border can be adjusted/cut/overlapped to fit the frame without obscuring the image itself' which is why it's there' I suppose #it does also make the images pop more' imo!#but if all the other prints you have doesn't have the white border and you wanna put them up next to each other #-I can see why that would be pretty annoying #but anyways' thank you so much once again for asking' I appreciate it so so much! 🥹

Could you upload your BG3 masterpieces to Redbubble please? I would buy from InPrnt but the sizes they offer are too small for what I’d like ❤️

Sure thing! I've added both my BG3 stuff, and the remaining Spiderverse stuff, you can find the BG3 prints here

The reason I stopped adding more things to my Redbubble store was simply because INPRNT is a much better option when it comes to print quality. I get a much much much bigger cut too, compared to Redbubble, that only pays creators in pocket lint and nail clippings, frankly. You mentioned in the ask that they don't make the prints big enough, but I'm pretty sure you can get posters on INPRNT? Have a look at least!

Your pieces always look amazing (not helping my obsessions lol)! What brushes do you use that give it that oil painting effect? You’re amazing!!

The oil painting effect on some of my pieces are from using Rebelle 5! It's an art software like Clip Studio Paint and Procreate and such, however Rebelle specializes in traditional paint textures. The software itself is pretty wonky and hard to use, so I don't recommend investing in a copy if you're just starting out, frankly.

The way I add the effect onto my drawings however is by drawing with one of the more textured brushes on a new layer on top of the already finishing drawing, have the new layer set to Overlay, and then just paint over the entire piece with a neutral gray. By doing so, it doesn't change the original drawing, but only adds the texture from the brush itself 😊 (I hope that made sense lmao)

#I believe the newest version of the software is rebelle 7' but I got my version a couple of years ago on sale' and it still works fine #it's normally pretty expensive though #also' please know that you really don't need it to be able to emulate paint textures; you can honestly just draw it manually #-or try other kinds of overlays #I did that for many many years before getting rebelle #but anyways' thank you for your ask once again!

I would absolutely LOVE to do that, that sounds like a great idea!

Currently though, I have so many other ideas written down that I'd like to get to first, but I will definitely add this to my list, thank you so much for the request! 😄

I was thinking about doing this sorta multi-crossover thing with both Arcane, Spiderverse, AND Baldur's Gate 3, but I couldn't get all the pieces to fit lmao. Plus it also just seemed like a very silly idea. Maybe I'll get back to it at some point... But thank you so much for the request!

Your speed paints are really educational and fun to watch. Specifically the way you resize and move things around frequently has helped me make the way I do my digital drawings way less stiff!

I'm so glad to hear that! Frankly, I cannot help but feel a little embarrassed whenever I upload the timelapse for a piece I clearly struggled with, which is what you see when I keep resizing and moving stuff around. Normally none of you get to see that part of the process.

Personally though, I've always found it so refreshing and reassuring, seeing a lot of the artists I look up to struggle with their work too (not that I'm making fun or them or anything, of course). It just shows that all these incredible drawings weren't always so great, but the artist kept trying till they were. So if I can give someone else that same feeling of reassurance, then I don't mind making a fool of myself from time to time 😅

But once again, I'm so glad to hear that, and thank you so much for wanting to reach out and let me know too! I wish you the very best of luck with your work ❤️
