By Road -  Many GSRTC AC bus services also ply from major points like Rajkot, Somnath, and Junagadh to Gir. Junagadh is a mere 60 km from Gir and is the most common base for travellers going towards Sasan Gir. If not GSRTC, then a lot of private companies also run AC buses from these places.
