Yo fr peeps, is there any way to contact Stormlight Workshops without the ticket system? I sent in a ticket, realized I sent it to the wrong classification record, sent in another, realized that I didn’t add any evidence to clear up the claim of multiaccounting, and then sent in another with evidence of the logs n stuff in a panic. I’m not sure if that would be enough to send me to the back of the queue/give me a permaban, but it’s been over 2 months now and I’m starting to panic a lil bit. I don’t wanna clutter anything up more than necessary but it was an honest mistake on everyone’s part, and out of the people who also got banned with me for suspected multiaccounting, only 1 of them got a reply back saying they’re permabanned. So like, if FR thinks we’re 1 person, does that mean we’re ALL banned, or should I keep waiting for my appeal with commission posts n stuff to go through??
Tagging @flightrising just bc I want to get this cleared up without causing anyone distress. I wouldn’t be pushing this so much if it wasn’t an honest mistake on my part (not keeping on-site logs). I just want to know if I can get my account back or not so that I can start over sooner rather than later if I really am permabanned for this mess

Update: all my friends who also got banned submitted tickets (well, all but 1, who sent me shit like in 2017 and then dropped the account) but idk if fr is gonna think we’re one person or not :,)
