For Archway, installation artist Eli Keszler and So Percussion make music of the city, by the city and for the city. Watch the world premiere of their outdoor work which uses lengthy piano wires strung to the Manhattan Bridge.

Why Glee made me cry
Yes, as hard as it is to admit, this episode of Glee brought a strange feeling upon me that reminded me of the shows glory.
I first started watching Glee when I moved to a new school, I didn't have very many friends and I was a bit socially awkward. When this show came on, I聽instantly聽felt a strong connection with it; mostly with Rachel, which is why I am kind of forgiving on the whole New York story line. Above all the fake babies, crazy wives, teen pregnancies, back stabbing and all that other fun stuff these teens have endured was this girl, a girl with a dream to be the best.
This is mostly why I connected with Rachel, I too want to be the best, and even without my own wardrobe and make up, along side a whole film and camera crew, I'm slowly trying to make my way to the top. But, I would have never fully pushed myself without the support of my friends and family, who have been their constantly supporting me.
Now, I know they've done this song to death, and even I had a certain "Oh my god, really, again?" moment; but after Rachels solo performance of聽Don't Stop Believin', the most iconic song of Glee, I remembered what the show really stood for, and where it began. It brought back that girl from Lima who was the best there ever was, and wanted to show the world; and after 4 seasons of聽DRAMA she finally gets her chance.
Yes, it's a bit corny to have this song get played again in different context, and yes, they are probably going to use it again in a later episode; but nothing will bet out the emotions of that performance. Having the original New Directions come back and sing in their trade mark red tops and black bottoms, and from that fierce cat walk up to the from of the stage to that end pose; it was truly magical.
And it kind of makes you think about the important people in your life, and how you have changed because they were there to help you pick yourself up along the way, and really, this is what Glee's all about, friendship.
Bleh, even I'm cringing from that... Ok, enough of my indulgence, I just needed to pour my feelings out on to a forum that wouldn't judge me... Ok byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
