You and your Haikyuu boy s/o doing the things my parents do in a daily basis

a/n: I don't really consider them as 'romantic' but I have came to the realization that anything mundane is romantic as long as it is with the right person.

OIKAWA TŌHRU pulls you towards his lap as his hands snake around your waist. His head resting at the crook of your neck after you joked about him not being handsome and you were only forced to marry him.

"You talk as if you weren't all over me back when we were still in college!"

AKAASHI KEIJI lights a mosquito coil beside your feet when you washed the dishes at night. Sitting on a chair or leaning on the counter as he accompanied you with his stories.

"Is the coil not effective? Should I fan your feet?"

BOKUTO KOUTARO patiently waits for you to go home from school/work just so you can eat dinner together. It's 10 in the evening and he's hungry and irritated but it immediately shifts when he hears the honk of your car or the clash of your keys.

"It's sad to eat beef steak alone."

TSUKISHIMA KEI whines as he drop his phone, his hands crawling to your temples as he massage you after he hears you whine about your long day at work/school. He mutters under his breath how you bother him but you never asked him to do it in the first place.

"Next time, don't shoulder everything. You have workmates/classmates for a reason."

SUGAWARA KŌSHI sits beside you as you both watch an online thrift shop's. Facebook live. He gives his opinions on clothes that he thinks would suit you and he constantly reminds you to comment 'Mine'.

"I think the black shirt would look good on you. Why don't you buy it?"

KUROO TETSURO accompanies you on your first months of driving after you received your license, not minding that it would risk him getting late on his work/school. He makes sure you drive smoothly and all.

"The next time you park, do not forget to look at the side mirror. What could've happened if I wasn't around?"

MIYA OSAMU compliments the food you cooked, copying a shady online recipe. The ingredients aren't well incorporated and beads of salt can be tasted but nonetheless, he eats your food.

"It's not that great but edible. You're improving, hun."

KAGEYAMA TOBIO pulls out brands of different foods you love without hesitation. You never mentioned to him the brands you like but he was able to pick up without asking you directly.

"Two packs or three packs of this?"

Drunk TERUSHIMA YUUJI pulls you from your friends as he rested his arms on your shoulder, his other hand holding his drink. He kisses the top of your head as he listens to the stories of his drinking buddies.

"I love you," he said while sipping on his drink.

USHIJIMA WAKATOSHI religiously waters the plants you planted last Sunday since you forgot about them sometimes. He searches on how to take care of specific plants without your knowledge

"Have you seen your marigold? They look lovely now."

DAICHI SAWAMURA stares at you curiously while eating, figuring why you are looking at him in a funny manner. Failing to decipher your thoughts, he smirks as he pinch your nose after he ruffled your hair, then he proceeds to eating as if nothing happened.

MIYA ATSUMU wakes you up at Sunday, reminding you that you were supposed to jog. He prepares your clothes and while jogging, he gives you effective tips on getting slimmer.

"Just a little more, love, we're almost there."

A/N: I read in another life and now I wanna write abt Bo 🥺 I’ll be posting again soon but anyways send in some requests & thank you guys for the reads! 💞kithes 😗❤️

Bokuto:

• Akaashi “accidentally” lost him

• You were wandering around campus when he ran into you sulking before mumbling an “I’m sorry.”

“You okay?”

• Bokuto turned to look at you while you tucked your hair behind your ear smiling sweetly at him

“I just lost my friend.”

• He sulks even more, while you giggle at his childish antics offering him some help to look for his friend,who you learned is named Akaashi

• His mood was visibly becoming more excited as you walked him around and settled on a bench together when you bought him a snack from a vending machine

“You’re really nice, and pretty!”

• He gave you a closed eyed smile, completely unaware of what he did to your heart and your now blossoming red cheeks

“Akaashi!”

• You opened your eyes to see a pretty boy scowling at his friend telling him he shouldn’t wander off

“Bokuto-San. I’m sorry if he troubled you.”

• You shook your head telling him you just kept the owl haired boy company to which he thanked you for because he gets sad when lonely

• Bokuto then continued to see you all the time! He walked you to class, he walked you to the schools front gate before practice, and he even made an effort to buy you snacks when you had a rough day

“Well I just want to repay you for keeping me company like the day I met you!”

• Your heart melted, and the boy, as always, completely unaware of his actions smiled and said goodbye before going to practice

• You smile to yourself as you begin to walk home before he called out to you again

“Y/n?”

• You turner and noticed him playing with his fingers - You’d never seen him look so nervous before, if you’ve even seen the excited boy nervous that is, but either way you happily walk over to him

“What’s up, Bo?”

• He scratches the back of his head shyly making you laugh lightly

“You should stay for practice! I can walk you home after!”

• the boys beaming smile and new confidence didn’t allow you to say no so you grabbed his hand and walked with him to the gym

• As you entered the gym the team all looked at you holding onto Bokuto’s hand and Bokuto smiling like a mad man

“Finally you asked her out! You wouldn’t shut up about her!”

“No no no! I didn’t!”

• Everyone fell silent as you looked at Bokuto who looked at you sheepishly and you laughed slightly out of nervousness

• of course this happens the first time you meet his team mates

“If you don’t mind going out with me y/n..”

“I don’t mind Bo.”

• You watched him be a little more excited during practice that day

“Y/n! This ones for you!”

• He missed and automatically got upset dhiejfownti pls go comfort him

Noya:

• After Noya got suspended from school he spent time practicing with your volleyball team

• You were your own teams Libero and with two Libero’s you two often went against each other making faces at each other when on of the two of you scored

• When he had went back to his own team you didn’t see him much anymore sadly but you two still spoke everyday

• He invited you to come meet the team and you agreed he said if you did he’d buy you a snack from Ukai’s store so you were bribed

“This is y/n, she constantly made me want to be better so I could beat her!”

• you smacked your forehead before waving at everyone apologizing but still feeling a flutter in your chest at the tiny compliment

“Noya-Senpai stop being embarrassing!”

“SHE CALLS YOU SENPAI!? YOU GO NOYA MY MAN!”

• Although Noya was older it didn’t mean he pushed you around because you still scolded him from time to time

“Nishinoya Yuu! Leave Kiyoko alone!”

• Kiyoko definitely loves you for saving her from one knuckle head

• Nishinoya had always had a crush and the feeling was mutual - you just both didn’t know it

• When you showed up to a game with his jersey on and the cutest new hairstyle he literally fell to the ground

“I can die a happy man now.”

“Noya get up! The floor is dirty!”

• He was up in seconds after hearing your voice and winked at you before throwing himself into the game to impress you

• It worked - and when they won you were the loudest one cheering.

• He was so happy he had someone in the crowd specifically there for him he automatically went to see you after everything

• Baby boy was shy but he thanked you and hugged you for coming to his game

“I would’ve never missed it.”

• His heart fluttered and he couldn’t contain it anymore

• HE KISSED YOU omg 😳

• The whole team cheered for Noya as you hid behind him laughing

“Why are you hiding? We’re you not just screaming like a psycho 10 minutes ago?”

Atsumu:

• You hated his guts ❤️

• and he did back but you had your reasons, all he knew was you didn’t like him and that was enough reason to hate you back

• While your best friend was his twin brother you heard all about how he acts towards his fans and it unsettled you

• either way when you would study with Osamu it would always end up in you and Atsumu arguing

Atsumu: Come to see me y/n?

Y/n: Shut up corn head

Osamu: Ya hear that? Sounds like my pet fish is drownin’ gotta go 😗✌🏼

• Left you and Atsumu to flirt argue

• He knew his best friend and brother like the back of his hand, and he could feel how you two just hid your love with mutual hatred

• but it was none of his business

• This particular time Osamu heard the room go quiet so he peeked into the living room where you and Atsumu were kissing

Osamu said:

• You ended up shoving Atsumu away you blush glowing as red as a neon sign

“I’m not one of your dumb fan girls corn head.”

• Atsumu snickered before going to kiss you again which you almost allowed him before seeing Osamu and yelling pushing Atsumu harder than intended making him fall backwards

“No no continue on ‘bout how ya hate my brother.”

• Osamu laughed before leaving and going to his room

• You scolded Atsumu for how he treats his fans and how he shouldn’t play with their emotions and be a big flirt

“Ya jealous y/n?”

“You wish big head!”

“My head is not big!”

• Osamu had to deal with the flirting from then on

• When Atsumu got the guts to ask you out you glared at him and agreed reluctantly

“I did it because you said you’d buy me food.”

“As long as ya go sweetheart.”

• You grumbled something abt him called you sweetheart as you turned red and called him an idiot

• You were glad you went though

• You got to know him better and see a whole different side of him

• not the flirty mean guy but a nice and funny guy who makes terrible terrible jokes

“What do ya call a farm that makes bad jokes? Corny!”

“You’re corny! Corn hair!”

“Y/n 😔💔”

• Your relationship consisted of a lot of teasing and neither of you would have it any other way, he loved your mean behavior and you loved his flirty side that used to annoy you

• This flirty-mean combo really kept the relationship feeling fun and everyone thought it was the funniest thing ever

“Y/n hated me when we first met.”

Osamu: she still does she likes me better

Sakusa: I did too, I still do
